They are under the impression that you want to eat queso, guacamole, and salsa with saltine crackers. I don't know what planet they're from, but that's simply unacceptable. Maybe that's just if you order food delivered, but be aware that if you order a dip from them, it won't come with chips, it'll come with a paper bag of cheap saltine crackers. When called out on it, they do their best to gaslight you and act as though your expectation for chips with those dips is completely unexpected and deviant. Either avoid ordering from them altogether or at least have some chips on hand if you want to be able to properly enjoy your guac. I'm sure it's a cost cutting measure, but it caused them to lose my regular business.

There were kids running up and down the isles that were part of a birthday party we were told was in the back part of the restaurant. There were multiple children running up and down the aisles during our entire 1.5 hour visit. Our server told us the supervisor said they had told this party multiple times that this was unacceptable and that the children needed to stop. It did not, until finally all of the parents left with their children and the party ended. My mother in her 70s was ran into by some of the kids and they just laughed. We witnessed six other elderly people with impaired gait almost being knocked down in this establishment by these children, running up and down the aisle. We witnessed it as they were coming into the restaurant and as well, as they were leaving and saw that these elderly people were also in the handicap spots and children running all over in the parking lot around them . Our server said a few of the children had ran into her, and that the supervisor had again told them and their parents to stop but there was no resolution until the party ended. So all of the people in the restaurant were exposed to this dangerous unruly behavior. We witnessed when the children were told to stop running their aggressive and some unwillingness to comply by continuing to behave in this manner.
