I never write reviews, this is my very first one, ever. So I am going to hope that whoever reads this is in a position to make necessary changes. My husband and I just moved out to Algonac and we go to this Taco Bell way more often then we probably should. The food is always great! My first complaint would be understaffing. I don't think that the problem is that the employees are too slow, I think they are understaffed to the level of business they get. Maybe if they had extra help, product would come out faster and more efficiently. My last complaint and what I feel is the biggest complaint, are some of the employees. I don't know if it is because all of the staff are in high school and are too stressed, or they are young and don't really care about their job, or it's their first job and they don't know how to talk to people but there are some major attitude problems with some of the girls who work there. No smiles, no pleases and thank you's. Whenever we say "have a nice night" most of them just don't even respond. When we're in the drive through, they make it seem like we are being rushed and that we are annoying them. They sigh and roll their eyes. It's very unprofessional. I've worked in the food industry for 10 years and I know it is hard and I know that people can be nasty. But as your place of work, you need to make sure you are still providing at the very least, moderate customer service. And any problems that you may be dealing with on a personal level needs to stay at home. I didn't want to write a review right away thinking the first couple times might have been just because some of the employees were stressed out but it's now every visit. I am giving this review 2 stars because the food is always great and we never have messed up orders. But the horrible customer service takes the cake. It just makes the whole experience bad. I'm sorry to whoever gets backlash from this who did nothing wrong. But to the rest of you, you know who you are and I hope this is a good learning experience for you. This is no joke. Leave and do not order your food here it's a trap and they take 30+ minutes with or without a line.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've tried to order here a few times thinking maybe things would get better I guess I was wrong. Tonight my husband and I decided to grab Taco Bell as something quick and decided we will not be getting food from this location anymore. The first incident we ordered for pick up got home we were missing two items I called the worker who answered(female) was rude I showed up she tossed my missing items on the counter and walked away before I even had the chance to say I was the customer missing items, I politely said thank you and proceeded out thinking maybe she was having a bad day. The second time we stopped and went through drive through to order we got home my husbands tacos were dripping grease the paper was submerged and was sticking to the taco and the paper bag in a corner was soaked he was unable to eat them, we called and were able to get a new order made but again poor attitudes as we went back. This time we decided to give it one last shot unfortunately my shells to my tacos were stale like it had been sitting out for hours prior, the Cinnabons my kids wanted were unable to be eaten because they were so hard and crunchy they were dried up in the center like they were reheated one to many times. We really tried with this location but sad to say we won't be returning again. read more

horrific service yet again. I requested no tomato due to allergies, get all the way home and have tomato's all over my taco. every time I come to this location it is a horrific experience. Called to discuss the issue and just got a worker with an attitude on the phone. If could rate this place zero stars I would. I have no idea how this place is still in business. read more

Service here is horrible , they only care about the drive through , they make you use the kiosk's to order , and when an item is out of order that YOU pay extra to have they don't tell you it out of stock until after you pay. read more

First of all, I never usually talk down on places, especially small towns with barely anything to begin with in the first place. So- bare with me when I say this place is awful. The last couple of times I have gone to this Taco Bell, I was greeted in an unfriendly manner each time, and almost every time they got my order completely wrong. Not to mention the food was cold. Decided to go to this location after work. Worst decision I could have possibly made. Ordered a veggie pizza, I opened the box to a smashed pizza and the cheese stuck to the top of the box. I also got a chicken quesadilla. Turned out they didn't have chicken so I asked for a cheese quesadilla. Somehow got beef on my quesadilla? Doesn't make sense at all. Poorly done job read more

Well I was getting food for me and my family then I got home passed out all the food and I got to mine they felt nice they look extra sauce like how I like them but when I got to my first one and opened it up to this I tired eating it bc i as like they were probably busy they had a rough night but I couldn't I took one bit and it fell apart more and I went to eat my nacho bell grande I ordered I asked no beans no tomatoes extra beef but I took a bite and I'm like wheres the cheese? Maybe they ran out ? But my mom got cheesy bean rice burritos that have the nacho cheese in it and I asked her you have cheese in yours she said yes , so this is why you get a one star Taco Bell thanks for ruin my dinner read more

Tonight, I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande that was basically a tray of plain chips, with one single squirt of cheese and the smallest scoop of beef. I ordered a quesarito and received the smallest quesarito I have ever seen (and I do often order these from various taco bells). I also received a taco with the sour cream all on one end not even spread in any sort of way. So, basically I spent 9 dollars on tortillas and chips. At least the shredded chicken rice burrito was alright. Just got one, apparently they've reduced the amount of chicken and you end up with a lot of extra tortilla . As usual, you gotta go out of town to find something decent. read more

Same as the first review two years later. Unbelievable slow service. 4 employees total. We were the only ones in the line inside and they made us stand there while they made food and attended to the drive thru. Sad. read more

I don't care what people say about here I always have great customer service and the foods always hot and fresh sometimes it takes a little longer than usual but that's ok there understaffed and a couple weeks ago when I ordered there I got like 30 dollars worth of food and they forgot a couple things I talked to a young manager I think his name was nick and he was more than happy to replace what they forgot he even gave me a couple free taco coupons on my next order I love this place I will be back read more

I won't go to this Taco Bell the owner increases prices compared to other Taco Bells; and example the Crave box at other Taco Bells is $5.00 at this one it is $5.99 with tax one is $5.30 but here it is $$6.35 a 20% increase which is a rip off! read more
