i ordered a chalupa meal & some sides, pulled up to the taco bell and a man outside smoking not one but TWO (2) cigarettes at once. had me pull to the side to wait on the food, waited 10/15 minutes all for my damn chalupas to not be in the bag. workers are very unorganized & unsanitary. the worker who was putting my food together was eating while bagging my food. yall gotta do betta man. read more

This is seriously the saddest Taco Bell in existence. The photos speak for themselves - mostly broken chip fragments in nacho bell grande, and my taco supreme was basically just a sad crunchy tortilla shell with barely any topping. Ordered a nacho bell grande combo with no beans extra cheese the nacho bell grande was fine but it comes with a hard shell supreme taco and I order it with no lettuce they didn't put lettuce on it but they somehow "forgot" to put the beef on it so now money just went down the drain. And I'm surprised they'd didn't get my whole order wrong they usually do. Staff are very rude has an attitude talking about parties to each other talking horribly about other people while you are sitting at the window. I like Taco bell as a franchise. However this restaurant did not live up to the franchises standards. TL;DR bad service, cold food, and an incompetent staff lead to a poor rating I ordered the burrito supreme combo and a bean burrito. I requested fire and hot packets. I like to mix the two. This was a drive-thru order and it took just under 10 minutes to get home. Firstly, the food had already turned cold. A 10min drive in 75 degree weather. Secondly I was given medium and hot packets. Third, they wrapped the burrito supreme up as showing bean burrito on the wrapper. So I popped it in the microwave. That made the cheese melt to nothing, the sour cream turn to liquid, the lettuce mushy, and the tomatoes sour. I had to throw it away. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I hardly ever eat fast food, but I wanted something quick so I ordered on the Taco Bell website to customize my order because i have a diet that I cannot eat certain things. Went to go pick it up and they said they didn't have my order even though I had paid for it and had the receipt. I mentioned that I had ordered 45 minute ahead of time and the lady working yelled at me telling me they couldn't put my order ahead of the ones they already had. Meanwhile, their computers went down so they couldn't see new orders, but they continued taking orders. Eventually it got to the point that they were 8 orders behind. I asked to get my money back but they wouldn't give it to me, so 30 minutes later I finally got my food which was wrong and included all of the things I had asked for them to take out. Plan on waiting 15-20 minutes and if you ask for any kind of substitution, you might as well plan on not getting what you asked for. I have been going to this place since it opened I have had some extremely questionable experiences. At one visit the shift manager yelled at one of the employees about being a little slow, when I said something to her she thought it was ok because her son was slow. This doesn't make it appropriate to yell that from front lobby to back. Then one day while going to the drive thru, I requested my tacos for my daughter burrito rolled so she didn't make a mess in my car. When I asked for this which I have many times the drive thru attendant said she would have to ask, I believe I said they had done it before and it just saves me from having to try to do it while driving. The shift supervisor at the time when I came up to the window made a comment I wasn't supposed to her to the young girl at window about me training them to do it. When I asked to speak to supervisor because I had heard it they sent me three or four different people before her. They don't wear name tags so you just have to guess their names when they are rude. Well have this I spoke to the manager of the store by making a corporate complaint. He is just as rude as the employees. He interrupted me frequently, make me feel insignificant and stupid. Well my daughter was asking for tacos and this is the closest place to us for tacos. Well I again requested my daughters tacos burrito rolled which seems like a tiny request. Tammy the shift supervisor talked down to me and screamed at me thru the window, I felt super tiny again for asking for what I was paying for. Maybe was ranting and raving an hooping and hollering yelling they can't do all this and that and then yelling at me through the window. To top it all off my order was wrong, and there was no apology. Just be aware when you go. At times it's completely fine others other inappropriate times make the rest pale in comparison. read more

I give a 0 star rating to this Taco Bell. Spent over an hours here. Simply ordered 12 tacos, a number 10, and a chicken quesadilla without jalapeño sauce and some cinnamon twists for dinner after work. I stood waiting on my food for 20-25 minutes only to find out that the cashier did not ring up my entire order. So I have part of it now in my vehicle and you are probably like me and like food hot that is suppose to be hot, and this is where it starts. The cashier remembered that I had ordered it but somewhere it didn't show up on my ticket, so he goes to talk to the manager/shift supervisor who ever she is, and she says well if it's not on the ticket you have to ring it up and charge him for it. I'm not one to ask for anything for free but while waiting and waiting and waiting I did expect something but she was unwilling to do anything. I didn't want the majority of my food cold but I would have waited for the quesadilla and remained a happy customer however since she wouldn't do that I asked for a refund and she threw over $25 worth of food in the trash over a $3 quesadilla. So then I went to the drive thru and reordered the same food in which the other person who took my order got it right. If I were a business owner I would be highly disappointed in this staff, situation and how it was handled hmm throw away 3-4 dollars to keep a happy customer, or throw away over 25 worth of food just to have it reordered anyway. And an unhappy customer. That's real smart!! Wasted over 30 minutes in the drive thru but that's ok I got all my food at the same time so my family and I could all have hot food. Altavista Taco Bell need to quit talking to each other so much and listen to there customers to get orders right the first time, they also need to pick up the pace a little!!! There is absolutely no reason it should have taken over an hour to get the food I originally ordered or to cause a seen in the restaurant. read more
