This place is so gross. I was starving and thirsty and really wanted a limeade sparkler. It wasn't until I sat down after ordering that I noticed how disgusting this place was. Food all over the floor and tables. I half expected to see a cockroach or rat crawling around. I am befuddled as to how they earned an "A" rating because if the dining room is this dirty what must the kitchen be like? The bathroom isn't much better. Not only is there trash all over the floor, but there is an ungodly order to top it off. It smells like something crawled in there and died after eating nothing but cabbage it's entire life. My partners and I went through the drive-thru of this establishment ordering food for 4 people, so obviously our order is going to be a little large. So we ordered our food, and exited the drive-thru to park in front to check out bag. It ended up that we were missing 1 Doritos Locos Tacos from a Crunchwrap Combo, and the Crunchwrap was supposed to be made with black beans instead of beef, but they still made it with the beef. So, my girlfriend went inside to get the missing item and have the mistake fixed and the woman who helped her gave her an attitude and decided to talk shit to another employee, trying to whisper but failing, "We just served you, didn't they get enough food?", and proceeded to hand her the bag with an attitude. I find this extremely unacceptable for being someone with plenty of work experience in the food industry and being in a Supervision position, that is no way to treat a customer or talk to/about them. Especially for the fact that they weren't busy at all, and THEY messed up OUR order. If you're going to talk shit about your customers for something you fucked up on, maybe you shouldn't be at that establishment working that job because obviously you don't want to be there. There are so many of us that have jobs that we don't like but deal with it professionally and own up to our mistakes and don't judge our customers for coming back and asking us to fix the mistake that was made. I have eaten at Taco Bell more than a few times, but never have I had such a terrible experience as I did at this location. The service was non-existent, the restaurant was absolutely filthy, the iced tea was all gone, the soda did not contain the correct mixture of syrup and water, and the food....the food was the wost of all. I actually threw most of it away. Do yourself a favor and never visit this place. read more

I love taco bell usually, but this taco bell is not that great. TWO times I have left there and they have forgotten to put the right food in the bag, so after that I stopped going. The food was ok, seemed to be decent, but not the freshed taco bell I have been too. So, all-in-all, its not that bad, but dont use credit card or atm (they charge a stupid fee!), and make sure to check the bag before you pull from the window. read more

This is probably the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible you can tell the manager hated her job and her employees hated her. There was an incident where the managers squirt bottle was empty and she threw it and it bounced so both employees look at one another and roll there eyes. They were also out of many product no freezes no mild sauce. Usually fast food is fast but this time it took well over 15 minutes. Tonight I went there and at the end of my order I asked for a senior discount, THEN I ordered a senior drink. After I paid I noticed I did not get the discount. I told the cashier, (the receipt says her name is Noemi P), and she said she'd help me in a minute. After taking 4 or 5 other orders she tells me you can't get a senior drink AND a discount, so I asked why she didn't tell me that when I ordered it and she just shrugged...I've always gotten both in the past. Since this is the only Taco Bell in Apple Valley I go to this location and every single time I've came here there has been horrible costumer service. The woman that works drive thru gives attitude pretty much every time and I've even seen the manager give attitude to costumers. If I can give this store no stars I would. read more

Rudest person I've ever came across in the drive thru. She asked if I wanted sauce , and closed the window on me as I was answering her.... then was handing out my entire order while talking to someone else, never said anything at all, not even have a good day, nothing. Handed my bag and drink and continued talking to someone else slammed the window on me.... then I start pulling my food out to eat, and there was no napkins or sauce. The worst food I've had in a long time. The tostadas had an inch of beans, a couple of pieces of lettuce, (not even shredded), and hardly any cheese, and the shells were so stale.
