I haven't eaten Taco Bell in years and decided to give in. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas supreme , 2 steak chalupas supreme, 1 chicken cantina quesadilla, 1 nacho fries through the drive through and driving away I noticed I was missing the nacho fries so I brought it back in and they took my bag and my receipt to the back and brought me out a new bag. I looked in and saw 4 wrapped, one long wrapped and the fries and drove home. Once I got home, I received 2 bean and cheese burritos, 2 potato soft tacos, 1 cheese quesadilla and 1 nacho fries..... I guess I should have opened everything up before I got home but I saw the correct number of items and didn't think any of it. I dont like to give bad reviews and sadly have to. I got hired in August 2024 and tried contacting management within 2+ months about when to start and never got contacted. When I brought this up to a second manager she said that a district manager would help and contact me. No calls, emails, texts. I tried to call the store again after a week of waiting and they completely ignored my phone calls. A couple days later I went in to talk to management and I assumed they needed help still as the lobby was a mess and the two workers were struggling to hand out the correct food. My order took 35 minutes for just 2 tacos and a freeze.... Even after my meal I asked a young worker if I could talk to the manager and i waited 10 minutes, he never got back to me as the place was crowded. I sadly had to go home as id been there for almost an hour. I certainly don't recommend this place. Also please take me off the schedule if it's gonna keep giving me emails about it being updated when it is always empty! read more

Many people like to disparage Taco Bell for being slow and other things, But when you look at the big picture and not focus on your own selfish wants then it becomes more clear. Yes, they are slow, but thats because of the labor shortage that many restaurants are facing. Yes, the lobby is closed, also because of the labor shortage and its not logical to have both the lobby and the drive thru open if you only have 3 or 4 employees to run the whole store for the whole day. So for what its worth, take in to consideration that at least this location is still open and not permanently closed like Ive seen other locations become. read more

Drive thru was slow, but it was worth it. Burritos were hot and fresh, rolled tight and seasoned appropriately. Dave B once again with the slam dunk review. I believe this Taco Bell and the one further down Sheridan by King Soopers want to be the worst. They constantly jockey position but who knows which store in the end will hold the crown. Lot of parking on the side of the store. Almost a bad layout since the drive through tends to swing around. For walk ins it's relatively quick. I appreciate priority over the drive thru. Then again the drive through is supposed to be quick, I have time to come inside and people driving probably do not, thus the use of the drive thru. Clean location until they get busy. Customers don't help must by cleaning up after themselves. My apologies to staff that are routinely swamped and supposed to keep a clean lobby. Orders have always been correct. Sometimes the drive thru will mistake a request for another similar sounding menu item. Your average Taco Bell but I have to knock them down a star for overall wait times. read more

AVOID at all costs! I waited in the drive thru saying hello to a nonresponsive speaker for over 5 minutes before putting it in reverse(thinking that I was lucky to not be blocked in)and going inside. Huge mistake! But I had a chalupa craving that got the better of my gut feeling. The place was nasty as were the staffs attitudes. I've never had the double chalupa so I ordered one. Double portion of meat in a huge chalupa? How can you go wrong right? The pictures speak for themselves. My friend and I waited in a huge line at the drive through on Thursday night (12/30). I mean these guys were slammed. When we got to the speaker and placed our order the gal who took our order threw down some mad customer service skills apologizing for the wait, explaining their system had went off line and thanked us for our patience. She sounded calm, under control and apologetic. When we got to the pay window it was more awesome customer service skills from Nathan and Cody. The crew was working together to expedite orders amid a failed POS , we got hooked up with a couple small beverages for the long wait (awesome!) The food was fine. Our big order was correct and it was hot. No complaints here. Props to the team who obviously has a all pro manager who has a crew that'll work hard and get it done. Thanks guys! read more

Today I placed my first order using the Taco Bell app. It will be my last. The website worked well when ordering. But everything fell apart when I went to pick up. First the dining room was closed and locked. The website took my order for dinning room pickup and never mentioned that this was not possible. Second I had to get in line for the drive thru. The line was more than 10 cars long. It took 35 minutes to get to the order box. Third, the website informed me that my order was ready 35 minutes before I made contact with the restaurant employees. I understand being short staffed and having to wait longer for your food, but it's absolutely ridiculous, when your customers are complaining that the dining room is freezing, and you do absolutely nothing about it. Hands down the worse service I've ever had. Customer service is a lost art. I had to repeat my order twice. The gal admitted she heard me say large water but missed the beginning. I get to the window, she tried to hand me a small water, I corrected her and told her I had asked for a large water, she said she would have to charge. I said fine, it's what I requested. She argued that I didn't specify size (I know I did, because it was the main reason I stopped, I was coming back from a long trip). Then she said she did not hear me say large, after confirming at the speaker that it was the only part of my order she caught. I'm thinking she must be new, stressed... I asked if she was new, she said no. I asked for her name, and she told me it was none of my business. I took her photo to send to management. She closed the window and walked away and didn't serve my order or return my money. I honked my horn until another worker came to the window and tried to hand my money back. She spoke over his shoulder and said they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Now, if I were drunk and belligerent... yes, maybe. But I was tired from traveling. I knew the restaurant must have had a hard day, they had paper signs warning of all the things they were out of and that the slushy machine was down. This store has issues with long lines, slow service, and sometimes sloppy food prep. But this was the absolute worse customer service I've ever had. When you're in a service industry, people skills matter. I just tried to contact corporate through the website, and the link does not take you to a contact page, it refreshes the landing page!
