Absolutely atrocious experience here at Taco Bell, which is not necessarily surprising, but still uncalled for. My family and I came into the lobby to order some food and use the restroom, and there were two workers in the kitchen, shooting the breeze and having a long conversation. Upon us stepping up to the counter to order, we were yelled at from across the kitchen by one of the employees, telling us to use the self-ordering kiosk they had. After waiting another minute, the other lady just shooting the breeze yelled at us to use the self-ordering kiosk again. After we explained that we had cash, one of the two workers threw her gloves in the trash in disgust, and came up to take our order with a terribly smug look on our face, clearly mad at us for ruining her conversation. The bitch then proceeded to have an attitude through our entire order. We got our food and went on our way, but I have never seen such a terrible attitude from an employee anywhere, so blatantly disrespecting the customer. I will NEVER come here again, and will be calling corporate to hopefully have her behavior corrected. read more

I've been to this Taco Bell at least three times I can't really tell if the food is good or not because nothing is hot everything is lukewarm and I don't feel safe to eat. Could they spend some money and keep the food hot when they sit give it to you. It's not like I drove around- Open one of the items as soon as I left the drive through and I only live two minutes away. This taco bell is horrible. The service is ridiculously slow. The employees are not friendly what so ever. There could be no cars in drive thru and you're still going to wait 20 min for a simple bean and cheese burrito. Stopped here on a road trip and went in for a quick bite to eat. There was nothing quick about it. It took forever to get our food. The drive through looked pretty backed up too. We ordered at the counter and ordered two tacos and two burritos to eat onsite. Took 25 minutes to receive the order. Barely could find a clean table! Most of tables were wiped clean with a nasty filthy oily cloth and left a sticky whitish film on the tables! YUCK! This was our first time at this Taco Bell. It will be our last. Health department needs to check their kitchen, because if they don't know how to clean the table, what are they doing behind the scene? read more

This is by far the best fast food service I have ever had. Over the last month Taco Bell had been working hard to improve the customer service and I have witnessed how much time and effort has gone into improving this location. Megan H, my cashier, was so amazing at her job, it inspired me to write this review. I'm in the sales business and watching her greet people in store by first name and remembering their names was very impressive. Second time here I'm not from the area ,quick stop due to heavy traffic. Got to say worst place for a fast food. First time was understandable since they just had opened, but 2nd time been awhile now and they seem to not improve on time. After waiting for 20 minutes for 3 nachos and a box I ordered they still got it wrong. I went up to tell them and manager tells me well u also have to understand she*cashier* is new! Um not my problem ,he was 1 putting my order together ,he should of said that box is not available. But on his own decides to put whatever box for me together!! Came in a few days ago on my lunch break.. Not only did they get my entire order wrong I was waiting for about 25mins. What made this visit more upsetting was the fact that I had spoken to a young man name Kyle who happens to be a manager seem to be on some sort of drugs by the way he was acting. Needs customer service improvement and quality assurance plan for customers ordering menu items. Drive thru order today for lunch, they didn't have tortillas!!!! I ordered something else due to limited time. Nobody offered to compensate me in any way to make up for the other items I wanted to order but they couldn't make because they were not prepared. I even told the staff that this was very inconvenient and I was dissatisfied with my visit and still nobody offered any resolution to make up for the poor visit. read more

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life. We went through drive thru ordered 3 burritos with NO CHEESE. And as we drove off, I checked and they all had cheese in them. No problem, I'll just go in and have them redo them. I go in and stand by the register. The employees are all busy with the drive thru orders and they don't acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. Ok cool, I'll just keep waiting patiently. They are all chit chatting as they work but still don't say anything to me. Then one of them finally approaches me and I tell them what happened. He says something and walks away. Another 5 minutes goes by and there's a long line behind me at this point. This time, a different employee asks me if I've been helped. I tell her, "I'm not sure, I told someone what happened but I'm not sure if they're making my burritos or not." She's very polite and goes to the back and asks the employees if anyone is making the burritos for me. Someone responded and said, "we're working on it". Then the girl says, "there's a huge line out there." And all of them look out and are surprised to see about 15 people standing at the register. Are you serious?!? Another 5 minutes goes by, and I finally get my burritos. When I get back to my car, I check the burritos and they ALL HAVE CHEESE AGAIN!!! So frustrating. First and foremost, do NOT try ordering food from this Taco Bell location 30 minutes before they close because they have an excuse to not take your order EVERY TIME. Tonight I arrived 20 minutes before they closed the drive through, and I was told to wait 5 minutes for their systems to turn back on. As soon as more cars waited behind me, they then said "sorry we can take no more orders our systems are completely down (10:45pm.)" I said okay that's fine, can I please have corporates number. She said yes pull in. Destiny, latina in her late 20's early 30's, thin, with long brown hair in a ponytail, acted as if the systems were down and did not bother to open the window, while the other employees were cleaning. As soon as I honked, she opened it and said " what do you want a free drink or something." Coming from a management position, this is the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered!!! This location needs to be retrained or get rid of LAZY employees who clearly do not want to be there. You know what you signed up for when you accepted a position in the fast food industry. When I asked for corporates number again, Shannon, Caucasian in her mid thirties, replied in a rude tone that she could not do anything then gave me a paper with a number that was not corporates number.
