I love coming to Raising Cane's for lunch on Wednesdays when my husband is home. It's always super fast, and the drive-thru is usually empty because it's not right off the main freeway exits like some of the other lunch spots. The service is quick, the drive-thru attendants are friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. This is my go-to when places like In-N-Out and Chick-fil-A are absolutely packed during lunchtime. Yes, you might have to drive a little farther inland, but it's 100% worth it for the shorter lines and stress-free experience. He was also so supportive towards the obviously "in training" counterperson who took our order. Our chicken combomeal was delivered promptly to our table . I'm glad that Raising Cane's finally opened in Yucaipa. Until this year, the closest options were Redlands or the location by the San Bernardino Costco. Having one right here in town is a huge win for foodies. I swung by on a Sunday evening and opted for the drive-thru. Since the line had a few cars, I noticed the two-lane setup and pulled into the outside lane to place my order. What wasn't clear, however, was what happens after ordering. Do you merge back into the main lane, or stay in the outside lane? I sat there for a few minutes before realizing no one was coming out. After about five minutes, I ended up parking and heading inside to figure out what I was supposed to do. Inside, I was warmly greeted by Michael at the counter, who truly saved the experience. He explained that the outside lane is only used when it's busy and when they have team members outside--typically during daylight hours. Since it gets dark by 5 p.m. in the winter. I think that adding a cone, a clear sign, or even a speaker to communicate would help prevent confusion. I was told that some guests have waited 10-20 minutes without realizing the lane was closed lol. Despite the hiccup, Michael turned the visit into a positive one. He confirmed my order, noticed my drink was missing, and made it on the spot. My order was a mixed box combo with extra Cane's sauce, no coleslaw, and an extra toast. Everything was fresh, hot. Going forward, I'll stick to the main drive-thru lane unless there's an attendant outside. Bonus point: this location stays open late past midnight, making it a great casual hangout spot once spring and summer roll around. A minor learning curve for the drive-thru, but excellent service and great food. Yucaipa needed this Cane's, and I'm glad it's finally here. read more

Decided to try out this location with my parents for dinner one night. It was really good and the service was great, but the place was a little dirty. Lots of crumbs on the floor and overflowing trashcans. Some trash on some tables but we were getting takeout so it didn't directly affect me and my family. But if we had decided to sit down, we definitely would've had to clean up the table a bit. Other than this, everything else was good. read more

Every time I come to this location there is always something wrong with my food. When I go to Canes I usually just go to the Redlands restaurant but today I was in a rush and they disappointed again. There were barely any fries in my combo and I also asked for no lettuce but there was lettuce in my sandwich combo. We had a really rough day. Our little one broke her arm and we spent the whole day in the ER. Traumatic experience to say the least. Around midnight we were able to head home, but first, Canes. We ordered, went to the window and we were greeted by Jacob. We explained our day, and Jacob went out of his way, and surprised her with some canes merch. Made her day a little brighter. Built for a double drive thru and they have a sign that says both lanes open but everyone was waiting in one line. Got in the other line and no one took the order. Waited for 15 min and then Had to go all the way around and get back in line after more cars had pulled in. Called the store and they said they use both lines lol. Raising Cane's is the GOAT of chicken finger joints! I don't know what kind of magic they put in that Cane's Sauce, but it's addictive. I came in just wanting a quick bite and left wondering how soon I could come back. The chicken fingers were piping hot, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside--literally perfection. You can tell they don't mess around when it comes to quality and consistency. Let's talk about the toast. THE TOAST. Buttery, golden, slightly crispy edges... I'd honestly just order a box of that. Crinkle-cut fries were solid, but pro tip: dip everything in the sauce. Oh, and don't forget to ask for their honey mustard.....also house made! Service was fast, super friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-stocked, even during a busy after school rush. I already came back Sunday night and just hit the drive-thru at Raising Cane's and I'm officially obsessed. First off--the service was on point. We came in to celebrate achievement awards for all four of our kids, and I just have to say -- thank you to Cane's for making it such a smooth and happy experience! Each of our kids was able to redeem their award for a free Kids Combo meal, and not only was the process super easy, but the staff handled it with smiles and great energy. I ordered an iced tea for myself while the kids enjoyed their meals, and everything came out fast, fresh, and exactly as expected. The service was quick, friendly, and seamless -- no hassle, no attitude, just a team that clearly cares about their customers. Update.... It's been a few months and I decided to go back. the service is as great as always. All the employees are always great. I still haven't been inside, but I'm assuming the interior is like every other raising Cane's. I ordered a few box combos, and they were absolutely delicious. They were what I expected and whatever issues I thought I came across they've been fixed and this will now be my spot. We stopped by here on a Sunday morning, it was nice to see that they open up at 9:00am. Super friendly and energetic staff greeted us. The interior of the restaurant was fresh and clean. We have ordered food a few times through the app and set it up for curbside pickup. Each time when we arrive nobody brings our food out. And almost every time items are missing, usually the toast or coleslaw. Today the same thing happened. We drove home and discovered they forgot the toast again. We've gone back to get the missing items in the past, but not today. I will double check everything from now on, IF we get food from them again. read more

I went to this location today, 12/04/25. The chicken fingers have shrunk dramatically, no longer are they plump and hearty like when the store first opened. The fries and Texas toast were cold. The only thing that wasn't messed up was the drink. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I really wanted to like this location since it's in my new area, but I just wasn't impressed. The French fries were old and felt like the small scraps from the bottom of the batch. No one asked if I wanted ketchup with my fries or if I needed anything else. The service felt very hands-off. The workers weren't rude, but they also weren't warm or engaging. The chicken itself was disappointing too--the middle was chewy, which makes me think it wasn't cooked all the way through. That's not something you want to question when it comes to chicken. The Cane's sauce also didn't taste the same as it usually does at other locations, which was another letdown. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because they asked for one, and I genuinely hope they improve. I had high hopes since I live nearby and was excited to have a Cane's close. But overall, it just didn't measure up to a few of the other places around here that offer fresher food and friendlier service. read more

When I got to the window I was told my total so I handed the young girl $40.07 she was in such a hurry to get back to talking to the guy behind her she dropped the 2 Pennies. Pulled car on the left finished ordering on the right then they didn't take our order took another order on the left side and I was still waiting on the right and then a new order take took our order while two more cars past us up. We were excited to see Raising Cane come to Yucaipa. The building looks beautiful and nicely located then things gets bad. Only been there twice and each time an item was left out of our meal e.g bread or cole slaw. The chicken fingers looked not appetizing and half the size as other Raising Cane's restaurants. The problem was that we were the only people there. How can you screw up one order. I brought my concerns to the manager. He sounded like he was in high school and could care less especially when I told him other people had the same complaints in their reviews. The staff needs to step it up in their professionalism and do their job rather than goofy off. By looks of the place, it is always dead unlike other Raising Cane's that have long line of cars in their drive thru. Sad to see this place off to a bad start. read more

I've been coming since they've opened an honestly the food quality is good but the customer service is horrible because they only really have immature highschoolers working an they laugh an talk while I'm ordering so I have to keep repeating myself or come back because they mess up my order because they were too busy talking instead of doing there job. This was my first time trying the new Raising Cane's in Yucaipa and I was really hoping for a good experience since I live down the street and my relative passed away today, so I wanted some late night comfort food. The girl that took my order at the drive thru must have taken my lack of enthusiasm ordering the wrong way, because she was very rude to me and purposefully made me wait to complete my order for one 3 finger combo for about 5 minutes, and took a car's order that came while I was waiting (theirs was for two 3 finger combos) before me. By the time I got to the window I waited another 5 minutes before I got my food or paid. Food is okay, but cold and fries are heavy salted. I also received the wrong drink :( super disappointing. Hope the girl gets some better training on customer service. read more

Unfortunately my experience with the od was sub par.to other Raisomg Cane's locations. The chicken stripa were obviously sitting around for quite awhile and the breading was peeling off by the time I made 5 min. trip home. Too many people standing around talking and not paying attention to the customers. Reminded me of the quad in high school times between classes. read more
