So flavorful and packed with the spicy meat! Each order comes with two corn tortillas and there's a station with the fix-ins that you can add. They have all kinds of salsas with different heat levels. They also have avocado sauce, roasted jalapenos, cilantro, diced onions, etc. You go inside the convenience/grocery store to the register to pay for the tacos you want! And you just give your ticket to the cook inside the food truck! Make sure you also buy drinks inside to go with your tacos! There is indoor seating and also outdoor seating!

Unfortunately, I do feel inclined to leave this 1 star review for the safety of other customers. I spend around $40 at La Poblanita, I bought some interesting snacks and stuff like that. It wasn't until I got home that and more closely inspected all these items that I realized that almost ALL of them are expired. Not just recently, half of those being expired in 2022. I bought various popsicles and every single one of them were heavily expired and appeared to have been completely melted and then refrozen again, and unbelievably freezer burnt. These popsicles contain dairy so I consider this a serious safety concern. I was so pleased with the inside of the store that I didn't even think not to trust the items being sold. I am shocked that these have gone unnoticed. What a shame. Please be aware of this when shopping here.

I've been to many places, and not many stack up in terms of quality and bang for your dollar like, say Hank's in New Brighton... Los Gingos absolutely has one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. The pulled pork quesadilla is filled with meat, cheese, and other ingredients if you like. Don't scoff at the $15 price... you are more likely enjoying lunch AND dinner from one of these babies. Be sure to stop and enjoy this food truck anytime they are in your area!

If you get the 3 tacos, you don't have to stick with one meat or just veggies. You can mix it up. All the meats are delicious, but I usually do 2 Achiote pulled chicken and 1 of the Seasoned ground beef. Their pulled pork is also good, but I hate giving up one of the chicken tacos....lol. The flavoring in the meats is soooo yummy and the marinated onions just adds to the already perfect mix! I ALWAYS get extra cilantro and they are generous with it! I have also had the quesadillas, which are next favorite! The street corn is delicious, with just enough spice/bite and I also give it a thumbs up! Make sure you try their variety of salsa's to go with your food! DE-LISH! The food truck comes often to Beaver Valley Power Plant and it is everyone's absolute favorite! The workers on the food truck are always very friendly and patient! I am always so sad when they are here at the plant and I am not...I hate to miss out on their food! I highly recommend giving Los Gingos Tacos a try!

The food is always INCREDIBLE, the menu stays fresh and interesting, and you can tell how much care goes into every dish. They update it almost every week!!! But keep the classics. The service is just as good, and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night or a nice dinner. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Beaver County. Always looking forward to my next meal here. Their menu changes seasonally, and it currently lists food such as fries, Cuban sandwich, chicken-tortilla soup, tagliatelle, flat-iron steak, and Hokkaido scallops. I met a friend here for one dinner. The setting was more on the casual side rather than fine dining. (I wore jeans and a blouse.) I have eaten authentic foods in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, and I thought that the menu was slightly influenced by these regions. The waitress and waiter spoke nicely with us. Our dinner that included a BYO wine (with a $5 charge per person), appetizer, entree, and dessert lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. The foods had strong flavors, and we both enjoyed everything that we ate. For appetizers, my friend and I shared the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which also contained carrots, pecans, and a dressing, and the Hot Low Country Crab Dip, which contained a good amount of crab meat and was served with crunchy toast. For entrees, I ate the Cutler-cove Salmon, which was accompanied with asparagus, potatoes, and a spicy jerk sauce and habanero purée, and my friend ate the Arugula Salad, which contained fresh arugula, baby carrots, goat cheese, olives, and hot honey. For dessert, I ate the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesecake, which was topped with pecans, caramel, and whipped cream, and my friend ate the Maple Panna Cotta with raspberries.
