I believe we had trouble finding their signage in the dark and parked in a little area in the back. A bit spooky but ended up safe in the long run. The bartender was really cool and fast like the wind. Not sure what we talked about, but was definitely good folks. No food that I remember; if there was, we didn't order any. The employee was having technical difficulties but finally got everything working after 5-10 minutes. We asked about drinks and were told that someone would come in to check on us and take our drink orders. The karaoke room reservations are only for an hour so we got right into it! About 20 minutes into our session, no one had come in to take our drink orders. I decided to go out to the bar and order them myself. That took a little while so I was sad to have missed that time in the karaoke room. Our session ended right at the top of the hour, which is fine. However, the difficulties weren't factored in. No one did ever come in to check on us or take our drink order the whole time we were in there. Lastly, we had to figure out how to pay for the room. I asked a couple of people and was told to go to the bar bit the bartender couldn't find my reservation. He finally did and we paid and left. I'm a big fan of places where you can cook your own meat & seafood. It's always perfectly cooked and warm. While the meat was amazing, my favorite part of the meal was the shrimp. The room was big enough and had enough seating for our group of 12. We were given complimentary fruit and snacks, and drinks we ordered were brought to our room. The private rooms are really cool to look at (see the pictures I've attached), and made the experience of karaoke a lot more fun for us - we could act as silly as we wanted without worrying about other people around. You pay by the hour for the room, but it only came out to $12 a person for two hours, which we thought was a good deal. Karaoke has never been my thing, but I would love to return to Galaxy.
