    Steak and Veggie Quesadilla
    Nanci P.

Cute space with roughly 8 tables. The ordering is like Chipotle. Servers were nice and attentive. Husband ordered the chicken tacos and I ordered their steak and veggie quesadilla. We ordered sides of guacamole and their mild salsa. They need to add more flavor to the guacamole, needed lime or lemon along with additional salt--was bland. The food was served hot and was good. Amp up the guacamole and get the extra star!

Food in trash because it was so poor.

This place has been getting worse and worse. The ingredients seem to be cheap and both of my last orders have had lettuce turning brown and they have shorted my orders.

1/5 would not recommend. Just go to hanks. Crave: you've got a lot of problems, and bad reviews so far. Here's how you fix them. 1. My food was cold. This is mentioned in other reviews as well. So yeah, I understand that when you mix fresh COLD product (salsa, cheese, guacamole) there may be a temperature issue. You've got to compensate for that. Your meat, beans, and grilled veggies need to be HOT. It's a STEAM table after all. There was no steam in sight, and I'm actually concerned that what I ate wasn't kept at food safe temperature for a hot hold. Turn that sucker up to 200 if you have to buy BY GOD FIX THIS FIRST. 2. Ethnic food needs flavor. Pretty much everyone on here says your food is bland. They're right. I took my food home (side note- if you're wondering how I can comment on food temperature if taken to-go it's because the meat wasn't even hot enough to melt the shredded cheese put directly on top of it! And even a short trip would not have caused food in a plastic container to lose heat like that - it was never hot to begin with) and had to cover it with 2 kinds of hot sauce and it was still bland. I had to salt my *salad*, which I've never done before. The guacamole had no salt in it (big mistake). The meat had no spices in it. The veggies were not seasoned. Fresh ingredients in and of themselves are not enough in this case, and I could've gotten a more flavorful dish at Taco Bell. 3. Price point. You need to give customers some chips and salsa or stop upcharging the hell out of everything. People who pay $11 for a cold, flavorless burrito will not return. Neither will I. 4. Flair. You need something that makes you stand out. You don't have a lot going for you, except perhaps that you're not a chain. You need to make yourself special in some way. Start a hot sauce bar. Paint something ridiculous on the walls. Give out free churros. Host theme nights. Anything. Right now you don't have anything unique and the product that you're putting out is beaten in flavor, price, and quantity by literally everyone else in the business. I really wanted to like you, crave. It's really damn hard to screw up Mexican food but by golly you guys did it. P.s. All the employees were cheerful. Give them a raise because you definitely need all the help you can get.

This place is like someone went into Chipotle, walked out and said "I can do it better" then turned around and opened a way better version of Chipotle. I love everything about this place. From their friendly staff to their delicious food. Their chips are always fresh and the queso is AMAZING. I love the chicken bowls with white rice. The one and only suggestion I have for them is add lime juice. To either or both your white rice or chips because that draws me to Chipotle everytime. Other than that this food is pure perfect. Bon appetit!

Burrito "bowls". One has tortilla wrapped and on the side.

We used Door Dash and had a huge burrito with sauce and a crunchito that was delicious!

Skip chipotle if you are in Beaver and come to Crave! Food is excellent and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the beef brisket.

The food was horrible. The young man got our order wrong several times. I threw up after the first taco of beef.

I really enjoyed my chicken quesadilla. The jr size was plenty enough for me. The green salsa was awesome.

I've been to many places, and not many stack up in terms of quality and bang for your dollar like, say Hank's in New Brighton... Los Gingos absolutely has one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. The pulled pork quesadilla is filled with meat, cheese, and other ingredients if you like. Don't scoff at the $15 price... you are more likely enjoying lunch AND dinner from one of these babies. Be sure to stop and enjoy this food truck anytime they are in your area!

If you get the 3 tacos, you don't have to stick with one meat or just veggies. You can mix it up. All the meats are delicious, but I usually do 2 Achiote pulled chicken and 1 of the Seasoned ground beef. Their pulled pork is also good, but I hate giving up one of the chicken tacos....lol. The flavoring in the meats is soooo yummy and the marinated onions just adds to the already perfect mix! I ALWAYS get extra cilantro and they are generous with it! I have also had the quesadillas, which are next favorite! The street corn is delicious, with just enough spice/bite and I also give it a thumbs up! Make sure you try their variety of salsa's to go with your food! DE-LISH! The food truck comes often to Beaver Valley Power Plant and it is everyone's absolute favorite! The workers on the food truck are always very friendly and patient! I am always so sad when they are here at the plant and I am not...I hate to miss out on their food! I highly recommend giving Los Gingos Tacos a try!

Their menu changes seasonally, and it currently lists food such as fries, Cuban sandwich, chicken-tortilla soup, tagliatelle, flat-iron steak, and Hokkaido scallops. I met a friend here for one dinner. The setting was more on the casual side rather than fine dining. (I wore jeans and a blouse.) I have eaten authentic foods in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, and I thought that the menu was slightly influenced by these regions. The waitress and waiter spoke nicely with us. Our dinner that included a BYO wine (with a $5 charge per person), appetizer, entree, and dessert lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. The foods had strong flavors, and we both enjoyed everything that we ate. For appetizers, my friend and I shared the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which also contained carrots, pecans, and a dressing, and the Hot Low Country Crab Dip, which contained a good amount of crab meat and was served with crunchy toast. For entrees, I ate the Cutler-cove Salmon, which was accompanied with asparagus, potatoes, and a spicy jerk sauce and habanero purée, and my friend ate the Arugula Salad, which contained fresh arugula, baby carrots, goat cheese, olives, and hot honey. For dessert, I ate the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesecake, which was topped with pecans, caramel, and whipped cream, and my friend ate the Maple Panna Cotta with raspberries.
