My husband and I had appointments to get to but decided to stop at this Taco Bell as it was new. He always orders the Mexican pizza box with no tomatoes and I always order a beef burrito with no cheese. His pizza was ok and he took the tacos home (only to see that they had tomatoes on them). My burrito was embarrassing. They had put a straight line about 1/4 inch of meat (?). down the middle period. I went to the counter and asked them if it looked correct to them and the line cook came around and said she would make me another one. The second one had a line about 1/2 inch down the middle and truly, I'm not sure what the mixture was. If it was meat it was cooked to death and had a cream sauce that covered it. I've been eating at. Taco Bell for years (probably since it opened , as im 70 years old) and it really disappointed me. I wrote my reply because my granddaughters came in a few minutes ago and had a bad experience with the same location. So for the sake of the owner so they don't lose their butts, hopefully they will review their messages and realize that they have a problem. read more

I know this is a weird thing to write about, but it is so terrible I have to say something. I went to this Taco Bell today and used the ladies room. The gaps in the stalls are so huge, when you walk in the door, you can see the toilet from the entrance. So anyone opening the door can see the person in the stall. Not only that, but you can see into the next stall too. There is no privacy. Really Taco Bell, fix this!!!! BTW. No one was in the ladies room but me when I took these pics. read more

They literally always mess my order up, forget something, or "misunderstood" what I meant. If it's not day time, around lunch or when they aren't busy, I always get an attitude from someone once I start ordering. We order no cheese, no sour cream on everything we eat, simply because I'm lactose intolerant and we don't regularly eat a whole lot of that in our house hold. If I order any desert, chips and salsa, or mini quesadilla of either variety it's forgotten. I always have to ask for something that's been left behind. I work in food service, when there is a difficult order it is on you to verify that it is completely correct every time. It's on the person taking the order to call it back if they aren't sure about something said, it's up to you guys to take the time and not get shitty about stuff when it becomes the slightest bit difficult. Once you take the order and get them to the window to pay you can ask important questions such as "we didn't understand what you meant by nothing on your chips, everything on the side sepertely. Could you exain that real quick?" (It literally means what I said, I want my chips, I want the things that come on them....seperated....on the side. Not the chips in one container and all of the beans and sauce and cheese mixed together in a disgusting vomit blob) The only time I've ever been asked to check the screen to make sure it's correct at this location is during a lunch shift and my order was completely correct. I even got my sauce packets which I usually have to beg for to ever get more than two. You guys truly do a good job when everyone is doing their job and paying attention. We mess up, were human, but why is it LITERALLY every time I come here I get more upset than what it's even worth?? read more

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I've been to in awhile!! The food is disgusting. I ordered 3 Chipotle Double Stack Tacos. To start they were all cold. No cheese sauce on the soft outside shell and no Chipotle sauce inside. It was like trying to eat a piece of cold white bread wrapped around a half empty taco. went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm last night & ordered 3 burritos that come with cheese but requested the cheese on the side but still got charged for an extra cheese. I noticed it but It wasn't a big deal to me so I didn't say anything. They then asked me to donate towards something I said that I would continuing to be nice. I pull up to the window & my LARGE soda was not even close to full with barely any ice. Slightly irritated that I ordered & paid for a large but was given the amount of a size medium, but still didn't say anything. I realized that I forgot to ask for sour cream & politely ask for some. The boy tells me that "i should've ordered it back at the mic" & says that he can't give me any. I asked him if I could just pay for it now since I'm already at the window. He told me no that I would have to drive around & get back in line to order ONE cup of sour cream... I expressed to him that it made no sense for me to drive all the way around the restaurant to get exactly where I was currently at for a cup of sour cream when all he would have to do was grab me some. I was more than willing to pay for it. He shuts the window on me and doesn't respond. At this point I'm still waiting because I was not about to drive all the way around the restaurant & sit in line again for a condiment that I simply forgot to ask for when I was ordering. After he realized that I wasn't moving he started talking about me to the employee next to him, goes back to the kitchen, comes back with the sour cream, doesn't even put the lid on, he aggressively hands it to me, i STILL say thank you and he slammed the window in my face. Tonight was the worst service I have ever received. I was overly nice to the young behind the counter, yet instead of returning a smile he had a sarcastic remark and a defiant look on his face. I received only a portion of my order, even after he verified the bag and closed the window on me. I actually thanked him for verifying the bag. It seems he was to focused on being rude that he forgot to place in my portion of the order in the bag or my hand before slamming the window in my face. Upon my husbands return to pick the 'forgotten' (because evidently it was my fault I did not have my food) he was treated rudely and over looked for service that seemed to be because he was not of the same ethnicity. Finally got my order but I was to scared to eat it at that point. Who knows what they had done to it!! I am completely appalled at the treatment by the employees of the store.
