I was refused service at the drive through window just because I had 2 mobile orders. The black person at the window told me they could only take one order at a time, I had to drive around for the second order. There was no one behind us. I told the person that I had to waste my gas just to drive around? We had to talk to the manager and he said they would do better. We got our second order and an apology from the manager, but I am never coming back to this Taco Bell. This is not the first time that they have done this. I called the owner before and was promised this wouldn't happen again, but obviously it has. No other Taco Bell takes one mobile order at one time. The last three times I've tried to eat here I've been told at the drive through speaker that they're closed due to "technical difficulties," then I've had to wait behind other people in line who were somehow able to order and receive food before I could leave. Placed order using the app (very easy to use) set the time i would pick up and when I arrived to pick up it was ready, hot and very fresh. The 2 young people that I encountered were very respectful and over the top nice which I am so thankful for especially since the evening was not on my side prior to picking up my family's dinner! Awful. Worst Taco Bell in the US. No one should ever feel ripped off at a Taco Bell. Ever. I bought $22 worth of food tonight and got burritos with dry chunky powdery beans, onions were left off, after asking for extra onions and sauce. Was charged for sauce and didn't get it. Nasty. Tacos are flat. I counted three slivers of lettuce on one. Three little shreds. See the photos. This store is terrible. Ruined our evening. My husband is trying to choke down tortillas with literally nothing inside them, because by the time we sat down to eat, this store was closed so we couldn't call. CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! I have gone through the drive through multiple times asking for the number 2 regular with a soda. That's it. How hard could that be? If you don't know what regular is that means with no sour cream because I have a sever allergic reaction to it. I have gotten multiple orders with them being with sour cream and being the wrong taco. Multiple times I have had to go back in line and ask for the RIGHT order (when in all reality I shouldn't have to because they should get it right on the first time). I have to descriptively tell them I have an allergen and then they'll get it right. What happens if someone who is allergic like me and bites into a taco with sour cream? That's a lawsuit right there. Come on Taco Bell, you can do better. read more

we got there and the drive thru told us they couldn't do more than one order. so i had to reverse in a one lane drive thru AROUND A CURVE to be able to go inside and wait for 30 minutes for our food. horrible service, and the food was terrible. they only put the ingredients in piles on my crunchwrap, and the lighting was too harsh to be able to eat well. read more

I've been here twice now. Both awful experiences. The first time we waited inside for almost 30 minutes. The second time I decided the drive thru would be better, it was not. This Taco Bell should be a model for other Taco Bells. Very clean lobby, fast service, and Tashaunna was an awesome cashier. Also, love the power outlets in the lobby and the fast WiFi. It makes it a great place to get some quick work done while eating. read more

This place has truly turned around. All around great restaurant. When I had first moved here year's back, the place never got my order right. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went through the drive thru, ordered $15 worth of food, and waited at the window for 15 minutes before my food finally came. What I thought was my food anyway. I get home and realize not ONE thing in the bag was a part of my order, shame on me for not digging through the bag I had waited so long to receive. I return to the store location, and let them know that my order was wrong. Silence. Not one of the employees said anything to me. The manager, I assume she was the manager, judging by her attire, looked me dead in the face and said NOTHING to me. No apology, no "I'll get this order fixed for you, sorry for the inconvenience." Just utter silence. We waited close to ten minutes to finally get our correct order and they still messed up, no extra cheese (that I paid for) on any of the items.
