The worker at the drive-through they were delayed because he was "picking up mountains of trash around the restaurant". Ok well at midnight after traveling a long time I think our food should have been the priority. I watched them in the window jacking around. for the last 2 years this location used to be "the good taco bell" but there must be a change in staff because the last 2 months every time i order it has been a disaster. the drivethru employee is high and mumbles to the point i can hardly hear him, and the food is extremely sloppy. today's greasefest was inedible with a double serving of old refied beans and missing beef! yum! they also made sure to put more sour cream on the outside of my bag instead of my actual food, so i'm glad i payed for extra of that :) anyway, theres another tacobell up the road near walmart that is still trash, but slightly less sloppy. read more

The bar is pretty low, you don't go to taco bell with high expectations. You should be able to expect, a reasonably pleasant staff, reasonably clean facility, and reasonably quick service. This location has none of those things. There is another taco bell about 4 miles up the road near Walmart, do yourself a favor and just run up there if you are wanting taco bell. read more

Edit 11/1/22: Went from 2 stars to 1, the order was 4 chicken hard tacos with lettuce and tomato, beefy 5 layer burrito among other things. I leave and take a bite and realize its beef, long story short I go back and pull up to the drive through, I tell the man and at the window he said sorry and remembered chicken rather than the beef. No worries.... I pull away again and its now a chicken soft taco with lettuce and cheese. (I can't eat dairy / beef / etc otherwise I wouldn't have wasted the time) I then pull up for a third time frustrated and when I stated my displeasure a woman instead of the man decided to say "but you didn't say that at the window" and I replied with... I just wanted what I got the first time with chicken, do you really want to argue this? Is this customer service to you rather than fixing what I ordered".... No response and then I said hello and the male cashier then said pull around.. Then a totally separate woman came to the window again and asked exactly what I ordered and finally the male cashier came back and said he made it himself. Driving to the one in High Ridge is a better choice, its a 5 minute difference for way better service. read more

Horrible service. Waited in a long line just for them to mess up our order . Line was 10 cars deep, lobby was closed and when I called to tell them they didn't give us half our order they stated we would have to wait in line again and they couldn't run it out to the front door. When I told the manager I should have to wait again because it was their mistake I was hung up on. I called back and told them I wanted a refund or my food and was told I would have to get back in line because they were short staffed, even though they had employees standing there and drawing on a napkin . Horrible service. The only nice person or good thing about this place was Alexia she was a sweet head and deserves better than this place! read more

Been coming here for a while and it has definitely gotten better and is definitely one of the better Taco Bell's out there today. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a nice boxed area with the restrooms and probably the skinniest door I've ever seen. Past the next set of doors, the most "at home living room" kind of design I've seen at a fast food restaurant and most of the seating areas are cushioned and extremely comfortable. Then after ordering at the kiosk, the employees were quick to hand me a cup for the drink I ordered and soon after, the food was ready. Didn't take long at all and they even were sweet enough to apologize for a wait that wasn't even bad. I noticed that they also cleaned up after people left pretty fast, that way they'd have all tables ready. The taco I ordered was built nice and neatly without mess and they actually cut the quesadilla all the way through, same can't be said for other locations. The food was all nice and warm and tasted amazing. I highly recommend this Taco Bell over any other in the area. read more

I have been eating at this location for the last 20 years that I have lived in house springs area. I've the past 2 years though, it has gotten horrible!!! Every time they mess up my order and I now always check it at the window. Not the rare occasion they get it right, or after I have them correct it, the food is horrible and not edible!! Example :tonight the chicken chalupa meal I ordered, the chalupa shell is as hard as a rock and not edible at all!!! This is bs that they would serve this!!! I have decided on my way home, that I am done with this Taco Bell. Management and crew needs replaced. read more

Usually happy with the food but.... When the lobby hours posted say they should be open and you and your family find the doors locked as you see 2 employees sitting inside eating and playing on their phones, you can't really say yo don't have enough staff to keep the lobby open. And please put a sign on your door saying the lobby is closed as their is nothing more frustrating than getting your whole family out of the car just to find the doors all locked. read more

My daughter and her friends came through the drive-through and ordered $40 worth of food. When they got home the order was completely wrong. They tried calling, but the phone said that everyone was busy and to call back later. So they drove back explain to the manager what happened and he said too bad he is not authorized to remake $40 worth of food and that they would have to call back on Monday and talk to a general manager. I then tried calling no answer so we drove back up there and spoke to Oliver who said he was only a shift lead and could only do $20. So I said let me get this straight you can steal $40 but you can't correct your error. So now we're out $40 and the food and now we have to wait until Monday to call the corporate office. I think there is something very shady going on there that they took this $40 in cash and know that they made a mistake and yet can do nothing to rectify it. I would strongly suggest not using this Taco Bell. read more

This Taco Bell has been steadily going downhill. My husband and I were there about 5 months ago and we were the only customers there, yet every table was dirty. Last evening I was invited to go with my daughter, son in law and their two children. The slushy that is pricey was not frozen, the tacos were wet and mushy and the order was not complete. When we decided to leave, we went to put our trash in the receptacles, but that was full! I truly believe my grandchildren who are almost 12 years old could have done a better job keeping the restaurant clean. Come on, Taco Bell, raise your standards!! read more

This is the closest Taco Bell to my house unfortunately and I can't remember the last time they got my order right. I always order chicken instead of beef (almost $1 up charge per item) because the beef upsets my stomach. Both of my items today had beef. The potatoes in my cheesy fiesta potatoes were so hard and obviously very expired, plus there was virtually no cheese on them. Overall very disappointing especially today because I couldn't eat a single thing I got. At least my Diet Pepsi was good, surprisingly. read more

Nasty, nasty, nasty is all I can say about this particular Taco Bell. Restroom was dirty and out of paper towels. When back in restaurant, noticed all of the trash cans were full here too along with every single table dirty. They called my name to get my food and I look down at the tray they are sitting on to see its dirty too and doesn't have one of those paper liners. I'm thinking I can probably make it but what should I hear but a loud belch from someone working in the kitchen. Save yourself disappointment and eat somewhere else!!!! read more

This is one of the closest Taco Bells to my house (still 25 min, one way) and maybe 1 out of 10 times does it all go smoothly. Today my family went on a taco run. We ordered a lot of food (party pack, two meals, and various miscellaneous items). The screen was correct but by the time we made it to the window and got our receipt there was food missing. Not one item but a whole meal. We had to go through the drive through twice more just to get all the food. We had to ask twice to get both of the drinks. When we were asked about sauce and answered we heard the employees say "Only give them a few". The sign on the sauce container says one per item. When we got home we realized we had 8 packets total, that isn't even enough for the party packet let alone the other food items. When we got home the food was sub par at best. The potatoes were cold, tough and few in number. Everything else was just "okay". I understand that this is Taco Bell and not fine dining however we have gone to Taco Bells before and had much better service. I think if I am going to drive 20+ minutes for Taco Bell I would have better luck in St. Clair rather than House Springs. Shout out to the night crew in House Springs, they are generally better than those working during the day shift, they are 1000x better than today's crew. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst one I've ever been to. Waited 15-20 minutes for my food. And then find out it's wrong on my way home. Found no point to turn back around because I'd be waiting for another 15-20 minutes just to have my order corrected as the cashier stands on her phone in plain view of the customers. read more

I love Taco Bell, but this is the last Taco Bell location I recommend to eat at. They are consistent when it comes to messing up your orders as well as putting out not so fresh food, it tastes as if it's been sitting for awhile instead of made when ordered. read more

This is literally the slowest Taco Bell in the entire United States. They also bat about .100 when it comes to getting your order right.
