I've craved for their tacos for weeks and finally gave in to my craving. This location is connected to a gas station so the parking lot can be steady at times. I went through the drive thru to place my order. It wasn't a long time but about 4 cars ahead of me that already ordered. 2 tacos and I decided to try their eggrolls for the first time (because everyone talks them up) I didn't feel as if I waited long to get to the window but the staff apologized for the wait which was very considerate. My tacos, amazing as always but I was bummed that they were out of ranch. However the staff suggested me to try their avocado ranch. Not the same but it worked. The eggrolls, now they had a great crunch and a lot of filling on the inside. The food is always good no issues there but what has me upset is how every time I come past 10pm there's no shake mix. The service is always hit or miss either trying to push you out the drive thru when it isn't to busy or no cars. They are also just rude with attitude. read more

The food is fantastic, the inside is a great environment. And the service is excellent and timely.

Ordered Southwest chicken salad. Menu says that it is grilled chicken, when received the greens look good but the chicken was ice cold. Not sure if it's supposed to be but nonetheless very unpleasant. My friend ordered the blt burger combo, burger barely room temperature and the fries were so greasy and honestly looked like and tasted like they were made yesterday! Gross is an understatement. They have been known to close down frequently because of not being able to hold onto employees and if things continue this downward spiral maybe it's best for customers especially to just give it up. read more

we ordered on the app expecting quail service useing THEIR APP and when we arrived, we waited 30 minutes to get our food we came home. I have gone to this Jack in the Box twice, and twice have I had to pull forward and park while they bring out my food. The first time I got value menu food which ended up being a big disappointment. The jr bacon cheeseburger is decent but tiny, and the value fries look like they could fit in a shot glass. (Compare that to, say, Taco Bell, where their value menu items are full-sized tacos, burritos, etc.) So the 2nd time I just got "real" food, which is tasty enough. The people manning the drive thru are friendly, I will give them that. So in summary, fairly good food, friendly service, but the price is too high and they really need to pay more attention. (The reason for the delay the first time is that the guy taking our order messed it up and had to fix. The 2nd time, nobody noticed they were out of curly fries, and we had to wait for them to make more.) read more

Went for a later night dinner after a long day at work, order my meal after waiting for 15 min in the drive.threw. Got home and saw that the chicken fajita Pita meal was incomplete, I had no pita or chicken. I spoke with the manager explaining the issue, he said come back up and he replace replace the meal it was a very inconvenience for me driving back up there for a 2nd time. I had ordered through the drive through, onion rings, tacos, curly fry's and a spicy chicken sandwich. the manager was berating the girl on the drive through, she was actually crying. when i got my food the fries were cold and I had extra items I didnt order. the chicken was cold and the tacos soft and cold. the onion rings tasted like they came from a tar pit. if the fried food is that bad I wonder how clean the store is. I go to this Jack in the box alot. The food is good I'll admit that. Two big issues Ive had in my few years of going there. When I go inside I frequently see employees preparing food with no gloves on. If they are wearing gloves they have the forefinger and thumb's ripped off to make it easier to grip things. I understand that this is convenient for grabbing wrappers and things, but it is gross, there is a reason the glove is supposed to cover the whole hand. The second issue I have is the drive thru. This Jack in the Box has the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. There have been times that it takes up to 12 minutes from pulling up to order and getting my food. Even late at night like 10pm where there is no line or foot traffic inside the building, it still takes forever for them to make my food. This would be a good location if not for those two issues. Two positive things to note is that my order is usually 100% correct, so I appreciate that. The staff is also very friendly and helpful if I do have an issue. read more

I would have gladly removed myself from the line, but with cars in front and behind me, that wasn't even a possibility! Absolutely horrible service! We never even got to order to get food (nor did the other 5 cars in line!) because the only 2 people working were out front smoking, and told us there would be a 10 minute wait due to staffing (after already being stuck in line for at least 10 minutes because of the people in front of us). And then he came on the speaker 15 minutes later, and said there would be another 10 minute wait due to a system reboot. But when we finally got the person in front of us to move, he was hanging out in front smoking, and yelled "sorry" as we drove by!!! We were stuck a total of 40 minutes because of the cars in front and behind us, and the way the drive through is blocked in, we couldn't get out. We will NEVER be coming back to this place. Oh, and you can't talk to corporate without a receipt number... but we never got one, since we never actually got served. Oh, and this was on Sunday November 27th 2016, when lots of people are wrapping up from black Friday weekend shopping. Good thinking guys... smh. read more
