Ambiance in the shitter. 2nd night in a row trying to get my taco bell, 2nd night failure. Yesterday i ordered delivery...where is it? Still haven't seen it. Tonight i opted to drive to the establishment itself. I ordered a chicken chipotle melt and 3 chicken quesadillas. Needless to say, i did not receive my chipotle melt or all 3 quesadillas. Instead i got 5 bean burritos. Thank you but no! Who even orders that many bean burritos- a stinky mf that's who. I'm currently on my way back taco bell to try to resolve this insufficiency. Never thought I would say this about Taco Bell. This place used to be a great restaurant here in Carrollton but has gone downhill fast and has become one of the biggest dumpster fires I've seen as a Taco Bell restaurant went here last night on July 22nd. Place an order. Was told they didn't have any of the new items that they had on their menu board when proceeding to the window after order was placed. I can see inside to where you could tell where the freeze machines at and they did have the mango freeze The manager as well as crew on this shift was just not wanting to run the machine looked like they where trying to get ready for close when closing wasn't till 3am all being done at 10:00 p.m. July 22nd, 2022 was not only rude, but also Unprofessional ,and also horse playing instead of paying attention to orders. I had to call four times and was getting hung up on each time that I called called a fifth and sixth time and the phone evidently was off the receiver at that point so I had to go back outside, drive back up to the location and was meant with a rude manager about the missing items from my order and the incorrect items in my order. I am following up with the store manager as soon as I can get them on the phone. If I can't get them on the phone I will see them in person. But best advice don't waste your time on this location till they get their act together because at this point this restaurant is obviously claiming they're out of everything that's on their menu. Every time someone wants to order something and that insult to injury when one drink is ordered as a Pepsi zero and they say oh we're out of that. Would you like a regular Pepsi no if I wanted a regular Pepsi I would have ordered a regular Pepsi but clearly they do not know how to handle customer service. They do not have to act professional on the job and they don't know how to do proper etiquette when handling manners of a complaint. I will update this review after my conversation with the store manager and pending on that conversation will depend on if it goes even further to general management or regional management. But at this time if I could I would give this location a zero starand I hate to cause I love Taco Bell but this type of treatment and service is unacceptable and in my job if you did a customer this way you would be fired on the spot no ifs and buts about it. read more

This is probably the quickest Taco Bell I've ever been to. My order is always correct!! I have never had a probably with the service or food. My usual go to is 3 spicy potato soft tacos and the triple layer nachos. Best $4.28 spent. read more

Worst Taco bell I have ever been to. Their food is usually pretty good but the service is terrible! We went inside to by pass the long drive-thru line that we've sat through forever before, and we still waited 40 minutes inside for our food. Worst example of a "fast" food place I've ever seen. So many other reviews that talk about this same problem but somehow they're still in business. Don't go here! read more

Every time I come here the service is so slow. During my most recent visit, it took almost 30 minutes to receive our food. Within that time frame it also took forever to even order. When I have visited this location it's typically later at night. You would think that speed wouldn't be an issue since the customer traffic is low, but that is NOT the case. I'm sorry but the food isn't good enough to have to experience this type of service. read more

The staff are very attentive. Haven't gotten an order wrong here ever. We always come to this one because the one on Bankhead is garbage.

Good food most of the staff is really nice/professional. Prepare to wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes. Also I was given a coupon for a free combo once because they were too understaffed to serve breakfast one morning and I had already waited in line. Then they later refused to honor it. read more

This places seems to be constantly understaffed. The workers have always been friendly and the food has been good, but its ridiculously slow. The drive thru is a joke. I'm currently in line now. Waited ten minutes for my food before approaching the counter. Waited 2-3 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. I had to ask for my food to be made, tell them what I ordered, and correct the order. They made the order in front of me, but probably wouldn't have if I hadn't addressed it. Worst Taco Bell..waited in drive through for 30 mins. At the window 2 of the girls were standing there chatting, literally not doing anything. Not paying any attention, one of the girls tried to give me my order without me paying...then i opened the bag, and it's not close to anything I ordered...too tired to bring it back and for them to fix it and for me to wait another 30. I've been here late at night [around 2AM] and each time I have been asked to pull forward to wait when no one else was in the drive thru. The first time they said they are timed and were short handed so as to not get in trouble. Each time the order was wrong and we had to drive back thru. Never have I got the order without having to pull forward. I wondered whats the problem, it isn't a trust issue I'm sure. read more
