I ordered a burrito, a side of nacho chips and a drink from the mobile app. I went to go pick up my order and when I pulled up to the drive through the worker immediately sounded annoyed. When I pulled up to the window she didn't even greet me. She basically shoved the bag at me and didn't say anything. So when I looked into my bag I saw that the side of nacho chips were missing except for the nacho cheese. Then there were the napkins. They weren't just any napkins. They were not 1, not 2, but 6 of those brown paper towels that are usually placed next to a sink. I'm giving two stars because the food I did actually get was decent. read more

Hey, we pulled off the highway to pick up something quick, and I just want to gives a thumbs-up for this Taco Bell. I know fast food restaurants typically get 2 stars no matter what ... but we gotta separate the food from the service. (It's not fair to rate so low just because the food is fast food). Here, the service is great. I ordered on the phone. When I walked in, I was immediately attended to by the cashier/manager, who went back to make sure my order is in process, and told me so. And then, a second staff made sure I had my order. The drinks weren't ready yet. A third staff looked at my pile of boxes, and asked if I needed a plastic bag. And then, when my drinks came, the fourth staff saw I had a lot of staff, and asked if he could help me carry to the car. And after I said I can do it, he said, "At least let me get the door for you", and proceed to get ahead of me to open and hold both doors. I think the courtesy in this Taco Bell location rivals Chick Fila and certainly beats any other fast food joint I've been to in a long time. Super impressed - really nice people. I just moved in to this area, and have tried the local fast food choices, this Taco Bell is my favorite so far. The staff are friendly, really chill too. I feel like we'll be friends after several visits. The building is one of the newer modern builds, plenty of seating. It's located on the main drag, lots of great shops nearby. You can take the X90A bus there too. The food is comparable to other Taco Bell's I have been too, but the Cinnamon Twists are usually under cooked, maybe the device used needs repair? I love the new $5 boxes a lot! As of the end of Oct. 2017 the dining area was closed for repairs, but the drive thru is still open. I am sure it will reopen soon. It's a nice place to sit and relax mid-day. There is a Pizza Hut menu too, but its very limited. It is an odd choice to include. They do not do pizza delivery. read more

This is my go to Taco Bell. I don't like lettuce and regularly order my food without lettuce and other things. 9/10 they get it right (honesty it's been awhile since they've gotten my order wrong). Went on one of the promo days and was given FROZEN food after waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru. My food wasn't even wrapped correctly, so all the insides ended up all over my car just from opening the paper. The other item I ordered came without the meat I ordered and was half the size it should have been. I complained to the store AND to the company and no one has gotten back to me. At 8am on a promo day, I guess I can understand when they said they ran out of sausage. But giving me FROZEN bacon on something that was never even heated up, and never wrapped correctly? No way. Especially after they tried to charge me double and then ignored me when I asked for the receipt because the girl at the window was too busy complaining to coworkers about her weekend. There is also NO way out of the drive-thru once you go in. If there was, I never would have waited that long for my food when there was only one other car ahead of me. This particular TB always screws up drive-thru orders in the afternoon. Usually it isn't that bad in the morning. Otherwise, you end up getting charged for things you never ordered, or you leave with only half of what you did order, wrong items, etc. The reason for giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because there have been a couple occasions when employees went out of their way to fix the above issues, and I appreciate those people. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment. I placed my order and in making small talk with the cashier, she stated she was not well. I told her I understood and as soon as the window closed, she began to talk about what I was ordering and who does that at that time and that I was the reason her day wasn't so good. I heard everything she said and honestly, I should be able to order whatever I want whenever I want and if you want to be angry and miserable, keep it to yourself. The meat in the taco was questionable. How much Soy filler do they need, and why that offensive shocking smell? And after all this time you would think they would serve enchilada but no, they still do not get it, so you must go to Northampton for that. This place was always iffy in my book. The tacos in general lack adequate amounts of meat as in very little. The big problem was the smell of the taco-sometimes it was off, and I attribited this to old filler (yes, they use soy filler or some other mysterious factor), but the last visit cured me. The taco smelled of human waste. I am not embellishing. Later that week, I went to the local barber shop, and they were even talking about it. Not saying that is what it was in the taco, but it shure was a huge deal breaker. Another turn off was the gang banger music playing loudly in the background, and all young kids working that could care less if you were there or not. And why this place, after all these years still does not put cheese enchilatas on the menu is amazing. Because of this, people go to Northampton for Mex food.
