We were then given black beans as a replacement, but the order was still incomplete, as we received only one container despite ordering two. Additionally, no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience of multiple trips (approximately one hour of additional travel time), and our tacos were not remade, resulting in a soggy and unsatisfactory meal. While the cost of the order was modest, the primary issue was the way the situation was handled. The response we received felt dismissive and unprofessional, as though the error was our fault rather than a service issue. For future improvement, I recommend contacting customers when items are unavailable to offer substitutions, as well as ensuring a more courteous and solution-oriented approach when addressing order issues.
