We have been regular customers of Crave and began ordering more frequently after learning about Taco Tuesdays. However, following our experience on 4/7/26, we have decided this will be our last order. Our order was incorrect, and when we attempted to call (413-427-9328), the call went directly to a full voicemail box, leaving us unable to resolve the issue by phone. We had to return in person to request a correction. We had ordered rice and habichuelas but received only rice. Upon arrival, we were informed that the stewed pink beans were unavailable; however, no one contacted us to offer a substitution. Instead, the item was simply omitted. We were then given black beans as a replacement, but the order was still incomplete, as we received only one container despite ordering two. Additionally, no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience of multiple trips (approximately one hour of additional travel time), and our tacos were not remade, resulting in a soggy and unsatisfactory meal. While the cost of the order was modest, the primary issue was the way the situation was handled. The response we received felt dismissive and unprofessional, as though the error was our fault rather than a service issue. For future improvement, I recommend contacting customers when items are unavailable to offer substitutions, as well as ensuring a more courteous and solution-oriented approach when addressing order issues. Due to this experience, we will not be returning and will be sharing our feedback accordingly. read more

Tropical tacos had a mango gooey sauce vs. mango salsa & tons of wet cabbage. Too many wet items on the shrimp tacos. I ended up eating the few medium shrimp and tossing the rest. Found ourselves over here for lunch. Nice little spot, looks like they do a mean food truck business. Staff was nice, place very clean. Food was delish! Very clean and fresh. A little more flavor would've given it five stars. Plus as mentioned previously the pickled onions make the tortillas very soggy. Otherwise yum! read more

Spectacular!!! We ordered the Tropical Tacos and an Original Burrito with cheese and chicken. The meat was so tender, shredded not cubed which makes for an elevated food experience! The sauces, textures, flavor combinations were exceptional! We order tacos and burritos a few times a month from different restaurants all over the Valley, and these were - without a doubt- the absolute best! During my recent visit, I ordered a bowl with tropical-inspired toppings alongside one of their specialty tacos (the birria taco caught my eye). The taco shell was crisp, the meat flavorful without being overly heavy, and the mango salsa added a nice bright lift. The bowl was generously portioned and had good balance between protein, veggies, and sauce. Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I order the rice bowl , with plantain, pork and arroz con gandule, The pork was good not too greasy and was well seasoned. The plantain could have use a little bit of flavor similar to a mofongo. The rice was a HUGE disappointment, it was a day or two old, and it was scrape from the bottom of the pot, not even good pegao. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was surprised that the owner of this restaurant allows low quality food to be served to the customers. I cannot CANNOT say enough awesome things about this place! Their street corn is TO DIE FOR! Yummy chill place. We had the cubano tacos and a burrifungo. Burrifungo is huge and heavy. It is definitely a shareable dish for two people or if you're one you'll have left overs. I eat a lot too so don't think I'm a lightweight. Everyone was chill. We will be back. read more

Had a terrible experience at Crave yesterday. I won't be recommending this place anymore. Our order was totally wrong (We wanted some food to eat there and some to go.) We were charged for items missing from the bag and the Tropical tacos were dripping with vinegar from wet pickled cabbage and were so soggy and vinegar soaked, they were inedible. Sorry Crave, you've got to do much better. I won't be back. read more

Bravo Nicole and staff. We had a great taco Tuesday experience. First timers we wanted to give it a try. I went for a tropical chicken taco. So great. Lots of balance in the flavors and textures. The cheese was fresh and delicious and the chicken tasted great. Loved the mango and overall taste. Also ordered two birria tacos and those we off the charts and a great surprise in taste and texture. Soft gooey cheeses and delicious pork perfectly seasoned. I have not often, no wait, never actually use the word outstanding for a restaurant in Holyoke but I will go with outstanding here on my small sample. Can't wait for next Tuesday. read more

I tried Crave for a late lunch take-out yesterday. A few colleagues who love good food had recommended it, so I gave it a try. I had the pork rice bowl. It was absolutely delicious. The addition of mango and a crema was a welcomed surprise to the way I typically would eat this dish. The service was welcoming and fast. I wish I had eaten there instead of doing take out because I kept picking at the pork and plantains on the way home. I later found out the owner is an HCC culinary school grad, and I'm so glad she has kept her talents local. Highly recommend. read more

Ya we loved it here. Were going to a show and just kind of decided to stroll around and see the town. This place popped up on google, may not have always been brick and motor. I got some amazing tacos, and my wife got plantains and rice which could have fed 6 people. Everything made to order and the staff were really great. Seem like a local secret. If I ever go back to see a show there, I'd return. read more

The best tacos ever! Forreal! I always get the vegan option made with jackfruit. The toppings and sauces are ridiculously delicious. Love that they include a lime wedge, it's the simple things you know? Their plaintain tostones really hit the spot for me too. High quality food prepared with care and it shows.
