When I stopped by earlier today, the service and the quality were definitely subpar. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food. There was no one ahead of me in the store but they kept making the food for the drive thru and DoorDash orders ahead of mine. There was plenty of staff as there were some employees standing around. The manager was there as well. Once the food finally arrived, it was poorly assembled and incomplete. Somehow, it was cold and destroyed and ingredients were ick. I'd definitely recommend eating somewhere else. read more

Location needs to definitely work on the speed. I don't order from this location especially on DoorDash unless I have time to wait for the order. It typically takes up to 45 to an hour for me to get my order when I order on DoorDash. I've had multiple dashers drop my orders because they were taking too long. It's gotten so bad on a couple of occasions that DoorDash themselves reached out to the store without me having to ask and ended up comping my meal. read more

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru as the only customer, finally asked at the window to pull around front. Another ten minutes go by. I finally enter the store with my receipt, to stand at the counter, alone, for an additional 5 minutes. Finally when asked, they had stuck my six items in the Door Dash pile. I stood there alone by the register. Pretty soon, there were a dozen people crowding , in a half circle, around the register. It sounded like they were busy in the back, however there was no evidence of this, in the way of any orders coming out. After a half hour, I gave up and asked for a refund on my card. I was told that I could not get a refund, in store, for an order placed through the app. I informed the several workers that I eventually made eye contact with, that I did not use the app, to which they replied, "Our system shows that you ordered through the app." I had to restate 4 times that I used the kiosk. After each restatement, my hope grew dimmer and dimmer that the franchise had a single competent employee. I was told i would have to call the number on the app to get a refund. Finally, their single employee who was willing to listen to me found the issue that there more than one person in Circleville who had the same name. I wish I knew his name and would highly advise that he be given a raise because he is the only person who had sense enough to listen and be helpful. He is the only reason I did not end up in the parking lot, crying in the fetal position, on the front sidewalk. I do not think I will ever go back there. Another bright spot is the similarly disgruntled customer who commiserated with me on the walk out of that hellhole. read more

Would give zero stars if I could, possibly the worst Taco Bell. Have been closing around 9pm, and regularly out of food. I mean constantly. Beef, beans, rice, you name it. Placed a mobile order and was told that they couldn't make burritos. Had to cancel. Frankly, I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews. read more

I give up on this place. came through the drive-through trying to avoid the same problem. I always get when I order my favorite item the Chalupa they always give me an old ass shell that is almost inedible the last two times I've gone I've explained that that keeps happening to me and I've specifically asked them to make me a fresh shell for my meal every single time I ask, they always just reheat the old ones and think that I'm not gonna know meanwhile the shell is dry and hard as a piece of cardboard, but don't worry it only cost $17 for the # 6 with a bag of chips with some cheese went to this location my entire life. The quality has gone way down and at this point I feel like they are all allergic to serving Chalupa's. That people can actually eat and enjoy. There is a couple of really good Mexican restaurants right next to this place on 23 there's no reason for me to ever go again read more

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have visited. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms. Service is very good. Food is prepared well and not hastily thrown together like it is at some locations. This is becoming one of my goto places for lunch when I'm in Circleville. read more

I've been to this location many times. I go through the drive thru and order a lot of different things for my family of 4. Despite ordering several different things they are usually on the ball and do not mess up my order. The time before last they forgot one taco but considering the large orders I make, I think one time isn't too bad. read more

Great for spicy Mexican food. The traditional hard taco with everything is my ultimate choice for Mexican. I try to mix blue Baja blast with Pepsi to get a Pepsi Summer Party flavor. Quesadillas and soft tacos are also quite good. They have hash browns for those with sensitive stomachs. Have yet to try their waffle taco, but their dorrito taco was awesome! read more

Out of all the taco bells i've been to, this is my absolute favorite. I RARELY have problems, maybe 1% to 2% of the time (By this, I mean out of the 200+ times I've been there, maybe once or twice something was missing or they got something wrong.)
