I love Subway. It's my to go when traveling alone and my family loves our subway Sunday tradition. OneSubway is the same as all the rest. No this is not true. I've been to enough Subways to testify that what distinguishes one from another is Friendly clean service and be generous with the veggies please! This one scored high on that scale. I've been here the last two Fridays, and I've had good service both times. Both times, my lunch was quite short, and I was able to get in, order, eat and get out in about 25 minutes. Last week, a little girl dropped a glass that shattered on the floor. I was impressed by how gracious the staff was about cleaning it up. As for the food, it's typical Subway. Solid, fast, and relatively cheap. They also have free wi-fi, which I don't think most Subways in central Ohio have. So, if you are in the area and need a quick lunch, this Subway will work just fine. read more

I hate to admit it but I often forget this location exists! I work later into the evening and just a week or two ago I found myself sitting in my car at the Krogers across the street from this location. It was roughly 20 minutes to 11 and I did NOT feel like another frozen pizza. But by that time of night options are limited. I wasn't feeling Taco Bell and not much else was open. I started to drive down Columbus St headed for who-knows-where when I glanced over towards the Odd Lots shopping center and remembered the Subway location next door. And to my surprise the neon flashing sign said they were open! In fact it had started to snow pretty heavily and I noticed a snow plow parked in front of the store. Turns out one of the city snow removal guys had the same idea I did. So I pulled in and when I walked in I was greeted by the 2 employees working. I felt bad stopping by as they were set to close in 20 minutes but as I waited to order I couldnt help but notice how the ladies working were joking around with Mr. Plow and didn't seem to mind at all that either of us decided to place orders so close to closing time. I placed my order with the 1st young lady and I'm sad to say I didn't catch her name but she treated me as if I had been the very 1st customer of the day instead of the last! She was very friendly. I ordered an Italian BMT on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, toasted of course with spicy pepperjack cheese. I always order my subs the same way with Lettuce, Tomato and Onion and with Extra Banana Peppers, Cucumbers and Pickles and Italian Dressing with Salt&Pepper to top it off. They made it exactly how I asked and with a smile. Maybe a week later I found myself in a similar situation and happened to be cashed out by a very friendly manager. She let me know about the updated Subway punch card situation and talked me into taking a new card. I've yet to reguster it online BUT I do plan to. When Ib was leaving I heard something from the back/kitchen area but I paid no mind to it and as I was walking out the manager told me that it was the girl who made my sandwhich telling me goodbye and to have a great night! Overall the two subs were both excellent! And the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I'll definitely return in the future and recommend this location to anyone especially those who work a bit later and don't want Taco Bell or Rallys. Great Job Subway!!! read more

Drove up 15 minutes ago store filled with people, sitting, standing, in line, with food and without and NO customers were wearing masks!!!!! I could not even get in the front door it was so crowded!!!! Needless to say I did Not walk walk in and will not be giving them my business!!!!! read more

The website that they use this subway has no control over it. I get that. But how in the world do you mess up an online order? The time it took to order via an app vs telling the sandwich artist exactly what I want. I could of ordered 30 different orders in that time setting. Complete waist of time. I mean making a sandwich to the clients standard should be your top priority not pissing them off. This store is short handed and the manager not there after 2pm. I think if your going to have piss poor standards I would think the manager be working over time to make up for nobody wanting to work at that location. So I blame management for this blonder. My first job was a sandwich artist. So don't give me this crap. My boss also the owner would be there has been there missed graduations and games and this manager can't even train the artist to read a simple order from a computer ? Like really ? So ik yesterday you probably throw away sandwich vs giving it to someone who might be in need. Maybe your store should join the other closed out of business in the strip mall this was bad service and no I don't want service from this location so don't bother reaching out and asking me to remove my review. Usually this Subway has really good workers. We really like their subs from there, so often times I'll stop in to grab one for my son. Today, however, the staff was not very pleasant, kind of dismissive, and there was one staff member who must have been a manager sitting at one of the side tables making a phone call regarding some business and was very loud and yelling to somebody I think who was through a door in the back. Just not something that should be conducted when there are customers in the establishment. Will not deter us from going back, but I may give it a while to see if there staff rolls and there are new people in there. read more

Absolutely would not recommend this Subway location to anyone. Employees were very disrespectful. A lot of attitude was given from the employees when ordering. Customer service should be any company's number one priority no matter what time of day it is. The manager accepted the attitude given from the employees working and gave the reasoning that they were under staffed. Given this is understandable there is no reason for an employee to disrespect a customer especially when that customer was being kind. read more
