It had a little spice to it but nothing too much. My husband ordered the Steak Cheesy Dipping Burrito. It appeared as a crispy grilled texture with a beefy center. He said the taste was savory and tender. It was enjoyable. Overall, it was a great grab and go while we were out. Will never come here again you have to order with the machine. I was going to pay cash but couldn't. The machine is slow. You have to push the buttons more than once. The only way you csn get a receipt is to give them your phone number or email. I have to turn the receipt in to corporate office. I gave my order at Drive Thru, nothing fancy, the #7 Menu Chicken Quesadilla, Mt Dew and 5 Soft Tacos. My order #167 I paid my $18 and came home. I'm not sure who was preparing the food, but as you can see, that Quesadilla should have never been served to a customer. How do you serve someone brunt food. Well I placed an order for the new steak burittos sign said $3 and ad on TV said $3 and when I ordered them the cashier said $18 plus tax. So..it's a Taco Bell. However, it's not a great Taco Bell. I have gone here several times and every time is completely different. I second many of the other reviews saying this place needs to get some quality control and process set up. I normally have no issue at the order window. The main issues are the qualify of the food and the service at the pick-up window. Also, please note, once you pull into this drive thru, you can't get out. Like now way possible. I think that is important to know in the event you change your mind, are in a hurry, or something comes up. Once you are in line, that's it! Staff is sometimes friendly but you can tell things are unorganized on the inside. In positive news, they always have me check to make sure they put in the right order. That's at least helped me to get the things that I thought I was ordering. :-) I'll keep going here because it's the only Taco Bell in my area but I really would love if they would provide better food and friendlier, more consistent service. read more

Pay attention to your receipts if you are using a card. Especially if you going through drive through at night they will over charge you and say it was a glitch in their system while switching screens. I've worked fast food so I knew it was a lie. I will never contribute to this location again. Even when I Uber eat my order something is always wrong . I always have to get a refund . Last night was the last straw and for the manager trying to cover their rumps made it even worst when she lied .i didn't even receive a receipt so i know she was lying . It's a Taco Bell, what's not to love? I love their black bean crunchwrap supreme with nachos. Fast, hot, and delicious. The workers at this location are friendly and helpful - shoutout to the girl who had to stand outside in 95 degree weather and take orders on an ipad all day today. They mess up our order almost every time we go and it's not even complicated. Tonight they put lettuce on the tacos which we said not to and they had it on the screen, forgot one of the tacos we got in the combo, forgot the sauce even after asking us, and the spoon for my potatoes. This location is probably the worst Taco Bell I have been to when it comes to customer service. You can no longer come inside the store and you can only order through the drive through so I know they are probably severely understaffed which I keep in mind while ordering. Every time I come I make sure to tell them my order in the easiest most comprehensible way possible and i'm immediately met with attitude. As soon as I finish ordering they tell me everything that they're out of and say it with such attitude like I am wasting their time and that I should know before hand what they don't have. My most recent experience I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and was only given one. I tried looking for a receipt but saw they didn't bother giving me one. When I pulled back around and asked about my second quesadilla they told me they only charged me for one and when I said I ordered 2 he said no and asked if I was gonna order another one or not. The guy was so rude that I just said forget it. I'm a college kid myself who has had experience with shitty food and bev jobs so I understand that some shifts are just awful especially when you're understaffed but at the end of the day there is no reason to treat your customers with such little to no respect. ESPECIALLY the ones that have been nothing but easy going and nice to you. I've been going here for about a year now but it's only going downhill. I am a frequent patron to this store; I work late and some times it's the only place open. Today, as I pulled to the drive thru, I was asked to please wait. After, waiting five minutes for the attendant to come up on the mic, she again asked me to wait. When she finally came back, I placed my order, she began talking with other employees while still on the mic. If she said a total, I didn't hear it. She then told me to pull up to a window. I pulled up and with a tone she asked for my money, and if I needed sauce. Finally, I am handed my food, and she told me to have a good day. Like everyone else does, I took a second to look through my order. She then again repeated it, in a rushed tone. I was going to think nothing of it, until I got home and looked at my food. The crunch wraps looked as if they were already made and or have been sitting. The 'doubledilla' I order turned into a quesadilla that was so soggy, when I tried to pull apart the terribly cut pieces, it ripped in two and stuck to the wrapper. Stopped by this filthy little gem when I was working in the area. All I wanted was a baja blast. How could you mess that up , right? Ha! These people always have a new trick up their sleeve. The freezes were full of this black , weird looking substance that very closely resembled feces. I knew at the very least the machine was dirty so I send my husband over to return them for a REFUND not another poop slushie. The manager refused to come to the front to speak with him instead opted get the drive thru clerk to tell him she could not refund just exchange because we didn't have a receipt . (Ironically enough this same drive thru clerk was the one to neglect to give me the receipt in the first place.) The lack of professionalism by this manager was unbelievable! When my husband finally got tired of sending messages through a clerk he asked for the number to corporate which she refused saying she would get our number and get him to call back, Yeak ok!!Since she is not the guardian of all numbers we did find the number and did end up contacting them for 10 dollars!! but mainly because she was such bitch .
