Moe's has been my "go to" for a long time. Won't be back. Someone knew what they were doing when they put the whole end of the onion in my bowl, when I asked for "diced" onions. Was cut like apple slices and the end just thrown in there. Also, my co worker got something too and even before she heard how horrible mine was, she said that her food was disgusting. For some reason, this location cannot get a delivery order to the right place. I'm not sure what's changed about their process, but the past three orders I've placed were not delivered, despite being marked as such. Moe's contracts through DoorDash, which means you have no way to contact the driver directly, and the store won't help with issues because they didn't deliver it. Always order from this location. Tacos normally come in a container to make sure they don't get crushed. This time however, they were individually wrapped in aluminum foil, shoved at the bottom of a bag, a cup of queso thrown on top, and chips on top of that. To add further insult to injury, the remaining 3 meals were placed in another bag separately, a stack and two kids quesadillas, but were conveniently placed inside of to go trays to protect the soft exteriors of the quesadillas from the ferocious attacks of the hard shell tacos. Moes is a hit or miss... sometimes they forget an item or 2 which could completely ruin your burrito but can't beat moes Monday price vs. every day price. My tortilla was a little crispy but it was a great burrito, toppings taste fresh. Chips taste fresh and well salted. We just tried to have lunch here. Place just opened for the day. Over 1/2 the tables are dirty. The chips are definitely very old and stale. The chicken and black beans were dry and my guess was also they were recycled from the day before. It was so bad that we asked for a money back but they only refunded one of the two meals. This was our first experience with Moe's and ordering online. When I walked in at the time specified on the website, the employees were unaware there was a website order that needed to be filled. There were customers in line that they took care of before my order was started. My order was done 12 minutes after pick up time, 34 minutes after ordering. No apologies until my order was handed to me. They did upgrade my drink to large and were accommodating on giving me extra chips. Ordered hard shell tacos that had to be eaten with a fork because there was so much liquid in them they could not be held. Salad tasted good, except they forgot my dressing. This is the best Moe's based upon how much chicken they actually put in the soft tacos and quesadillas. The other Moe's try to sprinkle your food with a Smurf size portion of meat. Last time I was in there a grown a$$ man behind me said "I'll have the Tofu", so be aware of that guy. No one trusts a grown man who eats Tofu unless it was that one time I did to try and score with the yoga instructor lady. She was like "get into this position" and I was like "baby I'm not that flexible so I'll just have to meet you in the middle". So yeah this Moe's is top notch. read more

I had to add a review simply to balance out the absurd one left by "Kassie C". Her inability to properly use a GPS / her wits to find a restaurant in no way justifies leaving a one star review. It should be removed. This Moe's is right where the address states, and is next to a ColdStone Creamery. Having eaten at this Moe's a dozen times or so, it's simply par for the course for Moe's - no better or worse than the average - but the staff is fast and has never botched my order. They are still participating in the burrito / drink / chips for $5 on Tuesdays, which is a good deal if your donkey is shattered. If you like Moe's you should do fine here. read more

Typical Tex Mex quick food, all the dishes Ive eaten here has tasted fresh. Ive eaten a few times at this locations, so far good, no complaints. Portions are fair and I always have left overs. Manager was nice, walked around asking if we needed anything. Facility was clean, workers seemed to be tentative to trash and ice. Im sure hubby and I will return for more in the future! read more

A sad state of affairs happening here. Several years ago this place rocked. There's a Now Hiring sign posted out front. There must be some turn over. Most of the employees seemed sleepy or spaced out. Heard only 1 little weak welcome to Moe's. My burrito was sloppy and leaking all over the place. The girl making the burrito spilled stuff on the counter, then wiped it off with her gloved hand. No problem right? Then proceeded to make our other taco using the same glove. All the goo was now on the outside of the taco. What a mess. The girl didn't seem to have a clue. As I walked by the trash can it smelled to high heaven. What's going on here? I was thoroughly unimpressed with my first visit to Moe's. Then again, I usually don't "get" the excitement of these type of quick service Tex Mex joints. I have the same apathy with Chipotle. However, this particular Moe's is just downright grubby. Everything from the table to the condiment counter felt sticky. The paper towels were soaked in some mysterious fluid that I can only hope was water, and getting somebody to change them out was like pulling teeth. I think I'm forgetting something in this review... Oh right, the food. Honestly it was so generically mediocre I can't even remember what I had. Admittedly, I was stuffed after the meal so the portion sizes are more than adequate. But the flavors, presentation, etc. were certainly nothing to write home about. I've also been to parties catered by Moe's, and the one adjective I would use to describe it is cheap. Plain and simple also work. All in all, Moe's is just another forgettable chain. Welcome to Moes! Moe Monday is our favorite time to come because the food is awesome for the cost (5 dollar burrito or bowls). While it gets CRAZY on Moe Monday if you order through the app and go for the pickup instead of eating in the restaurant you can skip the line. I would suggest making sure your order is right before you leave the restaurant if you order through the app. They get busy and don't read sometimes when you specify certain things to be on the side. Today as my friends and I were ordering our food; mid order a worker with maroon hair, gauges, and tattoos was unprofessionally yelling at her co-worker until she began to cry. As this was happening she expressed her dissatisfaction of her co-worker on us with a foul attitude. After our order they then mixed orders up and we had to go back to grab the right ones. I was personally embarrassed having to go back. As I used to be a proud owner of focus brand stock I soon sold my shares and will not be eating here again but I rather drive further away from my house to eat at chipotle where they have better service and don't yell at their employees. read more

Super busy but the line moves quickly! I got a chicken quesadilla with pico, black beans, and jalapenos...yum!!! They have 5 different salsas available for your chips at the salsa bar. This is a review to say kudos to the team members of Moe's. My daughter is pretty sensitive to overly spicy food and the first burrito she got was too spicy for her. We went back to order another less spicy burrito and the team member didn't let us pay for it. She said, "I wanna make this right for you." Casey was her name and the level of care she had for us as customers and to the reputation of Moe's is admirable. This is not something you see in franchise restaurants much and is something that will merit many return trips. read more

This place is usually great with service but they've taken a hard turn downhill recently. For example, today (a Tuesday) their service was so slow that the line was our the door by 11:40am. I stood in line for almost 20 minutes (I would have left had I not already waited in 35 minutes of terrible traffic to get here) just to order. They have only 2 employees scrambling about like chickens with their heads cut off and one of them is just fumbling around with napkins and cleaning supplies.. Management should be fired immediately before this location ruins Moe's reputation. read more
