The worst Taco Bell in existence. How do you run out of Nacho Cheese sauce??? That is literally the glue that binds it all together, the Crème! Besides no golden sauce they also were unable to serve Cantina Chicken. It wasn't even busy. Empty parking lot only two cars in the drive-thru on a Friday around 5pm. This location should be shut down. The worst Taco Bell in the world. The manager told the associate to have me wait for the Uber Eats order in the front of the store to bring the order out. I waited for 40 minutes, no one informed me the store was closed. I went back through the drive through the associate said we are closed and not making any Uber orders. This Taco Bell keeps going from bad to worse. I've been a customer for years and the last three times I came, I have had not only horrible service but they always get my orders wrong. All guests are completely ignored and told to order from the machines (I had to pay with cash so I had to do the line twice) and was ignored for a long time. I also came here three weeks ago and waited in the Drive Thur around 4:30 pm on a Sunday waiting at the speaker for someone to say we are close and I drive up to the window and the employees are hanging out in the drive thru and it also had a home made sign on the speaker saying due to short staff we can make certain items on the menu. It was late almost 9:45 pm when My hubby went through drive thru to order 2 spicy tostadas and 1 Mexican pizza. 2 spicy tostada was loaded with Heap of Beans and that too were dried. The cashier had the worst customer service I've ever seen. As soon as we walked in, she told us to use the self order screen, as she stood there at the register. I opted for her to take my order, but she had her AirPods in her ears the whole time. That is so rude. Her whole attitude was terrible. Two other customers also asked to speak with the manager and I'm assuming it was about her. As one customer was complaining, someone in the kitchen was telling the CUSTOMER to "shut up." Came here and used the drive thru, the wait time was a little longer than average but overall my order was correct the reason why I give this restaurant 2 stars is because when I ordered I ordered their new Cinnabon ice coffee, they served me the coffee in a plastic cup, it was not iced more like a smidge warmer than hot, when I asked the lady working the window about the coffee she told me very rudely "there's nothing I can do about it being hot" so I asked for more ice in the cup and that was refused but she did give me a cup of ice. Now I know I'm not at Starbucks but cmon ice coffee is ice coffee, I've gone to plenty of places and got ice coffee.
