I stopped at this Taco Bell location to get a quick snack before attending a evening meeting. The service was very slow and lackadaisical. While there, one customer was complaining that he had been waiting for his order almost 20 minutes. The servers in the back became frustrated, and got into a verbal exchange with the customer. In the meantime, other servers were laughing and joking in the back. I did receive my order of Nacho Supreme and took it with me. When I got home about to get on my zoom meeting, I opened my food, and it was so sloppily made. I tried to eat it anyway. I soon saw that the beans on my nachos had been burnt and scraped from the bottom of the pan and they were nothing but a hard crust. I just disposed of it and took it as a loss. My wife and I went to Taco Bell. The gentleman insisted we use the kiosk though there was no one in the entire restaurant. We struggled to use the kiosk while two other parties came in and they took their orders while I continued to struggle at the kiosk. There was no one available to help us so we left without ordering. I had this same problem at a different Taco Bell a few months ago. Now I will never waste my time going to any Taco Bell ever again. I mean, Taco Bell is never amazing, and I honestly don't expect it to be. What's annoying is when the app/website/Google maps say the drive-thru closes at 1-2 a.m depending on the day of the week, but when I get there they're closed for some reason at 10-11pm. It's extra annoying when the app still lets me place a mobile order, only to get there to see the signs still lit up saying the drive-thru is open, employees are inside, but no one lets me know they're closed when I drive up to the speaker. I've had to drive up to the actual window, only for employees to ignore me, or on occasion they'll let me know then that they're closed. I get that they can't change what the app does or what the internet says about their hours, but if you can't find enough people to work until your actual closing time, then change the hours online or just close the mf store for good. read more

"Lots of vegan friendly options" We stop at Taco Bells all over the country because there are several items on their menu that are vegan friendly, from Fresco Bean burritos to bean tostadas etc. They even have a vegetarian certified menu!! We ordered the Fresco Bean burritos. Unlike some Taco Bells where they under fill or clump all of one ingredient on one side of a burrito, this one was uniform and a "good"/normal portion size. For the price, there is no better fast food vegan option. Beans are high in fiber and protein and no cholesterol, so I am always happy when food on the road is this easy. Usual speed service, good value and taste. Bathrooms could use some attention but otherwise GREAT food. read more

Would someone please fix the damn drive thru speaker?? This thing blast what must be 95 decibels. No matter how many times I try to prepare it always startles the shit out of me. This is not a review for Taco Bell because I think we all know what Taco Bell is all about - food that is convenient, cheap and probably will take a few years off your life. Decided to try the two notch location and within seconds was met at the counter with a smile !!!! I highly recommend the two notch location over the decker location any day! There's always something wrong at this Taco Bell. Wether it be you missing food, bad food quality, or horrible customer service. Every time me and my siblings decide to come here, we have to mentally prep ourselves, that something will be bad. Today, once we walked in, the floor was slippery. Not slippery because it was wet, but because whoever mopped, didn't use clean water. The floor felt oily everywhere I walked. Looking for a table, we chose the one that didn't have crumbs or smear marks on it, which looked like they came from a dirty rag. While taking my order, there was confusion amongst the staff members of who was logged into the computer and who would take my order. No one explained to me that I would have to wait minutes while they got someone to log in and take my order. Once I got my food, the Nacho Fries were cold and not even seasoned. This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my whole life. N E V E R coming here again. They should just shut this place down and change it to a doily store. This is the utmost worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my LIFE. Mind you, I've lived in 6 states in my life. That's a lot of Taco Bell's. Every time I go here there is something wrong with my food or the customer service or both. From employees getting scolded, by who I assume to be the manager, in front of customers with no apology for the awkward tension. To not being acknowledged at ALL for literally 5 minutes while 3 employees try to solve an issue on the register. The lobby was disgusting. Food all over the floor, it looked like someone started sweeping and then just didn't feel like finishing because there were piles of crumbs next to an abandoned broom and dustpan by some tables. When I finally sit down at the cleanest table I could find I open my chicken quesadilla to find practically no cheese and a very small amount of chicken. This quesadilla is $4. That's kind of a lot for a Taco Bell item. then I open my "LOADED griller" to find it is anything but loaded. There was a point in time when I bit into it and there was NO meat at all. Very disappointed but not really surprised anymore. I felt bad watching people walk into this location knowing they would soon spend their hard earned money on such a repulsive experience. I went in for a small lunch with my kiddos. I ordered a chicken fresco burrito, and I ordered the kids a bean burrito each with a small drink to share. When they called my order I noticed that there was only one burrito instead of 3, the cashier Brittany accepted the responsibility for the error and gave me the 2 burritos for free. I wanted to pay for them but she insisted, claiming her fault. She also gave us an order of churro's and an apple pie. I was so very pleased with my experience with her that I had to give her a tip, it only felt right. Not only is Brittany an excellent worker, she was very friendly from the start, greeting us with a smile (which is not the norm nowadays).
