Wouldn't normally write a review for a fast food chain, unless it was exceptional. However I thought you would want to know that this store is not concerned with customer service at this new Taco Bell. I arrived at 1145pm. It says on their web page they are open until 12am on Monday and it says 1am on yelp's hours. So arriving before closing should be OK I got their, the manager, asked me to pull up to the window. He said all he has are taco's available, he took everything down so "he could get out on time". I told him it said they closed at 12, he said he wanted to get out on time. I asked him "so you leave at 12 you don't close at 12" to give him a chance to correct his lie. He didn't. He said he wanted to get out on time. Hey Taco Bell owner, please hire someone who wants to serve their customers properly until the posted closing time, or change the closing time so I don't waste the drive! read more

You go to fast food in part because you know what you're getting. A Mexican pizza will be the same nationwide. Not cheeseless. Or all the cheese on one side. Or cold. Or sans meat. All I want from them is the same product we get everywhere else. And it is totally beyond their abilities. read more

I am not sure what is going on at this place. I have witnessed employees taking out trash to dumpster and not washing hands before going to the line to make food. Tacos always disintegrate on first bite and burrito tortillas are cold and taste awful. It's strange because there is always a long line of cars in drive-thru and wait times have been 20 min, some say more. Food should be fresh and hot with the volume of customers. I have had so many incomplete orders, poorly made food and failures of product we switched to DelTaco or drive to Brighton Prairie Center Taco Bell. read more

I have been to a few Taco Bell locations. This one is by far one of the slowest out there. I've had more cheese on a fast food burger than the nachos I ordered. However not all bad to report; the ladies who work there are friendly. Just saying if this this joint wasn't right past the way I take to and from work, I wouldn't go there. My wife and I stopped at this location after seeing a late movie and the two employees working were beyond rude. The girl taking our order seemed very upset, and the person making the food actually gave us our meal. It was very odd. When we got home we were missing a taco, and the Mexican pizza was literally thrown into the box without it even being cut. I was angered to say the least. It seemed very deliberate, and we are currently looking into speaking with the franchisee. No one deserves to be treated the way we were treated. Ughhhhh. Every time I go here I tell myself "Never again" We live in the area and obviously we all know there isn't much to choose from. Every single time my order is totally wrong. Missing items, things not made the way we asked, etc... I hate sour cream. Every time I order a Crunchwrap, no sour cream. about 90% of the time I check it to make sure, but those off times I don't, I get home, sit down at the table to eat and take a bite and realize my food is wrong. This happens with the kids' stuff too and they are all upset. So I go back to fix it and either my food is left getting cold or theirs is. It's so annoying. My fault for not checking but how hard can it be. Or other times it's just thrown all sloppily in the bag and grease is dripping out all over the napkins etc. Sigh... Say what you want about this place, but I was having an issue with my debit card and the kid at the register (Elijah) paid for my order out of his own pocket!!! I normally would have just pulled over to contact my bank but it's impossible to talk to a live person (don't bank with Chime) so I fully intend to come back and bring Eli some real tacos!! I had nachos for lunch today, and there was a wadded up paper towel under the food! Disgusting. I called to complain and whomever was the "manager on duty" didn't have a clue what to do, and did not know the name of the owner at that location. I live down the street and I've waited in the drive thru line multiple different times for 40+ minutes I would've just pulled out and left but once in the line I was trapped and couldn't leave When I got up to the window 1 guy was putting orders together and the other guy was just standing there not doing anything at all. most of the crew doesn't know anything about good customer service, I didn't get an apology for waiting so long they just handed me the food and closed the window without even saying anything there was no "have a good night" or anything. Absolutely terrible experience. Manager let high school students smoke their vapor cigs in the lobby. I had to tell the students to stop, myself, after complaining to the manager, with no response, because I had my newborn baby with me, not to mention the fact- "No Smoking, means no smoking," last I checked. When going through the drive through, the last 3 times, items were forgotten, wait time is excessively long, and when confronted about forgotten items, I have been dismissed and accused of not telling the truth. This franchise needs to be absolutely shut down and corporate take action. read more

Horrid. Just horrid. Unless you have a few hours to kill, don't order anything. Slowest service I have ever received anywhere. No one has any idea how to manage the store or expedite. I have waited upwards of 10-20 minutes to put my order in, just to wait another 10-20 to get my food. Which was wrong. The 10 minutes for them to fix the orders. Worst Taco Bell location that's lost us as customers. Last 4 out of 5 times we got the wrong food. Today we ordered several things (2 with steak) and when we got home it was all ground beef. We shouldn't have to open everything sitting in the drive through to make sure we got what we ordered. And the girl at the drive through window was complaining how she couldn't wait to get through her day there. You need better people who make sure the customer's order is right and don't complain in front of customers. We're also done paying for the steak and getting hamburger. This Taco Bell sucks! They always get your order wrong, the food doesn't taste very good, the freeze machine never works, they are always out of something (cups, lids, etc). I literally live two blocks away and by the time I get home my tacos are so soggy the bottoms fall out! They need to drain their taco meat! They also barely fry their chalupas so they are more like gorditas then chalupas! My tacos are never soggy when I drive all the way to Brighton to get Taco Bell and get home 15 min later! I went Taco Bell tonight at 6:30 pm (I know its a busy time of day, and was not surprised when I got home and was missing 3 items from my large order) I had placed an order for 5 members of my family but everyone had some of the dinner they had requested so I figured I would eat with my family and give it time for the rush to end. Around 7:45 I went back and went inside, I told the guy at the register that I was missing items from my order that I had placed earlier showing him my receipt with the items circled in red. He took the receipt to the line prep area and talked to a gal, she said "no its been over an hour" I overheard her answer and told her that I waited so I was not returning during her rush, I got no response from her. I took my receipt and said that I would place a call to corporate. I told the guy at the front that I was sorry he had to deal with that. I went to leave and asked for the gal's name, he had to leave the register to ask her permission to give me her name. Claudia then came to the counter and said with an attitude that she personally counted the items in my order before it went out and its been over and hour so she would not do anything to make the situation right. To be clear one of the items I was missing was the nacho cheese that should have come with my order of chips and cheese..... my question when this order was counted earlier did she count order of chips and cheese as 2 because for the order to be correct the bag of chips should be one item and the cup of cheese would be another. I was also missing 2 bean burritos. I see no reason for the attitude she had towards me, I was understanding about the items that were missing and was not wanting to cause a problem during the rush so waited before I returned to get the problem resolved. So for being nice and not expecting perfection and just wanting the situation to be resolved this time, I got the short end of the stick, had an staff member through attitude, paid for items I never received and had family member that never got the rest of dinner, and wasted my time going back to get the problem fixed. I can't count the number of times that items were missing from other orders, or that items were wrong and I never went back or complained. My experience at this taco bell location was absolutely horrible. I ordered one of the grilled stuffed nacho and asked for no meat because i am a dedicated vegetarian. Not only did the employees look dirty and unprofessional, they lied to me. When they handed me the bag with 4 of the grilled stuff nachos i asked them "so these have no meat correct?" He told me no they do not. So when i got home and opened it. It was filled with greasy beef that looked like it had been frozen multiple times incorrectly. I am not happy at all. While waiting in line, at least four people reversed out and left. On top of all that, my order was incorrect. Not once has it been right since they opened. Avoid this location and go elsewhere. From the time I ordered my food it took 18 minutes for me to reach the window. I was the second person in line. When I got to the window, not only did the cashier not think there was anything wrong, but when I inquired as to why my "fast" food took 20 mins she responded l, "Well I can't help it if the person in front of you orders the whole store!" Seriously? Have them pull up to the parking lot to wait for their food so that the other 5 cars in the drive thru can get their food. The lack of concern for the customer was astounding.
