I enjoy Taco Bell as much as I do the chicken at this location. I always receive fresh food. No complaints. Everyone is super friendly! I love the burrito supreme and the Mexican pizza. Waiting in line takes the same amount of time as it does anywhere else for me, so I have no complaints about that either. The parking lot is always neat and clean. Easy to get in and out. read more

The wait has always been 15 minutes or longer, you can't decide to get out of line because of the ditch, worst of all, when they make a mistake, they can't say sorry. I was road-tripping through Arizona, and stopped at the Taco Bell in Coolidge, Pinal County, for my usual afternoon regular Crunchy Tacos. (Yes, I am proud to admit, regular Crunchy Tacos are my passion. An artifact of my youth, I suppose.) It is a co-branded store, shared with Kentucky Fried Chicken, and I have got to say, you rarely see such a neat, clean (inside and out), efficient, friendly and customer-focused fast food outlet. Glen Bell, and Colonel Sanders would be proud. Not to wax poetic, but the Crunchy Tacos were perfect, from the wrapping to the amount and quality of fresh ingredients, to the perfect taco shells. I also appreciate the fully masked Employees, their cheery greeting and warm farewell. I do not know if I will come this way again, but if and when I do, I will be stopping at the Coolidge Taco Bell. Food was fine. But the customer service was awful. From start to finish the woman taking my order acted like my order was an inconvenience to her. She got frustrated when I asked for a cup holder for my 3 cups. When I got my food I looked through it and saw that I was missing the 2 cookies I ordered (this is the second time in a row they didn't give me the cookies I ordered). The worst ever, they never get our order right. The management has an attitude always. Sometimes they give us things we didn't order. They serve cold food or food that has been sitting too long. All the food Taco Bell makes is already precooked so it shouldn't be this difficult to get fresh. I don't have high standards for Coolidge, still it's the worst ever. Ooooooooh, Taco Hell. It's a weakness. Every now and then, I crave the nastiness that is fake Mexican food. Run for the border? I usually run for the toilet. We went one night to feed a drunken slew of real Mexicans, straight from a Mariachi festival. We ordered a big family deal, complete with a bucket o' chicken. In my attempt to be health conscious (pfft), I removed the skin off my chicken. Lovely... a green spot the size of a quarter was staring me. GROSS!!! This is honestly my first time ever taking the time to write a review EVER. I've never felt the need too until now. Wish I couldn't even give a star, but it's ok cause the food was decent and came out in a timely fashion. The female who was working the register Jazmin, was completely rude and unprofessional. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I can tell she needs to be retrained and or evaluated on how to interact with customers. She did not say absolutely anything when I was in front of her, did not greet me, say hello, ask if I was ready to order, or even smile. She just simply stared at me. I asked a couple of questions that she seemed annoyed about. I thanked her for answering them and she just stared yet again. Then said "6.90" didn't even ask "will that be all" or "can I get you anything else" not even knowing if I was done ordering or not. After swiping my card she didn't say thank you, or your order will be right up, seriously just looked at the next customer behind me and said "what can I get you" which was crazy cause she couldn't even say that much to me. Mind you that next customer came to me after her transaction and told me that I should call and complain about Jazmin because she was completely rude to her as well! After my food was up she didn't ask me if I needed any sauce or anything so I had to wait till I could grab her attention to ask if I could have some sauce and a water cup. She sat the cup basically on her side of the counter and walked away. So I go to find a table to sit at and the two booths were a good height for my daughter to sit in a high chair and reach the table well, so I wanted to sit there. But both booths were filthy. So I go back up there and nicely (Even after getting the cold shoulder the entire time) ask if she could please clean the booth. She comes over and wipes down the booth and seat, left them completely soaking wet. As if she didn't even try to ring out the towel she used. So while holding my daughter in one hand and food in the other hand I had to struggle to grab napkins to wipe down the booth so that I didn't have to sit and eat at a soaking wet table. I didn't want to even have to go up there and ask her for anything else cause she had such an attitude about anything I asked her for, so I sat and ate my burrito with not enough sauce cause I knew she'd have an attitude if I came to ask for anything else. I didn't want to trouble her to DO HER JOB any further. Again I've been in her position for many many years and that's definitely not how you interact with customers. She needs to work in the back if she has such a crappy attitude. read more
