I swear I have reviewed this location in the past but who knows! I have been here several times throughout the 12+ years I have been in FL. I will start off by saying that this location was much simpler to get to when all the added stores were not in the Tower Shops. This Taco Bell is usually stable and is also busy most of the time. I have passed by so many times where there must have been at least 20 cars on the drive thru line. Most of the time, that happens after 11pm. The parking lot is pretty big and wraps around three sides of the building. I have only been inside a handful of times. I have done the drive thru several times and they really do not make you wait too long. I have been ordering via apps and having it delivered to my home since the pandemic started. I will say the delivery part is tricky because it is unknown who is to blame. Luckily, I receive refunds from Door Dash when something is missing or incorrect. The food is always tasty. Every time I have ordered though, they do not pay attention to what sauces I requested. I only order Fire and they seem to grab handfuls of whatever to throw in the bag. I am lucky if I get 5 Fire sauce packets. There have been times I have ordered extra chicken on something and paid for it, with no extra chicken in sight. Sometimes there is even less than a regular helping of chicken! I honestly would rather less chicken happen because I can get a refund for what I paid for and didn't receive. I hate when I don't receive an item at all, which has not happened to what I can recall. Overall, this location is reliable and great for those late night munchies. read more

Waited 30 minutes for them to make 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos that NEVER came! I ordered inside. This place didn't even make my food, they messed up everyone else's orders inside. My brother had got food thru the drive through, they didn't grill his burrito's. I've worked in hospitality and food industry my entire life. I don't understand why people come in and beat up restaurants like Taco Bell. I mean, we know it's not Ruth Chris before we walk through the door. Anyway, I don't eat at chain restaurants very often, much less of the fast food variety. In a moment of weakness, Taco Bell got me on the nostalgia of the Mexican Pizza advertisements. That was always my go to when I was younger. At this location, they were faster and friendlier than expected. Major kudos for that. The Mexican Pizza did not disappoint. It came out hot and fresh and just like I remembered it. They only lost a point because it was $9.99. I remember when Taco Bell used to be the cheaper option. I had a guilty pleasure craving. Usually it's McDonald's fries but this time it was Taco Bell's nachos. I was pleasantly surprised by this location's modern seating and decor. It was bright & clean. They have a drive-thru. There parking lot is sufficient for the foot traffic. However, Taco Bell is located in the Tower Shops and the location traffic is challenging. The service was polite. This is my second favorite "T-Bell" in Broward, and busier than my first near home. It's close to the office and I rush here, so I don't always remember the check-in, but their food is often on my mind. The quality is always great--warm and fresh--including the nachos. I won't get into specifics, as most people are highly familiar with the menu here. I will say that through time, I have tried nearly everything on the menu, except for the drinks. Having a sensitive stomach, I can tell you that a lot is in the food preparation and temperature. I have never been sick--not once! Moreover, the customer service has improved immensely, and I have seen them sprucing up in and around the premises to make it a better experience for their customers. I also commend them for speeding up the drive-thru lines during the lunch crunch. I normally don't write reviews unless you really impress me or really disappoint me. I just have to say that this is the worst restaurant I have ever visited because of the lack of customer service. I am shocked people still go there. If you absolutely have to come here, go through the drive thru. At least someone there is taking orders. Inside, there is not one person at the counter to greet you. The people in the back making food, purposely ignore that someone is standing at the counter. They look at you and keep doing what they are doing. I literally have to yell out, "Hello! Is anyone helping people here?" And then pray that one of them decides to roll their eyes and walk over, otherwise they just pretend they didn't hear me. By the way it's really awkward because they are all in plain view not even 6 feet away from the counter but they are still pretending you aren't there. I have had some walk in front of the counter and completely avoid eye contact. Even though I'm waving at them like "Hello!" I'm normally very respectful to workers as I have worked retail before and I am in HR. I know how it is, but this place just brings out another side of me for the complete lack of care for customers. There may as well be a wall there in front of you blocking their view, because that's how they treat you. Whoever the manager is, you need to start actually managing, coaching and caring about your employees. Encourage them not to be zombies or robots. This morning I joined Planet Fitness, and after workout I decided to eat at Taco Bell, the time was 11:30 AM parking lot was empty and when I walked inside there wasn't one person but me! I walked to the counter to order and the person at the preparation area yelled use self-service kiosks, I told her I don't know how, show me! All she did was repeat it, in nasty tone to me, told her I guess you don't need my business in here I'll go else were lot choice at the Tower Shoppes to get lunch. I won't be back, hope others like me won't return after they found out how nice the staff is, don't realize there job should count on customer service, not all know how to use these new self-service kiosks, and when you ask for help, and they get nasty cause I seem to be bothering them, hope they find the unemployment line lonely.
