I always substitute the regular chicken for their chicken tenders, and it makes a big difference--crispy, flavorful, and filling. I also ask for an extra packet of avocado lime ranch dressing, which adds the perfect tangy kick. Just be sure to ask for the packet of dried red peppers--they sometimes forget it, but it adds a great crunch. All in all, it's a solid, tasty option that doesn't leave you feeling weighed down. Love getting a crispy chicken sandwich and a Coke Zero. The last time I stopped by, I finally tried the classic Chick-fil-A sauce, and wow, I totally see the hype surrounding it. The flavor was amazing. I sometimes get some things off the breakfast menu, but I usually end up missing it since it ends at 10am. However, you can never go wrong with their chicken minis or their grilled nuggets. Service is always outstanding at every location I've been too. Drive through can be slow depending on the time you're there. read more

If I could give a zero I would. They constantly forget your sauces, and mix up your order. I'm checking my bag as the lady at the window is staring at me. I ask her if all of my sauces and dressings are in the bag and proceeds to tell me yes. However, I got home and of course my dressing for the salad is missing. It's constant. The first thing I would like to say is that this Chick-fil-A with its service has kind of gone downhill. I continue to go there since it is the closest one where I reside, though I have been in this Chick-fil-A drive-through with people not greeting me at the drive-through window or not telling me that I need to wait on my food or just having casual conversations with their coworkers while I could be approached as a customer. Secondly, I just had a harassment situation happened to me today at this Chick-fil-A, where someone got out of their car and approached me and threw things at me and I got out of my car in order to defend myself and nobody at that Chick-fil-A who saw the situation and we're trying to diffuse it took the time to ask me, a young woman if i was okay against this grown man that was harassing me. 1/23/24 ordered on the App and pulled up to the drive thru. Both people working the line checked to make sure I was taken care of. Both were extremely nice. Even the gentleman working the drive thru window was very profession and nice. Got home and the food was beyond my expectations. I ordered: 12 grilled nuggets (very fresh and hot), (3) buffalo sauces (only ended up using 1), and (3) fat free honey mustard (only used 1), (1) side salad add blue cheese crumbles. This is my new go to from now until I don't know when. The fat free honey mustard dressing should come in a bottle! I tossed the grilled nuggets in 1 buffalo sauce. I used to love chickfila and I was always amazed by how efficient they work and how friendly and nice the staffs that work here. However, that's not have been the case the last few visits. I would have let it go the first time but it just keeps on happening, I'm having dejavu when everytime I visit. I normally would order via Mobile app, and just pick my order after 15 minutes. And everytime, i had to wait more than 30 minutes after I arrived for me to get my order. I would give my name, staff would "check" ("check" because they actually never go to the computer to check) but never actually come back update me with my order (but they would pass by me multiple times), then i have to give my name again after a few minutes, then the cycle repeats. During my visit today, It wasn't until the THIRD time of me reminding them that they realized thay my order was NEVER even processed. I understand that they're understaffed, and they actually have a notice that wait times may be longer. But it's one thing to wait because they're really busy & understaffed. And another thing to wait for being ignored even after multiple reminders Best part? They did not have mac and cheese and offered if I wanted a parfait instead of a refund. If i was in the mood for parfaits or "something healthy" I wouldn't have gone to CFA. read more

A crazy busy location. The lineup on a Thursday at 2:00pm was insanely long. Inside it was busy too. I ordered using their app and still had to wait 20 minutes inside (along with 5 other customers) for our order to be called up. We have never been to a Chick-fil-A in our lives. We would always drive by one and wonder if they were adding "a little something special". The suspense was killing me and I told my husband that we needed to join the conga line. After sitting in the line for 10 minutes with no movement, I began to feel like we were sitting in a COVID vaccination line or in the middle of It's A Small World and the Disney ride breaks down. It took 1/2 an hour to reach the finish line and we drove like a bat out of h*ll to get home before the food got cold. The Peach Milkshakes are definitely worth the 1/2 hour wait. They are the real deal with little chunks of peach. My husband had the sandwich and I had the chicken tenders. The waffle fries are second to McDonald's fries. I can see why Chick-fil-A sells their sauces in the grocery store. If I'm not pressed for time, I'll go again. read more

I love Chik-fil-A! Probably the ONLY fast food place I eat. Not only is their food amazing but their customer service is amazing as well. But my dining experience in the restaurant yesterday was HORRIBLE. I ordered ahead in the app to dine in at about 1:50 pm and didnt get my food until about 2:40! Almost an hour waiting for my food meanwhile everyone else was coming in and out getting their orders and eating inside. I had three small inpatient hungry children while at that. I asked for the manager 3x and no one came over. Finally, Yasmin came after our food arrived said they were busy all day and took my app information down and I have yet to hear from anyone. There is a reason that ChikFilA always has a drive thru lane around the block. The food and service at ChikFilA are second to none, especially in the fast food game. I went with my normal, spicy chicken deluxe combo and it never disappoints! Despite that fact that it was slammed, our food came out quick and this is the only fast food spot that brings the food to your table. They also don't try and nickel and dime you for extra sauces! Which is big for me because I'm a Big Dipper for my fries. And they have Polynesian sauce which is head and shoulders above any dipping sauce anywhere! Sandwich was also delicious. Perfect crispy outside with moist white meat chicken on the inside. Topped with fresh veggies and served with some great waffle fries! I'm so impressed with how well organized and efficient the staff at this Chick-fil-A are. I always go through the drive-thru. Rarely will I ever go inside so this review is about my drive-thru experience. Reasons why I'm such a fan : - I've never had any problems with them getting my order incorrect. - They work fast to get my order to me, from the time I placed it, to the time I reach the pick-up window. - The staff that works the drive-thru lane are always friendly. - I love being able to place my order with the attendants standing outside. This helps the line to go by faster. before . I was surprised and disappointed to learn they do not serve coffee during lunch or dinner hours. I really wanted a coffee with my lunch and had my mind set on it only to find out they only serve it during breakfast. Chick-fil-A has become quite the guilt pleasure of mine. Guilty mainly because I think the gays are still mad at the company, but I can't help it, I crave it every day ( especially Sunday when it's not open). This location has got its ish together! The parking lot has one of those attendants in the drive thru area to speed up receiving your food. Many of the orders are taken by the attendant so by the time you get to the window your food is ready and you just need to pay. Perfect for anyone on the go. Inside is just as organized. They have a line you form into, a ton of people working so again, everything goes through smoothly. What's most great about this place is that it's full of ladies who are like your aunt's age working here. Such sweet women walking around , cleaning tables, asking you if you want a refill. You want nothing more than to help them rather than have them help you. They are the most adorable ladies ever. I would go here just to see them. The food is the same standard quality of any other location, but the employees here really are what makes the difference here. read more
