I've been eating Taco Bell for as long as I can remember. So I know the quality of food this beautiful place should be providing. However today was the worst experience ever in my Taco Bell eating career. The scruffy looking dude at the window was spouting Joe Biden and Donald trump nonsense. The real tragedy occurred when I opened my chicken quesadilla bag to only find out it was about half its normal size. I thought this had to be a mistake until I got to my taco and found about 5 balls of meet with hardly any lettuce n cheese. I don't know if Taco Bell has changed its portion size but if so then Damn is all I can say. Otherwise this Taco Bell will forever be dead to me. read more

My daughter and I have started to make breakfast on Saturday mornings a tradition at this Taco Bell. Service is always quick and easy at this Elk River location - for about the past 8 consecutive Saturday mornings it's been the same friendly staff. We love the Grande Breakfast Burrito Combo with steak. My favorite drink is 0 zero Mountain Dew Baja. Maybe I'm addicted but it's the best and only place you can purchase this delicious fountain drink. read more

Showed up to the elk River Taco Bell had already placed an online order but my friend also wanted some food. We go through the drive-through in order her food and pull up to the window to pay. She pays, then we proceed to ask for our online order and the worker tells us we should have said it while ordering at the window. He made us go all the way back around through the long line to wait to tell him we had an online order. Disgraceful. read more

Slowest service ever! We waited 18 minutes for our food. They kept filling the orders of people who came after us, which was beyond frustrating. Our toddler was growing restless. By the time the food came out, we started plowing down and my son who is 1 instantly starts screaming after the first bite. I tried his food and the spiciness was insane! I ordered a mini quesadilla for him, and it was ALL sauce. I love the quesadillas, but had never tasted one so spicy. So then his tantrum forced us to leave. I'm not faulting Taco Bell for my sons tantrum, but waiting so long for our food and then to have it made incorrectly and without care is very disappointing. Probably won't be back, at least for a long long time when maybe they'll have some turn over with staff. read more

I know, I know... Its just a Taco Bell... I mean its bomb and the food is good, regardless of prices soon to pay... 4 Words: Doritos Loco Supreme Taco. Yes yes. I'll take 3. With fire sauce... Anyways, everytime I go to this particular location other than late at night (After midnight) I always wait... and wait.... and wait.... and wait..... Then i get to actually order my food. Then repeat the waiting process until I have my delicious, un-nutricious tacos. I wouldve only gave em one star but there are the times late at night when I get what seems to be a burnt out teenager who just wants to make food super fast and actually makes it right instead of throws it together. so they hang on to 2 stars. Avoid the interior We arrived at Taco Bell around 6pm on a sunday with lusts of gordita crunches and xxl grilled stuffed burritos. Little did we know our experience would go down lower than a stripper on prom night. The floor. The floor had the feeling of any concert venue you've ever been in. Sticky like some 4 year olds hands. No joke, the floor was so sticky my fiances flip flop broke apart at the strap. I suggested that maybe the staff could mop the floor? I got something along the lines of "I've been trying to get to it." Never the less we sat down at the tables and devoured our taco bell feast. The food was suprisingly hot. I was shocked. I understand that this location used to be sub par, but they have stepped up their game. I don't know if management changed or something but they ALWAYS have friendly service and are attentive to the orders and the food is always fresh when I have eaten there. I love Taco Bell (specifically my Mexican Pizzas), BUT this Taco Bell is the SLOWEST EVER!!!! Guaranteed 15 minute wait for a taco in the drive thru or inside. Don't matter! What's the deal? The cashier is sweeping the floor while tickets stack up in the window and nobody is getting served. The organizational inefficiencies are ridiculous! "no beef" should not be a difficult request, especially since there's a button for it. if it's showing up on my screen, it's showing up on theirs. yet more than once, there has been beef all over my food. i think the employees just don't care about others. if you have any dietary restrictions, take the extra time to go to Rogers, they've always succeeded in leaving the meat off my food! read more

last night, my spouse and i went there to enjoy the doritos tacos that we love because they are soon being taken off the menu....which means we will not be going there as often. as soon as we walked in the door, a friendly voice said hi, how are you? i answered that we were hungry! she replied it was a good place to be if i was hungry and she would be with us in second....she was cleaning the dining room.......i mean cleaning, this is the first time in my many years that i saw some actually moving all of the tables and benches and mopping the entire floor! this delightful woman, Brenda King has to be the most friendly and hardworking fast food worker i have ever seen.......and i used to be one....! she was very happy, fast, accurate and was like this with every customer that walked into the place while we were there. between customers she continued to REALLY clean and made sure to tell everyone to have a wonderful evening as they left the restaruant. I hope this company knows what they have in this woman and pays her accordingly. if i was going to open a place like this, she would be my mananger and trainer. we would eat out more often if employees were like this everywhere. she was very attentive without being intrusive and had a smile on her face the whole time. you could really tell she was a happy person, not just trying to be nice, but actually a very nice person.....thank you Brenda read more
