I have been to this location once and it will probably be the only time I ever come here again. All around it was a pretty bad experience and makes me not not want to return any time soon. Experience: We placed order online for pickup and it was a pretty slick experience. The online ordering was perfectly fine and they seem to have their website down to make it as easy as possible. Ordering this easily online was probably the only good thing about our experience. I drove to the location and found easy parking because no one else was there. It was a completely empty lot and we went there around 7pm. Once inside I walked to the pickup counter and my order was the only one on the shelf. Super easy to find but I couldn't find my drinks. I walked over to the cash register and showed the employee my receipt and the missing drinks. He was quick about handing them over but just wanted me to get out of there. I thought if they forgot my drinks I should look for everything else. Low and behold a whole burrito was missing! We only ordered 2 meals so like 50% of my order wasn't even there. I walked back up to the employee that just seemed so annoyed by my existence and showed him the bag and that I was missing another item. He called back to a different guy and he came out and said he didn't know who's order that was so he didn't make my burrito. So you're telling me that they didn't fulfill my order and placed it on the shelf knowing it was missing items? It was unbelievable and I was livid about the whole thing. Then he said he'll make it now since I am here and he knows who it belongs too. I was the only one there and the only one that put an order in. It made no sense. It took some time for them to make my burrito and then I was luckily on my way back home. Furious but at least I had all my items. Food: Besides not a great customer experience the food wasn't worth the hassle as well. The burrito wasn't filled very well and was very rushed together. It also had a lot of cilantro in it which I'm not a fan of and it became rather over powering. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is that their queso was pretty good. I liked it better than Chipotles and the chips were nice and not stale at all. Besides that the burrito is something I could've made at home or had better at even a Taco Bell. Overall: In the end this Qdoba left a pretty bad taste in my mouth figuratively and literally. The employees were rough and the food reflected that of the quality of employees. I don't think I will return back to this location and I will look somewhere else when the mood strikes for a burrito. read more

Went to Qdoba today specifically for their new 'impossible meat' tacos. All other entrees are priced according to meat: bowl, taco, doesn't matter which, you are charged according to the meat. I order the 3 taco meal and ask for the impossible only to be told that if I want tacos, I will be charged per taco and it will be over $13. But if I want a bowl, it will be $8. This makes zero sense Qdoba and you just lost a loyal customer because you were trying to steal $5. Nice work. read more

I haven't been to Qdoba much over the years mostly because the location is a little further out than other options but they do have some things going for them compared to Chipotle and similar places. I only order burritos, no salads, bowls, or tacos, and I stick to meat, beans, rice, and hot sauce (habanero). That said, there's not a lot of value unless you're adding a ton of other ingredients. I end up with a pretty small burrito for the price. To be fair, Chipotle is the same these days, smallish burrito for the price unless you add other toppings which turns a burrito into basically a taco salad wrapped in a tortilla. The last couple Qdoba orders I went with their brisket birria and it is very good. Better than Chipotle's barbacoa which tastes more and more like beef jerky than it did many years ago. The rice and beans are also quite good at Qdoba with flavors that don't overpower and yet are not bland. The tortilla is excellent quality and the habanero sauce is one of the best I've had anywhere. So I was quite pleased with my last burrito, nice balanced flavor, even though it was tiny for the price. I have encountered some other issues such as incredibly oversalted chips and incorrect or missing items but I don't eat here often enough to know if it's a one-off or an ongoing problem so my rating doesn't factor this in. Four stars for the food. I really look at Qdoba like there is a ton of potential but being a large chain kinda limits them. Even so, still very good food. read more

I never was a QDOBA fan. My loyalty was Chipotle, but I broke that loyalty, and I didn't feel bad at all! I haven't had QDOBA anywhere else, so I can't speak on the other ones around, but this one is my go to. Never had a problem going in nor ordering from DoorDash. I haven't counted how many times of been and ordered from here but its more than 10 times, for sure. Never once have I had a lousy experience when it comes to the food or the employees. The only complain I can think of is that it gets packed, which is a pain but a good indicator that it's worth it. What I like is when you ask for extra anything they GIVE you EXTRA. The first time I said extra steak I thought to myself, "Well dang, I don't want the whole d*amn cow, but okay.". They stay consistent with the flavor which is a plus because sometimes with other joints it's a hit or miss. I always order the bowls, im a bowl type of girl, that's how I roll., oh and side of chips and salsa. The employees that work here I have never had one bad experience. When I order from DoorDash, in the comments section I always put in emoji on there and on my receipts or even the to-go bag they hit me with a huge smiley face, I think it's cute. Not sure if I will branch out to other QDOBA's elsewhere, for now, I will stick with this one. read more

Pros: clean restaurant, nice patio, food is good. Cons: staffed by a bunch of dead-eyed late teen and early 20-somethings...millennials with the personality of a wet Kleenex. In general, fine. But at least show SOME attentiveness to what you're doing. The assembly table they were using was pretty messy. Guac, pico, etc scattered around. A large chunk of tomato flipped onto the wrapper they were building my burrito on. I saw it. The guy that did it saw it. The girl that wrapped my burrito looked at it like there was a leprechaun riding a unicorn across her work station, then proceeded to wrap it up inside the wrapper, but outside my burrito. And to top it off, no effort to make it look anything at all like a burrito. It's perfectly round. I'm having a tasty soccer ball for lunch. Complete lack of any interest in doing a quality job, at least at this store. Summary: good food at a nice place ran by a bunch of buffoons that don't care about anything. read more

My boyfriend loves Qdoba! Since we live about a mile from this location we've been here quite a bit but have also been to several other locations across the Twin Cities (Shakopee, Eden Prairie, downtown, and Chaska). Sadly, this location is the worst. I'm only writing this review after our third consecutive lackluster, at best, experience. The employees are the most apathetic group of young adults in town. For example, tonight when my boyfriend ordered burrito bowls and requested lettuce the employee told him that they were out of lettuce. Surprised, my boyfriend said "really?". The employee said, "Yeah, the lettuce isn't cut up." Seriously! They did not serve us lettuce because it wasn't cut up. Why not just chop the lettuce already? So, we did not get lettuce with our order. The last time I was there, they were out of guacamole. The time before the employee was so confused about managing two orders at once that she put the wrong ingredients in the wrong orders. It isn't the worst ever. So, I'm sure we'll go back to this location but with low expectations that something will likely go wrong. read more

The employees on the food line do not know how to wrap a burrito...it's their one job! I have been here multiple times and same deal every time, they can't figure out how to wrap a burrito. The burrito I order isn't even that large to wear it needs to be double wrapped. read more

I like Qdoba a lot. They aren't too pricey, and like Chipotle, you get to watch your meal being made. Their food just tastes a little fresher than most Mexican chains. I went to this location and was a little disappointed in the service. I asked for a cheese quesadilla and was not even asked if I wanted pico de gallo and lettuce (which I don't). When I interrupted the person building my food, they seemed a little miffed that they had to make a new one. My BF's food was great, his words not mine. He had a burrito of some sort. I sat outside but the large umbrellas weren't set up. So I had to stand on the table and set it up myself. It was a little awkward. I had my dog with and they were nice enough to give me a bowl to fill water up for her at no extra charge. However, I've been to better Qdobas. read more

I literally live a block from this Qdoba and frequent there more than I probably should. The staff is friendly & prompt. I love the 3 cheese nachos and their quesadilla isn't too bad either. I always get the chips on the side with the nachos because they're too messy in the bowl. If you're in the mood for a fast casual Mexican place, they're a solid choice. read more

Qdoba is basically just a Chipotle knockoff with more options and similar quality ingredients. This was actually my first time ever eating at one, and only because the Subway nearby had a line almost out the door. The service was great and super fast, and the quality for a "faster food" restaurant was above average. The place wasn't busy and it was very clean as well. read more

Obviously the food at QDOBA is amazing! But what sets this location apart is the staff. We had a very friendly cashier offer to bring our food to the table since we had our toddler with us. He made sure everything was right and even gave us a coupon for a free kids meal before we left and checked on us halfway through our meal. That is not service I expect at a fast food style restaurant but man was it nice! Way to raise the bar guys! We will happily return! read more

Best fast food burrito place for sure. They're the Burger Kings answer to Mc Donald's chipotle. In my opinion they killed chipotle with better service and a better burrito. The steak and rice are just a step up and what sets them apart is their queso burrito. Makes it most expensive but oh boy it's worth it! Absolutely the best location run by the best people!! I just had surgery yesterday and my card got declined. Genie helped by giving my meal for free! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this act of kindness while still in recovery. My stomach has been paralyzed for 8 years now and my surgery allowed me to eat and not immediately need to vomit. This first meal since being free of that symptom and receive such care and kindess was so amazing. I really can't thank them enough. Stop by this location!!! read more

My husband and I have been to this location several times for a quick meal, but it will be a while before we give it another try. It was very slow -only one customer in front of us- at 6 on a Thursday so service was fast. We noticed right away the food prep/service area was very messy and to say it was not appetizing would be an understatement. Dried food droppings around the serving dishes and and many of the items did not look fresh. We decided to bring our food home (a short mile) and when we took our first bites, we realized the service trays/dishes were not keeping the hot items hot. We put our meals in the microwave and decided after several bites that we might be subjecting ourselves to unwanted illness if we continued to eat. Very disappointing experience read more
