Not busy being Saturday afternoon 1:30 pm not rush period.. very reasonable food pricing and quick Delivary without wait. Enough seating area. Near by lots of other fast food places. this Taco Bell was horrible the staff was so lazy no one was working and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for just a single thing that I ordered. I went in yesterday and ordered a cheesy gordita crunch substituting the beef for beans. when I got it I had a feeling there's something wrong so I checked and they in fact put in beef so I went back in and told them that this was wrong order they said that it was not in their system but I had proof that the receipt said that I asked for beef instead of beans so they said they will remake it, but I still had to wait another 10 minutes just for them to remake the cheesy gordita crunch. The new one didn't even have the sauce that goes in the cheesy gordita crunch but I had already left by this point so I couldn't have done anything. this was a 40 minute stop when it should've been only five minutes. the staff here are so lazy they just stand around and don't do anything. read more

Great job! There has been tremendous improvement since my last visit. I had the chicken pot pie, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy. The food was well-prepared and served quickly. Incompetent teenagers running the entire restaurant, waited 20 minutes for a 3 piece tender meal. Asked several times and then once I asked for the manager they got it right away. Three orders after mine were filled, one being a family chicken bucket, unacceptable. Yes, sometimes I need to break my policy of stopping at fast food joints when I'm traveling. Yes, I stopped at a Taco Bell Elton MD as I had been on the road for 5 hours and still had almost three to go. I ran inside quickly and got my order to go (big beef burrito supreme and a crunchy taco supreme). Pretty simple order, right? I would bet my entire net worth that this store makes errors on at least 80% of all orders it takes. For anybody that is dairy free, it is not even worth asking the store to remove cheese. You should prepare to do it yourself. The staff here consistently show they do not care about the customers' time, or the accuracy of the customers order. I have been somewhat harassed by management on several occasions to leave good reviews. I do not mind a store asking for review in return for a free sandwich, however that is corporate policy and is included on every receipt so it is very uncomfortable to be asked that by the store manager while I am waiting for my food. I have not ordered inside the store since this first happened, I suppose I would rather wait longer in the drive-through line and have my food be held hostage at the possible coercion for a review. This all said, the store has been very amicable and has had no problem fixing a messed up order, and while that is great, it would be better to not have a messed up order in the first place every time I visit this location. read more

As soon as I walked in there's a long line, I was overcome by a strong musty moldy smell there was trash all over the floor and ceiling was leaking. Then I heard screaming coming from the kitchen of what I assumed was employees yelling at each other, I used to come here once a week but I guess from what I hear they got new management and they traded the smiling hard-working faces with people that seem to be running around confused and yell at each other. I felt compelled to write this because I have actually never before eaten at a Taco Bell. I have always hated peppers and beans, and believed incorrectly that peppers and beans must be on all the dishes in this place. And then I saw commercials for the Doritos Locos Tacos and decided I MUST stop here and try it out. Cool Ranch Doritos are one of my favorite salty snacks. I got two Doritos Locos Supreme which means they came with a generous helping of sour cream and tomatoes along with the other ingredients. They were quite good, and two tacos was quite filling actually, though I am not used to a fast food place that offers a "combo" that doesn't include a side. Negative: pepsi products in the drink machine. The only drink I liked there (root beer) was caffeine-free, which was not helpful. If you don't like pepsi or that stank mountain dew garbage you are out of luck. Lastly, I think a good idea for Taco Bell would be to have the Cool Ranch Doritos as chips, and then have a bowl filled with the ingredients that you can dip the chips into. It is really hard eating crunchy tacos and about half of each bite ended up on my tray. It may be more fun to take a chips and dip approach to it. KFC is an added bonus for their amazing biscuits. You order from one person so you can mix your order up and get food items from both. Nice! read more

I am giving this five stars because despite having to wait for about twenty minutes, we always seem to end up with extra food from either Taco Bell or KFC so we have fun anticipating what our "extra" items might be! I'm generally pretty forgiving and uncritical of fast food restaurants, but my recent experience here was a farce. When we arrived, there was no line, and we walked straight to the register. We waited there for ~25 minutes, without ever being acknowledged, or even being told that they'll be right with us in 20 minutes, just ignored, even after we told them we were ready to order, as the person taking orders was apparently the only one fulfilling them, as no fewer than 9 other employees did who the heck knows what. Then I would have had a kind word for her, but when she gets my order wrong, and I politely explain this to her, she then argues with me! Like, what the heck? First, it was my order, I am the ultimate authority on what I ordered, it was premeditated, planned, and executed just the way I had envisioned it (minus the 25 minute wait). Secondly, even if I had screwed up my own order, you don't argue with the customer! It then took about another 20 minutes to get the food and wait for the manager to correct my order. After the 45 minute ordeal, 2 employees we had seen chilling at a table when we arrived were still there, doing absolutely nothing. As much as I keep telling myself that they'll be hurt in the long run by bad service, I'm yet unconvinced, because their business model doesn't rely on repeat business (they're a little remote but right off of I-95). Hopefully the owner sees some of these reviews and gets some new management. read more

This review is going to sound sarcastic, but rest assured that it is not. It may be tongue in cheek, but I mean every word. Our drive through dining excursion was the platonic ideal of the Taco Bell experience. Our concierge/hostess/waitress/heroine-in-chief was Bri, who was surprisingly friendly. While we waited at the window for our order to arrive we both remarked on how nice she seemed. The wait for the food seemed a little long, but turned out to be well worth it. Masterpieces take time. I gestated for 9 long months before I was ready to bring joy into the world. I don't know how this Taco Bell wrought their magic. The food Bri provided arrived far faster than I did, and brought with it much more joy. Seriously though. That. Shit. Was. Good. You know how you see a food commercial, and then see the food in person, and the in-person food kills your vibe? Not so with this food. The food pictured in commercials pales in comparison to how delicious and fresh this looked. It tasted even better. It made me question some preconceived and long held beliefs about Taco Bell's place in the world. In turn, it made me reflect on my own. This Taco Bell may have taught me more about my own life and place than the Analects and the Dao De Jing. Totally blown away. No joke. I've had both the double crunch wrap and double chalupa from here. They are just bogus. The picture of the double chalupa has meat up the the brim of the shell. In reality I has a small amount of meat and the shell was filled to the brim with lettuce and tomato. The "double" crunch wrap was just a regular one. Pretty sure the employees just made them the regular way instead of doubling up on the ingredients like they are supposed to. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life, if I could give 0 stars I would. I stop at this Taco Bell on my way home from work sometimes and they literally get my order wrong 95% of the time. Never ask for no tomatoes because they will put them on every time, you can ask them to fix it, but they will probably give it back to you with tomatoes on it again even after they "fix it". They also apparently don't know the difference between chicken and beef because that gets messed up frequently. After getting another screwed up order tonight I will just be going out of the way to the other taco bell in Elkton to avoid having their continued horrible service. read more

So after our long adventure to this Taco Bell, we were told they don't serve breakfast. Disappointed and dazed we then decided to go to McDonalds Breakfast across the street.
