This location often messes up orders which was the case tonight. I ordered Nachos BelleGrande and a bean and cheese burrito. It wasn't until I left it hit me what a small bag I had so I pulled over and had 2 items I didn't even recognize so I went back only I went inside because the line was long. The man inside made up my order and brought me a small box (the Mexican pizza size box) so I thought that was the nachos and mentioned I also had a burrito. He said it was also in the box. I was surprised but just went on my way with my corrected order. I've gotten nachos belle grande for years and never have gotten such a small order. It was like a half order. The man said they were having a container issue. That's ok but at least discount the small one. Bad enough having to return due to a wrong order but then to get this tiny order was very disappointing. read more

It's a decent Taco bell. I usually order stuff for my picky teenager. I use the app now, it's nice to earn points and get free stuff. There is usually at least some item missing or a mistake. I always request no tomatoes for my kiddo that detests them, but at least half the time there are tomatoes in crunchwrap. Same with asking for no beans in the beef and been burrito. we've also recieved a soft taco with no meat in it. and last time got a dorito taco with no lettuce or cheese! lol. Of course these things aren't noticed till I arrive home, and not worth the effort of driving back. I really do not come to Taco Bell a lot. My mom kept telling me she wanted a bean burrito, so I stopped here to get her one after grocery shopping. I also got a Baja Blast Zero since Taco Bell is the only place that has it. Only the drive thru is open right now, and they were so nice! The person taking my order asked me if I needed anything else, told me to pull up when I was ready, and the cashier was really nice, too! She asked me how I was, and took my payments and gave me my order (all contactless). This was easily my best Taco Bell experience ever! read more

This Taco Bell is the best ! I went in there having trouble trying to redeem my free taco from having t mobile. The counter girl Tammy was super nice trying to help me and told me how to do it. The manager then came from the back and said don't worry about it and just rang it in for me for free. Of course the taco was delicious, as they always are. Don't get me wrong I love Taco Bell. But multiple times when I've asked for extra sour cream and I've paid that extra .80 I haven't gotten it. So today I said can you please make sure there's extra sour cream. And when I looked there wasn't extra. I said something and apparently the "manager" said she did do extra. Now from my end it didn't look like there was extra at all. The staff was extremely rude about me asking for extra. When I finally gave up and went to say alright thanks, the door to the drive through was already shut. Cheap tacos while you're on the run or inebriated? This is your spot! I never had a messed up order either! On a more serious note, I admit that I'm not much of a chain fanatic. However, I'm always impressed by the customer service at this location specifically: they're prompt, personable, and overall professional. From chit-chat as to why the naked chicken chalupa was cancelled, to having my table wiped down and being sincerely asked if my food is good, the staff makes me feel like I'm in an dine-in restaurant over just another face in line to pay-grab-go. And for that reason I'll always come to this one over Henrietta or Greece, or wherever. Keep up the great work! read more

Who doesn't love Taco Bell??? They have everything you need now especially since they are open for breakfast. I always get chicken quesadilla's and I am ALWAYS happy. Finally just tried breakfast and was pretty content with it. The breakfast burrito is okay. A good amount of everything in a bite. The AM crunch wrap was really good, I was a fan. My complaints are that they were small. Thank god I got both a burrito and crunch wrap. I finished and still wished I had more though. Now I know for next time that I will need extras to get myself feeling semi full. I still love Taco Bell though and I always will. read more

Hey it's a Taco Bell. We're not talking fine dining here but inexpensive relatively good Mexican-like fast food. I like the basic hard shell tacos, really cheap and good, and the fancy, expensive Mexican pizza. Their Fire and Diablo sauces are actually pretty spicy. I've yet to indulge in their breakfast menu - I am intrigued by the waffle-taco concept. Someday... It is often faster to go inside vs. the drive thru even when I am taking it to go. An occasional stop at TB is a guilty pleasure. read more

Our go-to taco bell location! Never have an issue with our order and we always get our taco bell from here. I have recently gone gluten-free, and I've fallen in love with their bowls! I usually get the veggie one with extra guac! We also got their new dragon fruit frozen drink which is amazing! Typically I don't write reviews for fast food places, but this is an exception. The drive through window position has to be one of the most thankless jobs, so I had to call out this person. In a customer facing position it is very obvious when the employee likes their job and is good at it. I drove through for lunch the other day and was served by K. She was very friendly, full of smiles and was very contagious. In the brief minute conversation I ended up leaving the drive through in a better mood than when I pulled up. This is a testament to the upbeat and positive attitude from K. It is awesome to see this kind of commitment and customer service in our young folks. I wouldn't normally write a review for a Taco Bell...but this one deserves some special recognition. I have been here several times in the evenings when I'm in the area and I need something quick. Taco Bells are notorious for their long drive-thru lines in the evenings, but despite the long line and constant craziness, this Taco Bell really gets the job done. The drive-thru line may be long, but the food always comes out promptly. I have also done the online ordering several times and my food is ALWAYS waiting for me at the time I request. My order is always accurate (I always ask for no sour cream and most places mess this up) and complete. The employees are so friendly and upbeat and efficient, even late at night. This Taco Bell is one of my favorites. They deserve a shout-out! read more

If I were to give up all fast food places except one, it would be Taco Bell that I would keep. They've become innovative lately with new menu options and breakfast! They're also consistently tasty and for the most part quick about it. It's no authentic Mexican but for a quick and delicious taco or quesadilla this is the place for it! This particular location is extremely friendly and speedy. I can usually sit down to eat within five minutes of placing my order. It's always clean too. I finally got around to trying the breakfast here and I got the AM crunchwrap with sausage. I'm sorry McDonald's but these guys just one upped you! The cinnabon delights are always delicious. Their coffee is a little strong for me but I almost never take coffee black so I added a cream and sugar. I come here for dinner quite a lot and I have no complaints here! If you don't care about non authentic tacos, burritos, and quesadillas and you're in Penfield, this place doesn't disappoint. read more

I haven't yet and I've been going there for I don't know how long. Came here after work (I work at a bar) at 2:20... got soft potato tacos and these potatoes are not soft. They are like rocks and inedible which is real sad usually this drive thru does a great job. This is a newer Taco Bell with a nice contemporary look. Great service. I even saw an employee go over to a gentleman's table, ask if he was enjoying his meal and then offered to refill his soda for him. Who does that?! It was really sweet. After waiting an outrageous amount of time for an order I made ten minutes before arriving at the restaurant - items were missing from the order. The sheer lack of miscommunication between the staff (who could not figure out how to operate equipment and what food items went with what orders) they struggled to decide who would make the missing items. read more
