The chorizo tasted like a low-quality, filler-heavy product with an artificial heat rather than the rich, well-seasoned flavor you'd expect. The tacos were average but didn't stand out in any way. Service was friendly throughout the evening, but our server wasn't very familiar with the menu and couldn't answer several questions about the dishes. Despite having a reservation, the meal took nearly two hours from start to finish. Our bill came to about $60 for two adults with no alcohol, and based on the overall experience, it didn't represent a good value. The restaurant's greatest asset is unquestionably its location. Sitting along the Erie Canal is a wonderful experience, and Fairport is one of the most charming villages in the Rochester area.
