Everytime I come to this location employees are always rude and disrespectful. Came here about a week ago and Daisy was yelling through the speaker "anything else" and when I said give me a moment she sighed loud and rudely. Once I got to the window she rolled her eyes at me, When I asked for my receipt I got another eye roll and the window slammed shut. Today I went and the other lady there proceeded to tell me since I mobile ordered my food 11 minutes before that they were going to throw it away since I wasn't fast enough to get my food! Food is fine, as it should be. Young thin female (dark hair, braces, very little eyebrows..) one of the rudest individuals I've ever seen be employed. Here's some tips, eye contact, thank you's, and maybe anything but a scowl on your face and the place wouldn't be empty as often. To her hiring manager, there's gotta be better choices than this especially for breakfast. To the young girl who works here, I really hope you enjoy working for a fast food establishment. We stopped here after a backpacking trip and it hit the spot! We love taco bell because it has plenty of vegan options. Our favorite is the value menu cheesy bean & rice burrito and make it fresco (they take away the dairy products and add tomatoes), be sure to have it grilled, too! read more

***UPDATE*** Nov. 3 2019-- Went to Taco Bell again and ordered a bean burrito. Got home and unwrapped my burrito and low and be hold it was by far the most wimpy and pathetic excuse for a burrito I have ever seen. Apparently Taco Bell doesn't understand that the main ingredient in a bean burrito is BEANS! Aug. 2018--This is the 3rd time I've gone to this Taco Bell and their drive through was closed an hour prior to what they have listed. I stopped here to grab my stepmom something before I got my kiddos from her. It's very clean, small drive-thru, but not too slow of a drive thru. I read a review about burrito size and it's so true. I got my son the GRANDE three cheese nacho burrito, nothing grande about it. I got my daughter the mini chicken quesadilla, there was hardly any chicken in it, and one of the burritos I asked for EXTRA red sauce, had 0 red sauce. They weren't even busy, literally 2 customers prior to me so there really isn't an excuse aside from lack of effort and attentiveness. Yes it's Taco Bell but it was still a $15 meal that could have been prepared a little better. Won't be back to this location. ( side note- staff was friendly) read more

Absolutely the WORST taco bell I've ever been to. My family is on vacation and decided tio stop at this particular store to grab something quick to eat. We were the only people in line. We ordered and sat to wait for our food. Other people began to come in and orderand received their food pretty quickly. 15 min later we decided to ask Howe much longer for our food. The cashier (who was really nice) proceeded to check with the manager. She looked at me then at the receipt and said " I made this order already" handed thereceipt back to the cashier and proceeded to turn back around to make other food. I pointed to our table which only had our cups and napkins on the table to prove to her that we hadn't received our food. No apology just attitude from the manager like we were trying to get extra food or something. The cashier apologized for her. I hope corporate reads this. Apparently I'm not the only customer who had had a run in with this very rude "manager". read more

Tonight March 1st It was late. Some of my family memembers were tired from work. I had knee surgery needed to stay off of my feet so we decided on taco bell. I sent my son and daughter to get dinner with my debit card. I received a call from my kids and was told I needed to be there with my I.D They were not given a proper reason as to why except that it was company policy. My son and daughter came back home to get me. When we returned and I was paying with my card cashier handed ne a receiot to signed. I asked why she did not run my card as a debit. I told her had she ran it as a debit I would not be needed there. Thats when the cashier tells me we only do credit . It's company policy. Lets get this straight It is not a policy it is how the card system is set up. Anyways I replied back then thats a problem ..that was the problem ok. We stood there waiting patiently for our order when we over heard a worker talking about us. Very rudely. One of her remarks was I dont care thats our policy. Thats how our cards work if they don't like it they can go somewhere else along with ither remark. Hearing that and being we are the only customers in the loby. We addressed the manner immediately. We asked if she was talking about us and telling her she should not be talking about us like that. She was rude back to us at that point. We asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. We asked for her name repeatedly and she did not want to tell us her name. She finally told us her name is Megan in a rude and harsh tone. I explained to her as a manager that was uncalled for and not busness like of a manager to do that. She stayed quiet than she proceeded to tell the other employees she was done helping and thats what she gets for helping them and walked away. She went to back area . Leaving the other two employees to finish our order. Do to the fact that the two employees are now helping with our order the drive though was not being taken care of and cars were having to wait. The manager walked back and forth a couple times from back to front with a mad look on her face and than walked back to the back again and you could hear what sounds like a door slammed. Our order was finally complete and checked. One employee apologized and wished us a good night. As we were getting in the car the manager finally came out of hidingand quickly locked the door. I spend a couple dollars shy of $50 for our whole meal only to go home and be irritated. What dinner conversation we had was about our bad service we got. Instead of us having a pleasant dinner time. I tried to call corporated due to the late hours I was unable to get ahold of them but will be calling in the morning. This manager should be addressed and disciplined for her actions and we should have had an apology from her. My career job is a manager for Dollar Tree and I know this is not how you conduct business. Customers are very important! Todays society word of mouth and social media is where reviews from customers get posted. Bad reviews makes for bad business. To have customers come bad is important. When will we ever feel the desire to go back is now a question. This happened in Farmersville Ca at Taco Bell. I have to say we have a very small town and to have a taco bell made alot of residents very happy. Hope the Managers and Employees realize that! read more

It's service is amazing the food is perfect they may sometimes get the order wrong but they are in a hurry so it's okay.
