I waited 30 minutes for my 10 piece chicken nugget and got them and they were burnt completely they were black. Awful service

How is this an $8 Chicken Quesadilla, it literally only had 2 chunks of chicken, the cheese wasn't melted, the tortilla was also chewy and had a horrible almost oil flavor. I was also missing items the items I should have done better checking for but i thought I saw it. I live 20 minutes away and can't have this corrected. Tired of this constantly being an issue. Tell me you're incompetent without telling me you're incompetent. This Taco Bell is the epitome of incompetent. Between Methany taking the order and Methsiah making the food, this combo really knows how to kick it into the stands. I really wish this was my first time being completely disappointed in this location; however, I allowed them a second chance only to be completely beyond mystified disappointed. According to them the "supreme" option means it would include sour cream. The only thing sour about my meal is the repeated disappointment. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds across the street. Their ice cream machine may be broken all the time but at least they are consistent. read more

This place screwed up our to go order with two out of three items filled incorrectly. One was from their vegetarian options and contained no black beans, no cheese that I paid extra for and a sizable dollop of ground beef. Not what a vegetarian wants at all. The other item was supposed to contain chicken and contained a larger amount of ground beef. Receipt was supposed to be texted to me, nope! Did not receive one. Oh, the restrooms were dirty, with no toilet paper and malfunctioning plumbing. Give this place a wide berth. The single star is for the person at the counter being pleasant. read more

They're obviously short staffed (just like everywhere else) but the workers are helpful and the food has been on par for Taco Bell. We just finished up at this location and while we were there we witnessed the most quick impatient and rude middle aged man in there with little to no compassion for this obviously understaffed team. We felt so bad for the Taco Bell employees and absolutely no sympathy for the man who had to wait a whole 30 seconds after getting his food for his Baja blast. He was leaving over the counter and yelling to employees that whole time. They're doing their best with the situation that they currently have. A little compassion goes a long way, y'all. I stopped by at 9am to get a drink. The store is absolutely filthy. I don't think it ever gets cleaned. I realize Taco Bell is open most of a 24 hr period but that is still no excuse. Wow, yet again another disappointing visit to tacobell. every time i visit this location they never get the order correct and the customer service is absolutely terrible. If you don't want to do your job right or put in any effort you should apply here. My food is always made wrong. i ordered two beefy five layers no cheese no nacho cheese and double grilled. i got 2 burritos fully loaded with nacho cheese and shredded cheese not grilled or toasted in any way. Who does this? They put the nacho fries into the bag upside down. They spilled everywhere inside the bag. When we got our nacho cheese the containers were only about 20% filled. We didn't even have enough for half the fries. Very disappointed read more

We ordered off of door dash our food arrived our 5 layer beefy burritos only had beef no cheese no sour cream nothing. I called to get it fixed spoke to the manager who would not give me his name said it's on you for ordering it wrong and I was like I have the receipt right here. If I could give it zero stars I would. They are so understaffed it's crazy. I always see either the same two or three workers and always new people. People keep on quitting because the management is crazy. I used to work here and it was just awful. The managers need to have some serious training and they need to hire more employees or get some transfers to help make it better. Nothing is more important than their smoke breaks.
