My wife and I stopped in here right before they were ready to close on Friday night. We ordered the big burrito, I can't remember the name, and it was about the size of three cell phones. It was good but the pico or lettuce had a lot of liquid in it and it made the bottom of the burrito soggy. With a burrito that size I think I would skip the pico next time. We also ordered the Carne asada nachos And they were very good. The nachos were the best, and the burrito was good as well. The tortillas tasted homemade. They have a large menu so they have something for everyone. This place seems to change their hours a lot so you may find them closed When you stop in. read more

Stopped by Paco's today for a late lunch (to-go). I have been coming here for years and frankly... it was by fluke that I stumbled across them. They are located inside the Chevron gas station. Yep... a gas station! The first time I tried them, I had stopped in to buy gas and decided to grab a drink. As I waited in mine, I noticed a steady stream of customers. I decided, this is definitely worth a try. I was so impressed by the portion sizes, price and flavor. It's been awhile since I had been back. My wife mentioned it this morning and said, you use to love that place. Well... after eating there again today, I can happily say, I still do. Today, we went with burritos. My wife had the California and I had the Texano. Both burritos were huge! All of the ingredients were so fresh. The Texano was a new try for me. It came with Grilled Chicken, cheese, french fries and sour cream. It was really good! The California has carne asada with french fries, salsa fresco and cheese. Along with your meal, they offer hot sauces - a green sauce and a red sauce. I really like the flavor of the green sauce. The red sauce is really good as well (it's pretty hot, so you've been warned. LOL) It's really great to find a great place like Paco's. They have been at it for years and once you try it... you will understand why! Great job, Paco's!!! I'll see you soon! read more

This place has wonderful food. I hate to write a bad review for this place because I love the place. The problem with this place is they keep messing up my orders. About 1/3 of the time my order is messed up. I think it's because of the language barrier, I struggle to understand them and they have a problem understanding what I am saying. I think if they got someone there who is fluent in English and would understand orders better. I would go there way more. read more

What to expect from a gas station taco spot........ A hidden gem! The food is actually pretty damn amazing for a quick pick stop. They have a drive through also. The employees are always happy and quick. The prices are great. I've stopped here too many times for rolled tacos and a large Agua Fresca (Melon) and horchata for my long drive back to Salt Lake. Honestly, the best Authentic Mexican food that I have had in the entire state of Utah. The asada is out of this world tasty and the carnitas tacos are as well. Street tacos are the way to go here! Paco's is a small little hole in the wall place connected to a gas station, so very unassuming. But don't let looks deceive you, this place brings the Mexican flavor straight from the other side of the border! I always love pacos because it's good food but after today I don't think I'll be going back. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for ONE BURRITO!!! If I hadn't have already paid I would have just left. Vanessa who is the worker said they were just busy.... it took her 15 minutes to even open the window to take my money. After she took my money she left for another 15 minutes. I was late back to work. I knocked on the window to ask for my money back they never opened the window. I knocked 4 times and nothing. She then opens the window and hands me the burrito. Have tried this place 3 times the 1st time my carne was super dry and overcooked the 2nd time I ordered cheese enchiladas and they gave me beef when I went to return it they tried to make me pay for cheese ones instead of beef even though my receipt said cheese and then I tried to go in today and the lady was on her cell phone having an argument on her personal phone while standing at the register not trying to help me she looked at me a few times I said excuse me and she said just a minute. Great place! I had the California burrito for lunch, it was damn good. They know how a California should be unlike some other places they put crispy french fries in it not just diced potatoes. Big menu, fast service and very convenient for lunch if you work in the BDO (like I do) at the IRS on 12th. I'd give this place 5-stars all day if they were open for it :) Unfortunately, their hours are a bit hit-or-miss. I believe they are closed Sundays and I've gone on a few occasions where they would have a note in the window saying they were closing early that day. This is like on Fridays or Saturdays to boot. Perhaps they are 100% family operated and if there is a family event, they have no choice but to shutdown. This place has always been consistent and the quality of the food that I've received is what I would expect from this type of restaurant.
