Customer Service wasn't that great. We ordered our food and waited more than 20 minutes to receive our order; the workers were more concerned about the people coming through the drive through, which I understand having to work both the counter and the window but damn. They forgot our drink cups too. The only reason we even got them (after we asked twice) was because another customer yelled to get their attention. My sister ordered a dragon fruit drink, which they didn't give us even though we paid extra for it. They had more and more people coming in waiting at the counter, but paid them absolutely no mind. This place was probably worse than the one I went to a few years ago when they had roaches--cause at least they paid attention to their customers. Daniel Y was the manager when I returned to this store # 040614 to inform him that my food was not made as I had ordered it. Daniel informed me that these were the standards, so I asked for a refund and he came back to me with a partial refund. Daniel informed me that I would have to keep the single taco that was part of my meal that was not correct. I was asking for a full refund for a meal and Daniel Y insisted that I would have to pay for and keep the single taco from that meal because I verbalized that the Chalupas were not made as I ordered. I did not order these items separately, it was a meal combo. Upon opening my bag the taco was unwrapped and had taco sauce packets thrown on top of the taco. Initially, I did not care about the taco because I was not planning to eat the taco anyway. I only returned the meal because the 2 Chalupas were not made as I ordered and the lettuce was brown. Daniel was adamant that he would not refund me the full amount that I paid, although I returned the entire meal to him as it was handed to me. I spend a lot of money at this Taco Bell and I even give tips to the kids at the drive thru. My review is of no reflection to the teenagers, but it is a direct reflection of Daniel Y asserting unnecessary force by stealing my money and not providing me with product that I purchased. This was the worst customer service that I have ever received in Traemoor Village. 2 other driver thru customers came back in while I was there with errors to their orders and receiving the wrong food. Worst location in Fayetteville. Ordered burrito Supreme combo. Got two tacos, missing the meat, then crushed and then neatly wrapped. I ordered the burrito with extra ground beef, got about 1 tablespoon of partially frozen groundbeef. Paid for more. Zero sauces in the bag. Even missing the sauces I'd paid for. The loaded nachos also had partially frozen ground beef. I called to complain was met with laughing attitude and someone saying I can't hear you over and over while laughing. Then was hung up on. After multiple calls finally got answered again. They took phone to manager while laughing and as she handed the phone to the supposed manager there was more laughter. The manager was dismal at customer service. I could hear another asking her if she had a Karen on the phone. I guess if you make an actual complaint you're automatically deemed a Karen. Lucky for this location they have unsuspecting i95 tourists to keep them in business. Local customers beware, go yo Bragg Blvd location instead. read more

When you are road tripping and trying to keep it all going, sometimes you have to get some good ole Taco Bell. The choices were Taco Bell, Pizza Hut or mcdonalds...figuring Taco Bell is the only one that can give me a vegetarian meal, that's where we are going. Ordered 2 fiesta veggie burritos, 2 black bean soft tacos, and 1 veggie burrito supreme. No it wasn't all for me. =) This location showed me why I don't really enjoy fast food...or shall I say knowing what people are doing when cooking food. The one tall guy that was making the food with gloves on, was pulling up his pants, fixing his shirt, and was touching the paper slips and then going back to making the food. It was so disturbing to me. It seem like second nature to him because there were several customers watching and he was still doing it. When I recieved my order there was two wrappers with sour cream all over it! Things happen I guess. The attitude of the employees are subpar. They didn't speak when you come in. They see you at the counter and they literally just looked and then went back to what they were doing so people started ordering from the one of the two touchscreen pads they have. It was sad. They also locked the doors before their actual closing time and a old man was disappointed because he didn't want to go through the drive thru. All in all they need to work on getting some training for these employees to better the location. read more

This was the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to, possibly the worst fast food joint I've been to in 41 years of my life! We ate inside and it took over 45 mins for all of orders to be completed...then once they gave us our good they informed us that they were out of FORKS!!!!! Seriously??? So luckily someone in our party had some plastic spoons in the car because we were traveling. But if not, they would have been forced use their hands to eat their "power ball". We also ordered a Baja freeze...we were informed they were out of this also and when I asked for a refund the manager would need to do that. The employee informed the "manager " who appeared to be running the drive-tru window by herself and she could I have cared less...after waiting a few mins for the refund I asked for a cup for fountain soda instead. The quality of the food was horrible...a burrito was the size of a basic taco. After we received our food, the next wave JR customers came inside and also had to wait an unreasonable amount of time (20+ mins) when the manager finally turned to the employees and told they they needed to pickup the pace because she was getting tired of staring at the dame customers!!! We got here at 10:55 and the young man began taking our breakfast order. Keep in mind, we got here and were ordering BEFORE breakfast ends at 11am. My husband had already placed his order and was beginning to tell them my order, when all of a sudden after some mumbling occurred, the young man decides to say they were out of breakfast. First off, I already don't have high expectations of a fast food restaurants. But I have gotten food from here on several occasions. Every time something is wrong. Fiesta potatoes without sour cream(rip), and the crappy attitude from the employees. Today I came thru the line and ordered a crunch wrap. was still in the process of ordering and ask if I could switch it to the breakfast one. In return the employee said "I already made it, but go head. Order what you want". At that point to not be difficult. I said "okay that's fine just add the breakfast sausage one". I received my order from the very nice lady at the window. But when I noticed I only had one wrap, I politely said something about the second. They lady that took the Order came around the corner and tried to say I didn't. And as I was mid sentence trying to repeat what I had said, she caught and attitude and told me to pull forward. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered chips and cheese. After waiting approximately fifteen minutes I decided to leave. I informed them that I was going to leave and thanked them for their time. This was supposed to be fast food. And I ordered something that has almost zero prep time. I was in a hurry. Someone came running after me telling me that they were getting ready to make my food. Funny. I watched her pace back and forth not doing anything before I left. I told her I had no time left. I saw that is location had a low rating so I think it deserved to be rated. This location is located very conveniently off of i-95. The outdoor area is very clean and the inside of the place is also quite clean. I think this place may have been renovated recently. Interior is modern and spacious. Our order was taken quickly and it was correct. Food was made in a timely manner and again, was correct! The cashier was very friendly too. Overall experience was great.
