I'm writing this review in the hopes that someone in management or corporate will see this review and help get the staffing corrected at this location. I have two Taco Bell-obsessed teenagers, and we go here a little more often than I'd like. TLDR: this location needs staffing help BADLY. I also realize that fast food is a tough, thankless job, and I'm not criticizing the employees who were there last night. I'm sure they were doing their best. Pros: We've never had an issue with missing items or our order being wrong (and my kids customize pretty much everything using the app). Service is normally pretty fast, and the employees always seem friendly. But now let's move on to the con... Con: We once waited 20 minutes in the drive-through, and I thought that was bad. But no. Last night (a Sunday at 7:30pm) we waited 40 minutes. FORTY. I know what you're thinking: Why in the world would you wait that long for Taco Bell?! Great question. In hindsight, we should have bailed much sooner--but my daughter was really craving it and we'd already ordered and paid through the app, so we put on some music and tried to make the best of it. The line wasn't moving AT ALL. When it finally did, it was only because people were saying "nope" and pulling out of line. The car in front of us got to the speaker and I checked the clock to see how long it would take for them to order. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes went by and no one had helped them yet. At this point, we'd been in line for over 30 minutes. I started to worry that maybe there weren't any employees inside, or something was seriously wrong. I decided to pop in and see what was going on. When I went inside, it looked like there were only 2 employees there total, and they were scrambling. There were at least 7 people in the lobby placing orders on the kiosks, plus DoorDash drivers coming in to pick up orders. It seemed like the employees had decided they weren't going to have the drive-through open--which I totally get. I wish they would have turned the sign lighting off, or taped a piece of paper to it, or something ... there were 10 cars behind us who had also been waiting for ages. I didn't feel like it was appropriate to interrupt them to ask about the drive-through, so we left. We figured out how to cancel our app order, then went to Culver's. I got my money back, but I wish I could also get that hour of my life back. read more

I never leave reviews when I've had a bad experience but I'm really disappointed:( I went through 3 Taco Bell drive thrus tonight with this one being my last stop. Everywhere is stated that Taco Bell is open until 4 AM. I roll through the drive thru at 2 AM with other people in front of me and I was told they were closed along with the other two Taco Bell's I went to. It's really misleading to say that you're open until 4 and are suddenly closed 2 hours before. I don't know if corporate decided to change hours but if that's true please update it. read more

My sister in law and her friend had a passive aggressive experience with two mobile orders at this location with the drive through on 6/2/2025. As a reviewer I am appalled at this behavior. Aggression from a male in any sense is inappropriate especially in a drive through restaurant with two teenage woman. Your mobile order service is meat to speed up service not to put pressure and anxiety on your customers. Your answering machines are all AI at this point so for a man to get on the speaker after the fact and play big man with two teenage girls in a negative manner and turn your back to them is so inappropriate. I have NO idea if this was the right location but I was craving Taco Bell one night and I'm living this location to review. The food is always good I mean it's Taco Bell people, it's fast food, you're getting what ya paid for. A MUST though if you want your money's worth, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT! There have been MULTIPLE occasions where we got home ONLY to realize that they screwed up our order. No one ever wants to go ALL the way back so ya deal but you're lowkey disappointed and your appetite ruined. Personally I've gone from SO many different favs from the Quesorito to the Crunchwrap and the ALWAYS satisfying Gordita crunch and Chalupa finally the grilled cheese wrap. 1 star. We grabbed food before jumping back on the interstate. Everyone's food was fine except mine. My order was totally wrong, but I couldn't turn around to go back. So, I called to get them to credit my money back. I ordered steak items, so it was a decent dollar amount wasted. We aren't talkin' dollar menu. No go. The guys states that he is the general manager, but he didn't have the ability to do refunds. I challenged that every POS system has the ability to adjust charges, but he claimed they don't. I went for lunch today to get my dad and I food. I went through the drive thru and I had to correct the person taking my order, which is no big deal. Then I waited 30-35 minutes for my food, drove 10 minutes back to work just to find out that they forgot half of the food. So I drove back and walked into the store and waited probably 10 minutes for someone to help me. Once someone came over they gave me the missing food after another 20 minutes of waiting for 2 burritos and a Crunchwrap. Then when I got back to work, late mind you because of waiting for a long time, we checked the rest of the food just to find out my dads tacos, which should've had lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, only had meat in it(picture down below). Three Stars seems about right. I won't lie. I can get down on some drive thru Taco Bell- especially some pintos and cheese. I was feeling crazy today so I opted for their new rolled chicken tacos that came with a side of guacamole. Unfortunately, they were a bit too much fried tortilla for my taste but it was fun to mix things up. Live más, right? I also opted for my go-to pintos and cheese. Unfortunately, they forgot to include a spoon in our bag so I ended up eating the beans using a plastic knife we had in the glovebox. I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures. Let's be honest for a second. No one likes a loose taco. In this case it's a burrito, but you get where that joke was going. In all seriousness, don't go here. I ordered a burrito supreme, easy on the red with extra sour cream and a nacho bell grande. 1.) they went the other way with the burrito and flip flopped the red sauce and sour cream. Could have tolerated that, but then the burrito wasn't even wrapped. Like, imagine if you took a paper plate and just rolled it up. That's what my burrito was like. I picked it up and all the contents slipped out the bottom. On closer inspection, the tortilla was stale and brittle and it broke when I tried to put the burrito back together. That was a wash and I gave up. I figure that's why they didn't really attempt to actually wrap up the burrito. Touché. 2.) The nacho bell grande was just gross....the best way I can describe it would be "old." The chips were stale....like staaaale. Then those were topped with a ball (yes a ball) of old crusty refried beans. In case you didn't catch what I just said, let me repeat...crusty refried beans. I was disturbed enough by it that I took a picture and added it here. A picture that I honestly do not feel does justice to the magnitude of gross that this was. I tried, guys.... I took a bite with just cheese and meat (avoiding the mound of crusty beans) and it honestly tasted like something was "bad." Like, soured in some way. I ended up throwing it all away. 3.) the manager was one of those guys that likes to make a show of everything to bring attention to his greatness. Like speaking loudly so everyone notices him training the new kid at the register. Remember Gilbert Godfrey? Yep...just like that. So no...I did not approach him with this dumpster fire of a lunch simply because I would rather have lost that $ than to get in closer range of that vocal pitch. I value my hearing. Every time we order thru DoorDash there is something wrong. This time-orders a combo. Burrito Supreme and Taco Supreme which should include a drink. To start off when I got to the speaker to order I was there ready to order sitting there waiting for at least 15 minutes i'm not sure what the problem was but then i ordered, i ordered 2 nacho cheese doritos locos tacos no lettuce, 3 nacho fries, 3 chicken chipotle melts, 2 2 pack cinnabon's, and 2 loaded chicken flatbread taco, and 2 extra cheese cups when i checked the screen it was all correct. Then i opened the bag and saw they gave me a lot more then I had ordered and I thought they were being nice because I waited to order for so long! but when i got home i noticed on the receipt they added things that i didn't want or ask for so i ended up with extra food and had to pay extra money!! That is NOT okay to be doing!!! I'm already spending money on your business why would you try to scam me by adding things I didn't want to make me pay more! They gave me AND charged me for 2 doritos locos tacos no lettuce (which had lettuce on by the way and I had to go back through and have them fix it, wish i would've noticed they charged me for more than i ordered then), 5 nacho fries, 5 chicken chipotle melts, 2 2 packs of cinnabon's, and 2 loaded chicken flatbread melts. I was unaware I had to wait in the drive thru line to tell them through the speaker that I was here to pick up my food that had been marked ready for 10 minutes. I pulled up to the window and was greeted rudely and with attitude and made to go back around to the speaker with nobody else in the drive thru just to tell them I was there. They told me to pull back up to the window and was re-greeted with "great job stopping at the speaker this time!" Just blatantly rude for no reason. A simple 'here's your food and for future reference we like you to stop at the speaker when picking up" would've done fine. I cannot even give this a one star. On a Sunday evening, I placed an order through the mobile app to be picked up in the drive through. I paid for the food on my credit card. There was an issue with the order for the car 2 in front of us. They refused to fix his meal that had meat for his vegan wife. So he sat in the drive through and wouldn't leave. We were two cars behind him, but then one after him left. The workers would not acknowledge me at the drive up window or at the main entrance to dine in. Once the man finally decided to leave, I got to the window and asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. I said if my food is cold or incorrect I would like a refund. He said I cannot refund you since you did a mobile order. He was very rude. I asked how to contact someone and he said I could call 1-800-tacobell. I cannot believe the service!! We keep giving this Taco Bell a chance to redeem their selves and they continuously fail. Their lobby is never open... We get that that's probably indicative of being short staffed. The troublesome aspect of this however is if your order is wrong you must circle back around hop back in the drive-through and wait just to get your order rectified. Tonight we were super excited to go and get the Enchirito which has made it return to the Taco Bell menu. However sadly as we waited over 25 minutes just to place our order we discovered that it only can be ordered through the "mobile app at this location." I explain to them that earlier in the day I had purchased one for my mom on the south side of Indy with no problems. They just shrugged their shoulders at me. Taco Bell fans beware!! Then when my order finally arrived I pulled forward to check my bag and of course in true Taco Bell fashion I had items missing. When I found an opportunity I reversed back to the window because I refuse to wait in that long line again. They did give me one of my items that was missing, but the other one since they never rang it up in the first place they would not rectify that or let me purchase it, they insisted I go back and get in their long stupid line. I even asked for the manager who refused to let me have a nacho fry but they had forgot to ring up on my order.
