The manager I spoke with said they're supposed to fill the cup with 80% ice, but from what I can see, it looks more like 90% or more. So I placed a mobile order. For cheesy bean and rice burritos. Number one is holy week so no meat. Number two I cannot have beef as I'm allergic to it. I wind up getting a gal attack and it does not take much for that to be triggered. Included in the order was a drink which they wound up not having. When I went to the drive-through, they told me they didn't have the drink and wanted me to get all these other drinks and I said no thank you I just wanted something that was sugar-free and that was it. That's why I ordered a Pepsi zero. So they said we'll just cancel the order and that's all they can do. So I just leave and decide to replace it. I go back and I tell him I'll take a Dr Pepper . I'm just gonna give it to somebody. I get my order I leave. I gotta take a bite of one of the burritos and it's a beefy bean burrito. I spit it out. I go back to the location. I talk to Maria, who is the one that process the order and she tried telling me that it was rice and not beef that I was mistaken. She even said to me, trust me that's that's rice not beef. I showed her a picture and asked her if she's seriously gonna say that that was rice? I'll remake it. She says I said no just I just want a refund. I can't do that. You have to do it through the app so I moved onto the area director and her name is Mary. I told Mary what happened wants to kind of give me the runaround. I'm trying to get a refund and I just said no I don't know when I'll be back down so now I had to change my plans to go back to the location to get the refund because it has to be done in person. I typically order late night due to my position and long hours. When I do order I always request Diablo sauce. They never give any sauce to delivery and often the food is cold as if I am supposed to pay the same price as everyone else and like I get cold food. This store is impeccably clean. I walked in, and it was absolutely spotless. Every seat, every table, every countertop, even the self-serve drink area was spotless. There wasn't a single crumb, shred of lettuce, diced, tomato, or wrapper insight. That alone was huge. The line was very short. And I can understand why. I placed my order, and two seconds later, my food was out, and the person who prepared it, was moving on to prepare the next order. The manager even jumped into the assembly line to assist when there was a slight back up. it is nice to see a manager who is so willing to assemble food and not just deal with customers. It is also nice that the manager was not hiding in their office. I knew exactly what to expect when I came here and when I ordered my food. For the fact that service was extremely friendly, and that the restaurant was super clean, you can have all the stars. Those things may seem small to some but that gets a five star review from me. I went to this Taco Bell today around 7 with my daughter. I had ordered on the kiosk. While waiting for my food I heard a lady ( I am guessing it's the manager) yelling at the workers. I think one of the workers just came in and was already getting yelled at. The way she was yelling at them was very concerning.when I got my food ( by a girl) she apologized to me. This place is run by totally unprofessional robots who also don't know how to make tacos. So, recently I reported this Taco Bell to corporate. Let's start with the story, a few months ago I walked in as it's near my local LA FITNESS. Skip the whole, Why are you at TACO BELL before the gym?! I LOVE TACO BELL. BUT, I Hate this particular TACO BELL!! Anyway, if you're lucky enough to have the doors open during the Pandemic, (they usually don't have indoor service because they say they're understaffed) you may be greeted by nobody greeting you at the door. I don't think anyone is ever vaccinated so I wear a mask even though I'm fully vaccinated.. anyway, no one is taking my order. After 20 minutes, they look at me and they ask me to use the Taco Bell kiosk. I had just seen a bunch of sweaty people and a homeless person use it. I said no, there's germs on there and the purpose of me wearing my mask and walking in is talking to a human being. The manager interrupts and says "JUST USE THE KIOSK. ARE YOU STUPID." I said "no, I don't work at Taco Bell and I told her that I don't want to use the kiosk because of germs." She reluctantly takes my order the whole time yelling at me because I said i will report her to corporate. It's fine corporate gives me a coupon for 2 free items and I came there last week to use it. But, of course, the doors are locked and I have to go drive thru. I pull up to the Drive Thru, and I tell them about my coupon. After repeated sayings to me that there is no such coupon, even though I received it in the mail, was told by corporate that they were sorry, and was trying to use said coupon.. they just told me to pull up to the window. I'm a Taco bell Fanatic, so I know the entire menu. They read the coupon are mad at me and have to figure out a way to give me the two free items. I order of course, the cruchwrap supreme and a burrito supreme. Two of the most expensive items on the menu. The manager is freaking heated. Because that's $8 dollars worth of product... and of course I have to order something with it and I order the $5 chalupa box. Infuriated the manager yells you have to order 1 item by itself! Knowing the menu, I order a cheesy roll up. So I got 7 items for 7 dollars. Anyway, they look at me infuriated and ask me to park in the front. I wait 15 more minutes and they bring it out. Little disappointed in my visit to Taco Bell today. Walked in the door with my son and waited for some help finally had the young lady working the drive-through call for another lady to come help us at the register it was then we were told we had to order from the Touchpoint menu. I should tell you that I appreciate the human interaction and customer service that many places still offer. When I let the lady know I would prefer not to use the touchscreen I was basically told sorry but it's their policy. I asked for the manager's name and the lady said she was the manager and her name was Linda. Fortunately for us there was a farmer boys in the same parking lot. Surprise surprise, we walked in the door, were greeted with a smile, someone took our order, and the entire staff was eager to assist the clientele that was frequenting the establishment. There was one person inside the Taco Bell and about 30 inside of the Farmer boys. Is farmer boys more expensive? Yes. Does farmer boys have better service? Yes. Is the farmer boys food better? Ordered through the drive thru @12:45pm . My little girl constantly mentioned in the car she would like some cinnamon twist, the ones she saw on TV. Here we are at the drive thru, ordered a #8, 3 hard shell tacos with a large ice tea . $5.09 and a cinnamon twist $1.00 her usual favorite tacos when she is in the mood. We drove 1/2 blocks stopped at the red light counting my change. Realized the lady at the drive thru gave me the wrong change and I noticed the receipt stated I handed her $10 ( should be $20) Of course I made a U turn, asked to speak with a manager.
