I went here last night around 9 PM in the drive-thru. I first ordered a #5 nachos Bell grande combo with no beans on the nachos. And then I continued to order a Chalupa box. I then asked if they could separate everything on the nachos because I do not want my chips to get soggy. They mentioned that they already started making the nachos and I said it's OK that's fine. I should have said something to them because what if I decided to cancel that #5 order and order some thing else. They should not make your order until your order is complete. When I got to the window I got my order and proceeded to go home. When I got home I checked my order and noticed that there was beans on my nachos and I was missing my crunchy taco supreme. Luckily I only live five minutes away so I went back to the drive thru and notified them of my wrong order. They should have at least offered to give me a refund because they messed up my whole #5 order which cost me almost $8. When I got to the window, they didn't even apologize for getting my order wrong and just handed me my order. I checked my order before leaving. And again they did not give me my crunchy taco supreme. They handed me the taco and I proceeded to go home. When I got home they gave me a regular taco instead of a crunchy supreme taco. I was not about to waste my time going back and complaining that they messed up my order again!!! I ate the taco. It was stale and had no crunch to it. But this Taco Bell is exceptionally bad due to the consistency in which there is a shortcoming for every visit. I have been here probably 20 times or so due to convenience. And probably 17 out of those 20 times something was wrong. The kid at the window didnt complete my order, then when I asked for a receipt I never got one. When I went home and saw that I was missimg items, I went back and the kid asks me if I have a receipt. I tell him he didnt give me one, he says I didnt ask. This repeats 3 times. Like, how are you gonna ask if I have my receipt and then tell me I didnt ask for one? Be consistent.
