I am famous for ordering in the parking lot and then going through the drive through! Lol I had a reward in my app for 15% off $10 or more. So I used that and I carefully scrolled through the menu to find the best deals. (Plus I asked Gemini what the best deals were at taco bellmright now) Do not get the party packs, they are totally not worth it. Definitely go for the individual boxes and customize them the way you want. Because you get so much more food for the same price and it includes drinks! I didn't give them enough time to make my order so it wasn't ready when inwent to thendrive thru, but the lady on the speaker was so cheery, She asked how I was doing, and I said," great, and you?" and she said, "Taco Tastic! thank you!" she asked me to just give them a couple more minutes and to drive back around. And I said that I would just come in and wait for the order ( that way, it gave me the opportunity to check out the inside to add to the review) The outside seating area had a lot of trash on the ground and sauce packets left all over the tables, but as soon as I opened the door it smelled really bad in there... it was also pretty filthy with food particles all over the floor like they had just brushed them off the table. But I could tell they didn't even do that. Because the tables were filled with food particles as well from messy customers... I did manage to snap a picture of the soda machine area. Because that was pretty gross as well. I felt like I was sticking to the floors while I was walking through... My order was ready probably within a minute and she handed me everything and was very, very nice! I had a lot of stuff, So I kind of looked a little discombobulated, and one of the girls from behind the counter asked if I wanted a bag to put everything in.. so at least she was observant as well, and she was super sweet too. I love Taco Bell, so I'll definitely be back. But next time, I know, just to wait a little bit longer and grab my stuff from the drive through The cinnamon bun iced coffee was absolutely delicious! I didn't even make it out of the plaza before I sucked down my whole cup ( my kids hate that I do that lol) The cheesy potatoes were good! I never had them before. I thought they were honestly going to be tatter tots but they were real fried potatoes. And everything else in my order was delish, to me that is... everyone is open to there own opinion of course.. I do prefer the dorito taco over the regular crunchy taco.. The crunch wrap had no crunch. it just gets the hard shell soggy too fast. The cinnamon twists were ehh.. I cant think of how to describe them. (But the side choices were: chips n chz, cinnamon twists or chips n guacamole (.40 extra) and since i work in a Mexican restaurant like once a month, I get enough chips to snack on while I'm there. ) Ok, thats it! Ordered from the kiosk and upgraded my drink from a medium to a large. Then when they brought out my order they gave me a medium cup and said they were out of larges. When I began to complain about paying extra for the large already the worker mentioned they could call a manager over if I wanted to ask for a refund, making it seem like I should just accept paying extra for something that I wouldn't be getting. This Taco Bell doesn't even have working outside lights or a menu that lights up at night, and it's been like this for weeks if not months. Basically every time I've been I'm missing something and the only way to fix it is to get back into the drive thru line and wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes to tell them what you are missing. Also when ordering the screen doesn't work to verify what you are ordering. Typically not one to leave bad reviews at all but if you can go to another Taco Bell I would just recommend that. read more

The definition of a shit show... Long story short, I'm super pregnant and after many hours at the hospital making sure everything was okay. We were fortunate to be able to go home, however nothing is open late night on a Sunday. Literally our only option was Taco Bell. Yeah, well the line was extremely long and moving very slow...we still waited. Everything was correct on our screen, however my #7 was missing the main part, the chicken quesadilla! And we were missing another item too. The line was even longer...so I physically walked up to the drive thru window and told them what was missing they said no problem and would fix it... gave me a bag with just one item in it and that was it. I still have no clue what this item is...see picture. They don't check the bagged order nor does the cook know how to make the menu items...it's a dang quesadilla! I have ordered and eaten here the past two Saturday evenings. The first experience wasn't good at all. The order taker spoke way too fast, when I had a question she was frustrated because it slowed her down. I ordered for my family of four. Most of the order was incorrect. And, didn't even give hot sauce after asking and being told it was in there. Last night I tried again because we like TB and always understand a bad day. This time it was worse. The same order taker again, spoke way too fast. She scolded us for asking a question and not knowing an item was discontinued. This time, only one item was missing. Why go back? Finally a Tacobell that can get it right, even with a lot of customers. The food was served hot and even with all of the cars in front of me I only had to wait 10 or so minutes. The lights were off at the kiosk, but the register lady helped me by reviewing what I ordered with her.
