Snuggled away in this beautiful plaza as Bubba Cruz's where you can talk about it they're loyalty program is amazing when you were place. Your first order you get five dollars off that's a very entertaining atmosphere with TVs playing some of the most entertaining Bubba Cuz viral trends the coworkers are friendly towards one another and created an atmosphere that was very welcoming. When you are really hungry I found the place you need to go. Typically I get a burrito at any burrito place and an still hungry after. Here I got something I think they called a chiwawa. They take a big fried rice ball and spread it across the bottom of a container. I then got beans, meat, cheese and all the other regular toppings. You get on a burrito on it. Once it was complete it was a brick. This was one of the only times I was defeated when trying to finish a lunch item. read more

Really nice place. Well staffed = attentive service. Met the boss/owner, Sean (hope I spelled it correctly.). Super friendly and helpful guy. Had two very tasty grilled chicken salads. Especially liked the fajita vegetables - nice and crisp. My wife loved the buffalo cauliflower bites (took half home) and I closed with a grilled chicken burrito with sweet chili sauce. The service was very good and the flavors consider customers preferences that can range from no spice to lots of spice. I would like to, especially note the service of two employees, Nancy and Tanner. Their service was outstanding and they helped us get through our first time ordering off the menu. Got there, only one person for everything - place was completely empty- he noticed we were there and took his time and still did not come to us or even said Hi - he seemed unpleasant that we were there. Food looked awful. Despite it being empty there was a mess in the kitchen area. Completely unattractive. I've had from the Cape Coral location and it's night and day difference. Came in for opening day and wow bubbakoos is exceptional. Food is super fresh tasting and hot. Staff at as super friendly and food was served promptly. It's a walk up and order place similar to chipotle. The have a very large menu with everything from burritos to tacos to quesadillas. They ever have cookies and fries. The vibe inside is modern. We were a little nervous having not had their food before and the menu looked daunting to say the least but the woman behind the counter was amazing at helping us out! She explained everything and all the different sauces and things we might want or need. We loved how you could customize the spices and make it what you wanted. 0 STARS. I placed a delivery order on the bubbakoos website. It gave the option to choose between Uber eats, doordash, or through the actual business so I chose that option. After charging my card, the website kicked me out. I then called the location 4 times and no one answered the phone once. Considering I just paid $25 for a burrito and delivery, I decided to drive there to get what I was charged for. As I walk in I see all the employees talking in the kitchen with no customers there, yet nobody picked up the phone. I explain the situation to an employee and he keeps telling me that it sends it to door dash or Uber eats. I explain that my account has been charged by "Bubbakoos Burritos". He says there isn't a driver and he can't refund. You would think he would offer to make the burrito because the company did charge me. I then tell him I had to drive over because nobody picks the phone up and he says "we are short staffed tonight and nobody heard it" but the place was absolutely empty? Horrible customer service. DO NOT order online and DO NOT expect anyone to pick the phone up when you call. Since they don't do refunds, I have wasted my time and money and provided with no solution. Never again read more

The male workers were very attentive and nice. I ordered the Daily Value Nachos and the Boardwalk Cookies with the first guy. I wasn't sure what the nachos included, so I asked, and the lady said whatever I wanted. Then they didn't have any shredded lettuce out. Instead of offering to go to the back and get some she said, "You'll have to have romaine. We don't have any shredded out right now," with a little bit of a tone. Then, I got to the end of the counter, and I told the gentleman running the cash register what I had ordered, and the lady snapped, "This is a regular nacho, the other guy who you ordered with must have just been tired. Charge them for a full." How is their mistake my problem? So there I was being charged for what I didn't order and not getting the drink that was included with the deal. I just got a water cup and paid. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. I will go back, but make sure that everyone on the serving line knows what I ordered, so I can be charged correctly. read more
