Reading the comments I had a similar encounter with the employees. Horrible and rude. Extremely disrespectful. The cashier was nice, but another employee who was African American older lady was extremely disrespectful to me and to the cashier who originally helped. False advertisement. I try to go in and the door is locked. The worker inside waves me to go to the drive thru. Your location is right infront of a Tires Plus.... maybe someone has their car being worked on and can't do drive thru. Take down that lie of a sign if you do not abide by it. My first one star review. They've earned it. I made the mistake of not checking the drive through bag before driving away and, not surprisingly, all my coworkers had their food and mine was missing. I called back and arranged to pick up my missing food on the way home. At the window I received no, "Sorry for the inconvenience," "Our mistake," nothing but a challenge that I was perhaps lying about the taco portion of my combo meal...seriously? As if I would spend the time and gas to beat them for a stupid fifty cent taco? And after I told them I had gotten the drink, just no food, the manager checks with his highly trained culinary staff who think I'm lying, but relents and says, "Go ahead and give it to him." As if you believe I'm trying to steal a taco, but you're doing me a favor and letting it slide?! No thanks. I told them to keep the whole meal and left. I would rather lose the ten bucks. My integrity is worth more than that. Attention managers and front line staff: When mistakes are made, it is good practice to at least own up to honest errors and fix the issue. And yes, I understand some people are dishonest, but they usually aren't good at it. You better be darn sure before you accuse solid, regular business customers of theft! Any decent staff member would have admitted a mistake and kindly fixed the issue. Any decent manager would have apologized, made the order correct, and resolved to avoid careless errors like this. However, an excellent manager would've comped the entire meal; probably a three or four dollar loss to restore brand loyalty. So now you've lost one local business and all its employees future purchases for the price of one taco. Well done! read more

The store was exceptionally clean. The rest room was very clean. That was the end of the good stuff. The counter clerk was unfamiliar with the menu. I got #8 three taco combo. I thought $6 For three tacos was a little high, but it came with a drink. The tacos were only 1/4 filled. All three tacos were just 1/4 filled. Went there with my brother today for lunch. I have never had a problem with Taco Bell before today! We ordered 5 Tacos and each and everyone had the smallest ammount of meat. When we brought it up and showed the manager she said they were portioned correnctly. Meanwhile those tacos were pretty much just tortilla chips! After taking pictures and threatening to call corperate she finally fixed the food and we had to watch her to make sure she didn't spit in it. Worst Taco Bell experience ever! I got to the window and a African American woman who appears to be a manager rudely says to us "I know for a fact your chicken quesadilla was placed on the top of the bag but we make it again for you!" I said ma'am are you accusing me of stealing food?! This is absurd! Don't get mad at me at the lack of responsibility of your jobs part for not putting it in my bag! I told her I have the receipt and she can check the bag if she would like to. I have no reason to steal. She rudely says again "I know for a fact! But we will make it anyway!" I really wanted to give this place 3 or 4 stars, but I have eaten here many times and it really is less than average. It is dirty looking. Maybe it is the dirty grout or the dingy bathrooms or weird smells, but it doesn't seem very clean. On a positive note, they will replace your food when you complain about it after they screw up your order. read more

This store recently went under some remodeling. It looks cleaner inside, but the black coating on the floor is very slippery now. An elderly gentleman with a cane was having trouble because the cane kept slipping on the floor. It was a rainy day which made it worse. The food was OK, but the amount of ingredients in the taco salad bowl seemed less than the Taco Bell in Port St. Lucie. read more
