Check your order before driving off. Whoever is on the food line is continually making items incorrectly. I'm vegetarian and ordered a black bean crunch wrap. Got home and it was wrong. Went back up to get it corrected and came home and it was STILL wrong. It has meat in it and I DO NOT EAT MEAT. I know there's cross contamination possible but meat on a black bean item? Incorrect. We try hard NOT to want this food however Tonite we gave in, only to be severely disappointed yet again. Husband ordered a mini chicken quesadilla and got a quesadilla melt, his chicken tacos were a MESS, I ordered a Beefy Frito Burrito.. not sure what I got but it had beans and Fritos. . and my tacos were a mess, which means that you couldn't eat then as tacos the shells disintegrated. Absolute worst Taco Bell trip. Taco was soggy and lacked everything (pictures) got my daughter her regular of a cheesy roll up, they added nacho cheese and she wouldn't eat it. Nacho fry box, fries were soggy and all broken up. I get these same items at other locations and they're always good quality and I get home to nice full, crunchy tacos. I just came to this location and I asked for sour cream on top of my Mexican pizza and they didn't even put any on it and I still got charged an extra .40 cents. And then the guy at the drive thru was rude when I asked for a few more hot sauce and just shoved it in my hand. I'm very upset with this location. The two stars are for the food. It was okay. My problem was because of the service. The people had ZERO people skills and acted like there was a national shortage on sauce. For three tacos, two grilled stuffed burritos, and a single burrito... I got 4 packets. That was after having to ask for some. The drive thru took forever. I will not go back to this location. All I ask for from a place... Just one thing I think should happen.. Is to be treated kindly as long as I'm being kind. I won't expect this from the people at this Taco Bell. Waited to order for 5 mins, once I was finally attended they took my payment and made me park in front of the restaurant along with 4 other cars. We all sat and waited for our food for 20+ minutes. The worker kept coming out and asking people their order and going back inside because he had it wrong. After a long wait I finally got my food (keep in mind I had perishable groceries in my car assuming it would be quick) I get home to find my food is cold and the quality was just bad. Lunch, dinner and oh yes the occasional late night dinner after having a great night out dancing. Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat after a fun night out with friends, if you get my drift. It has been a long while since I visited them late at night. :) Last night after a great workout and picking up movies for movie night with myself. I received a call "hey please pick something up for dinner" not very hungry myself I honestly did not know what to get so I drove down Rowlett Rd. and there it was Taco Bell bam I thought I cant go wrong with this place. Not once in the many years of coming to this location have I or we been dissatisfied. The food yes it is fast food, come on people as if you don't ever eat fast food "really" But it really is good. They never get the order wrong and they are always very friendly when you are placing your order. I can remember taking several kids up there at one time and placing a big order and not once did anyone get upset over how long it too us all to figure out what we wanted. Terrible staff they can't even resolve a minor issue. I ordered online and they never received it, I offered to show them proof of my receipt and even bank transaction they were stuck in the mindset of "We can't do anything about it." Asked for a refund, same response. Even the manager of the location was absolutely useless. And there was the last time i came here waited at the driveway while honking for atleast 20mins while i saw movement inside. Ok, I go there a lot, and most of the time I order my items without meat. But about 75 percent of the time they get it wrong. I usually have to take it back and get it corrected. Tonight, you could only use cash and no credit cards on a weekend, nothing above an order of 25.00. So do you order two orders to get what you want. ******The manager of this Taco Bell is very dishonest , scandalous and rude. I ordered 2 quesalupas combos and 1 chalupas box combo, total came out to be $19.38????( 2x$6+$5+tax=$18.40). I was by myself in the car and ask if he could put the drinks in a cup holder. He told me if he can find one, if not I'm out of luck. I got to the window and sure enough he couldn't find one and was gonna hand me 3 drinks. I ask him can he find a box or something to put it in cause I didn't want to spill it while I'm driving. He shoved the 3 drinks in a bag and handed to me. I then ask if the receipt was in the bag and he said yes. I looked in the bag for it and it wasn't there. He told me to hold on and came back to tell me the printer wasn't working so he can't print it. I needed the receipt for work, but he told me he couldn't do anything about it. So I handed him my phone to take a snap of the receipt. When I looked at it, it didn't have the details only the total. That's when I realized he had charged for 2 large drinks even though I didn't ask for it. I'm curious why he charged 2 lg, 1 reg and not all 3 lg???? Horrible & ghetto staff. They talk extremely loudly while making food. They are talking about irrelevant things. There is one specific worker that is female lightskin black girl who is very arrogant. She has a short blonde ponytail. She is extremely unprofessional & rude. She rushes & everything done or made by her is very sloppy. Her tone & attitude is highly unplesant. The manager ia very kind & professional. Maybe he needs to hire some new workers & fire the ones he is currently paying. She was the one that messed up my order the night that I came before, so I had to drive all the way back the next day to get it fixed. The manger settled everything calmly & collectedly for myself. I greatly appreciant his time & patience. But then out of nowhere she screams to her manager that I am a liar & that she did not mess up my order but in fact she did. Tried to order food in the drive-in. There was one person in front of us. They left. The lady on the intercom said that she'd be with me in just a minute. My mom and I sat there for about 4 minutes. We thought the lady had forgotten about us. I decided to say "Hello" in the intercom. The response from the employee was, "I told you I'd be with you in a minute. This lady acted like I inconvenienced her. My response was, OK, I'll go somewhere else. Who talked to customers that way? I immediately called and reported it to the manager. Apparently, the manager said the soda machine decided to stop and she was stressed out about it. Well, all the lady had to say was I'll be with you in a minute because we're having some issues with a machine. I would have totally understood.
