Cleaner tables. My taco shell was broken and hardly any meat in my taco. Mostly lettuce.. I've ate at other Taco Bell's around the world. This was very disappointing.. it two minutes from my house I would from now on go 45 minutes from my house and eat at the other Taco Bell. read more

Restaurant was understaffed. I was told to use kiosk because they couldn't take my order, due to be so short handed. I made and submitted my order. I waited for my drink but staff wasn't around to assist. I retrieved my own cup and was quickly told to not come around the corner. I told her no one was assisting me and she told me, again, how understaffed they are. I told her that I just wanted a cup because no one was assisting me. The lady in the kitchen then made a comment followed by "Motherfucker." I did nothing to elicit such a stinging comment. I told her that I wasn't cussing at her and I would appreciate the same. She then told me she was going to call "the laws" on me. I was waiting for my food at this time. I didn't feel like my food would be safely handled by your employee that just called me such a foul and vulgar term. I canceled my order. If your employees are so disgruntled over working so short handed than that needs to be discussed with management. I would give one star if possible. I remember when this place opened, and at first it was really good. Within the past two years however, the quality of food and service has dwindled significantly. I've come to get food here and at times they've been out of meat, lettuce, cheese, ice, drinks, ect. The food is sloppily thrown together, i've received burritos that weren't even warm and the cheese wasn't melted at all. They barely put any meat in anything. This place's management is terrible. The service is horrible. Half the time they tell you they are out of meat or tortilla shells. They treat their employees like trash even in front of customers. Your lucky if you order and they hve everything you want available and your super lucky if they get your order correct. Drive an extra mile or two and get food somewhere else if you can! read more

Dont expect much from taco bell but 30 minutes for a $10 order in which they forgot two items is somehow beneath those expectations.

By far the slowest taco bell in history. The average order once paid for. Takes a minimum of 15 minutes and they are not even very busy. Only 4 orders ahead of me. I have been here a bunch and it is the same EVERY TIME. If you are in a hurry, Do not go here. No matter how empty it looks. read more
