I haven't ordered from Taco Bell over 6 months, but I usually go to this one because it is in an area I frequent. The last two times I ordered from this Taco Bell, there was a long strand of hair in my food. As someone with long hair, this didn't really bother me. But twice? Really? The other day I ordered from this Taco Bell. I placed my order at 4:00pm, I left around 4:20 to go pick it up, and when I got there they had me waiting 20 more minutes because my food wasn't even ready. Not picky, can forgive one or two issues, but- this is the worst Taco Bell in GR. Even Michigan Ave is better. This is the third time they've forgotten my food, and I had to go back. I order hot sauce only, they always give me everything but hot sauce. When I go back, the workers go from behaving like customers are a nuisance to full on assholes. Always fresh, always accurate. I order through the app, accumulate points, and use those to get free stuff. Such a deal! I love that I can customize things like my Mexican Pizza (no beans, extra meat) and it's ready and perfect when we pick it up. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Food was alright, absolutely no seating inside, i was try to to order on these i pad things but it wouldn't work, i had to wait an extra 5 minutes to pay with cash and also i dont appreciate that on of the workers there whipped out his vape and started ripping it right outside the main door, unacceptable. I ordered a quesadilla with "easy" jalapeno sauce but it was absolutely covered in the sauce. I wish it was a bit more clean inside and one of the employees was very rude and interrupted my meal time. I went here for lunch with 8 girls from my Girl Scout troop on the way back from a troop overnight event. We put in a large order, and were prepared to wait a little longer because of that. After waiting 30 minutes, and watching people who ordered after us get their food, I went to the counter and asked a female employee what the status of our order was. She checked and let me know if had never gone back to the kitchen for some reason. She promised to print it out and get it made right away. We waited another 15-20 minutes. This time I spoke with a younger male employee. He didn't know what they status of my order was, but said he would check. He never returned. I waited another 10 minutes (watching while several other dining room and drive thru orders were given out) and asked the same employee if he had any update on our order. He went and checked with someone and told me they hadn't started it yet and apologized saying they were busy. I then asked to speak to the manager. (I think her name was Melanie???) she came right up to the front. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated at this point and did not hide that when I told her what was going on. She immediately told me to change my tone of voice and told me I shouldn't be angry at her because this was the first she was hearing about it. At no point did she apologize for the mess up or take responsibility for anything. She blamed me for not asking for a manager sooner. I tried lowering my voice and changing my tone, this only made her louder and ruder. She took every opportunity to tell me how great she is at her job. Every time I pointed out the issue, that she left 8 young girls with no lunch, she made sure to blame one of the line worker for the error. "It's not my fault that the line worker knocked your order off the screen." This shows that she knew what the problem was before she even came to the front (even though she claimed it was the first she was hearing it) as well as shows how little respect she has for her staff. I pointed out that she's the manager and this is her literal job to manage the employees and ensure things like this don't happen. She told me "this isn't my team, I'm a temporary manager" Once I realized I was getting nowhere with her I asked for a refund. While she was entering my refund she kept verbally accosting me at one point saying "you don't like it when people match your energy, do you?" Let me reiterate that she at no point tried to show me any ounce of kindness or respect and never even attempted to take responsibility for the mess up that was clearly their fault. If she had come out and said "you know what, I am so sorry. we messed up. we'll fix it." this would be a totally different story. Instead she picked at me, taunted me, insulted me, threatened to push the panic button and call the cops on me. I asked her what about me was threatening and she said "you're getting in my face." I was at least 4 feet away from her. It got so bad that I started crying to which she replied "oh now you're going to cry and play the victim." I responded "no, I'm not trying to play the victim, I am just extremely emotionally overwhelmed." She would not stop pestering and picking at me while taking a ton of time to put my refund through. My girls left the dining room and went to the car once it became clear things were bad. I became so overwhelmed that I screamed "just give me my refund" and she kicked me out of the store. She came out to try and take my card which I refused to give her, so she let me back in to get the refund. She tried to explain and talk to me even more which I shut down. I returned to a car full of hungry, tired and emotionally jarred 13-year-olds. They all reassured me and insisted that the manager was extremely rude and out of line. Teenage girls could clearly see the manager was in the wrong. I want to be clear that the other employees I spoke to were very kind, helpful and apologetic. The only issue was the manager. We went across the street to McDonalds and had great service. read more

I like Taco Bell and have gotten it from time to time for years, I have to say this one on 28th in Cascade gave me the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife and I went in for a quick meal before heading home. We stood there for a bit and one worker made eye contact and still no greeting or may I help you. My wife went ahead and ordered from the station. Still no greeting. As we waited a young worker was in the dining room having lunch and an older woman came over and was talking with her and then said, "bitch you better get back". My wife and I both were thinking holy cow as we looked at each other. Well we got our food and one of the 5 layer burritos was supposed to have onion added to it and when we order it showed on the screen that it was added. I went up to the counter an asked which one had the onion and they looked at me like I was crazy and said they didn't know. I walked away in shock. A woman came out and said they don't come with onion, my wife told her we added it and the screen showed it was added correctly. The woman told us it wasn't on there and I told her it was but its fine, Then we asked why there were so many staff and no one could take the order, she told us the registers were broken and then proceeded to tell us she could close the dining room and we can just go through the drive through, and said as if she was threatening to close the dining room. My wife actually felt threatened. I looked at her in disbelief and shock. She then got more rude about it and to us. I was just in shock at the way she acted and talked to us. The owner I am sure has no idea what a rude person she is to a customer and several of the staff has zero customer service skills. We went ahead and just wanted to finish and get out, as we were eating were heard this person we assume was the manager in the back joking and talking shit at our expense, I mean what kind of manager does that and in front of her staff and clearly to make sure we heard her. We will never go back there. My wife is going to follow up with Taco Bell to make sure they know, but we are still in shock. read more

I tend to hang my head in shame a bit when admitting I do stop in to Taco Bell for a quick bite now and then (I insist my tapeworm is to blame and he frequently gets 2 votes to my 1...) Still, if I am going to go for fast food, I do want it to be as painless as possible: reasonable service, a clean location, my order taken down correctly and the food reasonably close to what would pass for good at such a place. This location was clean, but the cashier was not. The service was not very friendly and was fairly slow for Taco Bell. The food was also below average for a Taco Bell: the lettuce was actually frozen (which was off-putting, to say the least), and I only found a few lonely shreds of cheddar on my tacos. Now, I do not have high expectations when visiting this house of mediocre comida, but this place was really underwhelming. The only good thing that happened is that it encouraged me to just grab a quick and healthier snack at home the next time I was famished between meals - and that is never what a fast food place should do. read more

Maybe they expect 5 star food and service at a Taco Bell?? idk... but, I come to this location 1x/wk and all of the employees I've come into contact with have always been very friendly and helpful. The dining room and bathrooms are always immaculate. The red haired girl that works in the drive thru and sometimes the front counter (I think her names Cami?) is always super sweet and kind. Now that they've been open awhile I figured I should update. We've stopped in a few times for some lazy, cheap dinner. They treat us really well here, like Taco Bell royalty. Everyone seems to be having a good time, food comes out fast and REALLY hot. Stopped in recently after a Dr's appointment and ordered from the breakfast menu, it was pretty good! This location constantly disappoints. They close 2 hours early every day, with no explanation. They have yet to fix this issue. I have visited this location at 10:30-11pm in numerous occasions and have been disappointed. It's inexcusable. Fix it and be better. read more
