Very clean Taco Bell, food was good and hot. I have no complaints with this location. We ordered the breakfast Crunchwrap and their mini donuts, Cinnabon. Everything came out hot and yummy. Bathrooms were clean, however, they didn't have a baby changing station. read more

I have never once been to this Taco Bell, where they get the order right or don't miss giving you your complete order. It is an absolute ridiculous place to eat, and the tortillas are usually old and stale and fall apart. The people that work there have no pride, and cannot count to even make sure the correct amount is in a bag before you get it to the customer. The only way to eat here is to eat inside if you don't mind the filth because no one cleans but the only reason for that is so that you can go up to the counter and get your items they have not given you or have them fix your order the way you ordered it. Taco Bell this place gives your rep very negative vibes. It's a shame too I mean, who doesn't like Taco Bell. This particular restaurant will absolutely make you not want Taco Bell again. read more

No customer service but I know it's because we were the wrong complexion. They were friendly to the people that shared their same complexion, including the homelessman resting in there. We were treated like how they want to treat people of color. Food order was vegetarian there were hardly any black beans. Ambiance the tables were clean, the food line chaotic. The reason I'm giving this location to three is because it's usually a hit or miss. I go there quite often because I love their burritos but one day you'll have a good tortilla the next day you'll have a stale tortilla and they can never seem to remove the tomatoes when I ask for no tomato lol. The last few times I've gone in to the restaurant it's been dirty food all over the floor tables weren't wiped down and it was nobody in there. I had to clean my own table to sit down at it. Same thing goes for their bathrooms. They stink and they're very dirty. I feel bad because I know that they probably need more people but at the same time public safety should be a top priority. read more

This place robbed me. I ordered two cantina meals online which consisted of 4 tacos. There weren't 4 ounces of chicken between all of them. I spent $22!! Me and my spouse were already up the road before we noticed and couldn't go back due already us running late to meet someone. We felt as if we had barely eaten. First Taco Bell is not Mexican food. I live in Arizona and there are many good Mexican food restaurants. But I eat at Taco Bell often. I like the taste and it is easy to get in and out fast. I am not sure why but most places look as if they could use a good cleaning. This place was no different. I am not saying the place was dirty. It was not. Just not a fresh look. Attention to detail is not hard and when they can't get a simple burrito order correct, they may need to learn look at retraining, their employees. and when you called to complain, all the manager on shift, Christian, has to say is, I don't make the schedule and we've had trouble retaining employees. service sucked they closed the lobby bc they were "short on staff" but employees were hanging outside.. then they let people they knew order inside. when employees finally returned to work they opened the lobby back up. food was horrible and tasted stale. worst Taco Bell I've ever had. Well since they have an iga next to it you can walk over and buy some good salsa to put on your tacos. That makes it that much better. So they may or may not stuff the taco the most or really stuff the tacos depending on who is working. And the tea is decent at least. I liked eating there with my parents. I guess we just get the party pack on the crunchy tacos. So maybe I am remembering the good times. I do miss the Green chili sauce but fire is just fine if you want taco sauce as it is free. I think taco bell salsa is an extra fifty cents or so. They usually keep it clean in side when you could eat in. This was before Covid 19. Bathrooms are okay. But I would wipe the seat down with soap and a towel just because my dad works at the rest area, and you can never be too careful. read more

First time visiting this taco with me and a few of my friends tonight. I ordered my food normally, but when I asked for a "side of potatoes" the worker paused and seemed confused. And then asked me if I wanted the "fiesta potato", I replied "no, I'm asking for a side of potatoes" and continued to tell her that it was located on the Breakfast Sides menu on her screen. I know this because I'm a formal Taco Bell employee. She ignored what I said and added the $1.47 fiesta potatoes. When I plainly asked for the side that is 50¢. I asked again and she said "we aren't serving breakfast at this time". So I just shut up and pulled forward. My friends were in another car in front of us, and later told me they were talking bad about us in front of them. When I pulled up to the window, the manager got an attitude with me and asked "is this burnt enough for you?" I paused in shock and said "yes..." hesitantly. Then I kindly explained what I was trying to tell them before; about the side. But she refused to listen and rolled her eyes and shut the window. I pulled out of the facility and opened my food. It was poorly put together, my grilller had a hole in the tortilla so the sauce got all over me. To sum it all up, I'll never be going back to this Taco Bell ever again. read more
