I have been in this drive through for 30 minutes with zero progress. Close this location... It is not improving.. if you cannot staff proper management, close this location and allow a real fast food establishment to take its place. I live less than 3 miles away, this location has not improved for two years. If you can't operate the location properly, close your doors. I stopped yesterday, used the Taco Bell Drive Thru window. (1855 Grayson Hwy., Grayson, GA) Placed my order and pulled up to the window. The girl took my $20 bill for my $5.82 order. After a long wait the girl finally gave me change minus &10.00. I told her I gave her a $20 for which she said No you gave me a $10. I asked to speak with the Mgr. The Mgr told me she would balance the drawer and call me within the next hour. Never heard from her. I call 5 times to follow up with her. No one ever answered the pho. I called again after a few hours and finally someone picked up. I spoke with the Mgr for the afternoon and he said he would follow up, balance the drawer and call me back in 15 mins. Again NO Call Back. WARNING. Do not pay with cash, watch your receipts and bank acct if you do go to the Taco Bell in Grayson. I sure hope that this doesn't fall into the category of Store Owners that have to allow people steeling from their store and the law allows it, if less than $900. This is my 3rd and final time visiting this establishment. I come through on Sundays only. It's never busy and today like always, 3-4 young teens. Must be 16, look like 12 years old that work here. They never have sweet tea. I finally asked today if they didn't serve tea, he said, the lady who makes it don't work weekends. The staff are very nice and shy (they're babies) this is not about these children, it's about management not being here on the weekends to make sure the business is actually being ran correctly. No sauce packets in the containers, Dr Pepper out, Mt. Dew out, Rootbeer, flat, I choose the strawberry lemonade and it was out. It's frustrating come into a place and spending $30 bucks on 6 crunchy tacos and 3 cheese rollups - 3 large drinks (but couldn't get drinks because they are flat our out). Sticky floors, bathrooms smelled like a nasty East Atlanta crackhead gas station restroom. Then you have nasty house slippers and garbage at the front doors. Why???????? I really want my $$$$ back. They also either ignore customers or treat them like they're a nuisance. Orders are usually served incomplete or incorrect, and the food is either ice cold, stale or funny tasting. A fish rots from the head down, so a lack of strong and proper management is certainly to blame. No one here gives a damn. Just look at all the other reviews. You've been warned. read more

I ordered the Doritos supreme tacos and this is what i received. The shell was soggy and one shell tasted stale there was barely meat in 2 of my tacos I asked for extra cream jalapeño sauce and didn't receive any. A few months ago my son and adopted son walked in and got some tostadas and one of the tostadas had a plastic square plastic bag tie in it and he chewed on it. Over the last month to a month and a half I have been to this Taco Bell and swear I will never go again. Now I know for a fact I will not visit this location again. On the good side, I have never had my order handed to me incorrectly. The rest of this review doesn't bend towards the positive. The Drive Thru window is pathetic. Every time I have been through this drive thru it has been at least 9pm during the week. I have spent as much as 12 minutes sitting in this line waiting for the window personnel to hand the few cars in front of me their meals and send them on the way. On July 20, 2016, I placed my order and then sat for at least 10 minutes waiting on one, yes one vehicle to move from the window. Why? Is the management within the restaurant that ignorant? Are the employees that stupid? Move the one vehicle to an open spot and deliver their order to their car. Wouldn't that make a bit more sense to everyone? If the order is wrong or the customer decided to change it at the window why are the rest of us being held up? Absolute pathetic customer service. There was an issue like this that happened about 3 or 4 weeks ago when I sat BEFORE the speaker to order my food for 10 minutes. Unbelievable!!!! I pulled my vehicle out of line and went inside. This Drive Thru experience is occurring every single time I attempt going through it. I can overlook this happening once or maybe even twice because of a bad night inside.
