Very disappointed that store has chosen to set up kiosks at the front counter to replace human order takers!! :( We are older and struggle with other fast food places kiosks when we order. Also, we usually pay with cash, so we still need someone to take our money. On our last visit, the cashier stood in front of us while it took us longer than usual to place our order. Just went here for am crunchwraps and asked for the creamy jalapeño sauce on the side instead of inside as I like to add it here and there as I go and they charged me for a side of creamy jalapeño when it already came with it?? I've never been to any location that has charged me almost a dollar extra for it on the side instead of inside especially when the amount was probably half of what they normally put inside of it... it's only 80c but still IT COMES WITH IT?! Staff wouldn't allow me to walk into the lobby or walk through the drive-through since I'm driving a big rig. Unfortunately I am in the industry where I transport the food for these kind of businesses. And they wouldn't even accommodate truck drivers during the pandemic. i've been going to this Taco Bell from the day it open as it is close to me. The store has had its ups and downs but generally it's good. But today I went inside and ordered a taco and a quesadilla and I waited 40 minutes for it. it seemed that the drive-through was moving fairly smooth so they must've been taking them before people that came in and sat down. The taco was OK the quesadilla the cheese was not melted. It was lumpy. Also, the store was not clean. The floors were dirty tables were not wiped off. All in all it was a very disappointing visit. i've been going to Taco Bell ever since I was a teenager in California which is 60 years ago. I certainly hope my next visit is better. It's Taco Bell, standard stuff. However, what is extraordinary is the help. The staff. It's a fast food restaurant but the pride these folks take in the food prep, accuracy and most of all, the service. I typically fly in right before closing and have never been treated like I stand between them and them getting to close, do their work and leave. Quite the opposite, they always have smile, make a bit of small talk and never keep me from what I'm doing. It's a well ran operation even for fast food and I appreciate them greatly read more

I haven't been to this Taco Bell in a while. I really love the remodeled interior. The place was clean and inviting. They were so fast and helpful with our team. They even have a little patio that seemed quite nice. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good and high is weird to write on a food review but it just shows you that no area was neglected. It was cold and a spicy meal would warm my soul...I THOUGHT. Hamilton, Montana was the location I sent my mobile order to. When I arrived and gave my name and order number, a pleasant-sounding lady repeated an order that was not mine, so i stopped her and informed her I didn't order those items. She apologized and recapped my proper order, with extra beef and seasoned rice on my crunchwrap Supreme, and two other items. I drove off and found a spot to prepare my meal for the long drive home. I have been a fan for years, but this was totally disappointing. Was the meat old? Did someone forget the seasoned beef? My Crunchwrap look anemic. NO Taste, no love, but soon an upset stomach. This was garbage. Why go back? I noticed the spicey beef lost its flavor over a year ago. I thought it was temporary, but after coming back, I see nothing changed. But literally 50% of the time they forget at least one thing in my order and I order for three people and it's difficult to look through the bags before leaving and there's always a lot more cars behind me so I don't want to make everyone wait while I look and then when I figure it out I'm either home or it's too ridiculous to have to get back in that line! read more

Big time fail on all fronts. There was very little of the other ingredients other than the greasy beef concoction, what of it there was, the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes mushy. The shell was so wet from all the grease that it couldn't stay together. not only was it inedible but it looked gross as well, we were not able to eat it..and unfortunately we were already home at the time we opened the bag..Last time I eat at one of your establishments. A shame too, was one of my favorite fast food places when I was a kid back in the 70's .In other words..Garbage, total garbage..I wouldnt feed this crap to my dog!... One word...Ewwwww!! read more

Drive-thru is super fast and always has my order right. But geez I say "no sauces " at the order speaker and they ask again at the window. Every. Time. And then today I actually went inside and the order was correct and the food was exactly what I expected but the older woman in charge of the front end decided to mop with her highly odiferous Pine-Sol scented cleaner right underneath my feet and table as I'm eating my lunch.
