I feel very disrespected, questioning when id be "willing " to take these incorrectly made subs up there to hopefully get correctly made in exchange. No apology, no concern for our situation and no resolution...when I told her I was going to have to go if she was going to speak to me that way , she hung up on me . The lack of understanding for my commitment to care for a very sick elderly family member being my immediate responsibility and the disrespect of the conversation, no apology and being hung up on ..... i will not be a customer for this establishment until there is a respectful resolution or they have a different manager.
