As you can see from my review from four months ago, this is the second time we've ordered the Steak grilled cheese combo and NOT received the beef crunchy taco that comes with the meal. I called immediately when I noticed it was missing and made the staff aware of the situation. Hopefully they can rectify this frustrating situation for their future customers. Wow, talk about cutbacks. This was our first and last time at this location. For one we never really go to Taco Bell and now we know to avoid this location. We ordered a gordita, a crunch wrap and a grilled cheese burrito. All three barely had any meat, it was all mostly filler. We've had Taco Bell before but never had it this bad. Avoid this location at all costs. I did not know this location only has a 2.5 star rating, and now we know why. read more

Garbage Taco Bell and sucks to be the only one. Haven't had Taco Bell for 3 months and I remember why. The supervisor is garbage as well.

Food was ok. Taco shells were stale. Customer service though.... Complete garbage.. negative vibe just walking in, little to no interaction with customers, no one speaks up when they call your name to pick up your order. Condiment area was near empty, napkins almost gone. We had to ask for our cups for drinks because they didn't provide them with our order and waited for someone to tend to us. Everyone just seems shy and new or hates their job here. I'll have to find a location that has their Sh!t together.. thanks for the sh!tty experience. This is too common nowadays. I've witnessed these kids deal with a lot of rude and impatient customers, and they've always handled it maturely. Even today watched the cashier continue to be polite and calm to a lady getting in his face. After placing a mobile order, we arrived at the drive thru. An employee stated they were closed. We let them know the app allowed us to place a mobile order at which he responded with "I don't know what to tell you". I understand it is a fast food chain, but there was no willingness to offer a refund or a solution. It is clear this location needs to update their times with the app and Google, however this is not the reason for the review. It is unreal that a response of "I don't know what to tell you" was provided. Terrible customer service. Plan on waiting forever.... if you go inside plan on longer... no one helps and they act like no one is there. If you go through the drive thru you will eventually get an order. Just don't expect it to be the one you ordered read more

Worst customer service ever ... They barely show up on the counter... They keep seeing customers from far this is really so stupid of them... Store seems to be fine if using the drive thru but for heavens sake don't go in. Last visit only my order took 20 minutes. Arrived as a driver for Uber to pick up an Uber customer's order. After waiting 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, a worker came to the front counter and told me they were a training restaurant and that is why this location is always so slow with bad service. She was very rude and told me ALL DRIVERS KNOW THEY ARE A TRAINING LOCATION. I told her that is not true because I have delivered several years and never knew why they were so bad. I continued to stand and wait for the order and she went over to other employees bashing me and claiming I was arguing and rudely starting trouble with her. I let her know that I could hear her sharing a false story about me and that's not professional. Then a big racially charged guy about 3 x my size comes up to me and starts yelling that her conversation was not my business. I said it was my business if I'm just standing here waiting on an order while she is bashing me to the other employees around me. And if it wasn't MY business then it certainly wasn't HIS business either. He continued to try an intimidate me like he was getting ready to physically force me out the restaurant as he shouted "THIS IS MY STORE". I replied, "then you are responsible for her behavior and corporate office needs to know how you treat people here". Obviously he got mad and told me he would not let me have the Uber customer's order. The female employee causing trouble had already given me the drinks and since he would not let me have the customer's food, I threw the drinks back his direction over the counter - no need for me to take them! I called Uber after wasting 45 minutes of my time and let them know the store manager was a physical threat and verbally abusing me. They opened an investigation into the location and man. Yet, their downfall was that they did not pay me for my time or the fact that I drove to the pickup location. This was all free for them. FYI DOORDASH PAYS FOR AT LEAST HALF THE TRIP WHEN YOU GO TO THE PICKUP LOCATION. I then called Corporate for this location of Taco Bell and gave them all the above details and address. THIS MANAGER NEEDS FIRED. They are supposedly opening an investigation and deal with the manager, but I don't really believe they will. All the locations out by the Haslet, Alliance area in Texas have had bad management who abuse Doordash and Uber drivers while corporate lets them get away with it. I urge everyone to avoid all Taco Bell locations, ESPECIALLY 13050 NW Highway 287 in Haslet, TX, as it is obvious they discriminate not only against women, white people, etc. but also 3rd party drivers such as Doordash and Uber. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Messed up a door dash order, I had 6 kids to feed. Missing half the order. I Drove 30 minutes up there and was told at the window door dash orders have to come inside. Told them I wasn't wearing shoes and they said it didn't matter. This store clearly focuses on the drive thru. If you go inside, you will NOT be treated and you are expected to use the self-order. Once you do, you will watch car after car through while you not so patiently wait on your order. This is the second time I've gone inside this store, both times I received the same experience. Do not stop at this location. Service is horrible, I was stuck in line for over 25 mins and not able to get out. Only two cars ahead of me and line did not move at all. They were not taking everyone's order, they did one car and left the next one waiting for about ten minutes to take the order. Horrible! read more
