Food was ok....skimpy on ingredients. Not hot enough. I expect to have at least enough ingredients as advertised.

I understand being short staffed but tonight was beyond rude. When I got in line there were five in front of me. The time to get to the front for me about 20 minutes, not something I get bent out of shape over. I was asked to wait a moment. Over 10 minutes later she finally asks my order. A simple numbered meal, not add on or anything. I put up to window. I pay the money and get my drink. I do believe the girl who gave me my stuff was a trainee and I have no issue with her if she is training. I will say she's learning all the bad stuff. I watched the both stay in front of window. I watched the girl taking orders play on her phone for 15 minutes without moving. She turned her back once and it was made clear it wasn't a for work. Her eyes never left the phone. After there without my food for 15 minutes she finally takes 10 seconds out of the phone to get the car behind me's order. Play on phone a minute, next car, minute later another car. She still was messing with her phone. When I pulled away there were 2 cars on the road where you enter Taco Bell waiting. If they could really do nothing, tell the girl to move away from the window and out of sight while she plays on the phone, it doesn't look good. I didn't take a pic or video of this but all you have to do is look from 8 to 8:40 on 9/15/2022 on your cameras. Waited over 40 mins for my order that I placed ahead of time for pickup. Drive through line was so long i decided to come in to pick up. Big mistake. The drive through line was first to get taken care of. People who walked in placed an order on the kiosk got thier food before I did. No organization, not managed well, and understaffed. For a new Taco Bell, this place rocks. Service has always been fast, and correct (come on this itself deserves 4/5 because how many times have you been to a fast food restaurant and your order is wrong?) now Taco Bell, it's not Mexican food, it's Americanized Mexican food. The Steakhouse Burrito that they had for a few weeks, easily the best thing on the menu. You can special order it, but then it probably wouldn't be the same. Basically a massive burrito with queso, steak or chicken, bacon, fried potatoes, sour cream, all grilled up in a shell. I do typically enjoy their new items, such as the new Double Stacked Tacos, they are so delicious. But I also like some of the older items. Meximelt, Almost every order, cheesy beefy taco with pico. My kids like the Mexican pizza, and my husband enjoys the beef and potato burrito. Overall, it's Taco Bell! It's clean, it's new, the entire place is well kept and ran well. The staff is nice, and honestly if you treat them nice, they are gonna be nice to you. There is no need to be rude, if your order is wrong,they will gladly fix it. Most late night employees are high schoolers. read more

Christiana will not give you your complete order in the drive through, then when you come back to pick up said order she will tell you that you are lying and she gave you all your food. The manager will also refuse to give refund after you have been told you aren't telling the truth. A absolute joke of a fast food establishment. read more

Great management...extreme sarcasm. Went to this restaurant through the drive-through and got 2 crunch wrap veggie versions and when I got home this is what I found - black beans only which is what I asked for, but there are only about 20 beans per wrap and this is eight dollars worth of food. Decent restaurants usually fill in the void with the beans, etc. but not here. The response I got when I called back was please "come back anytime and we'll be glad to spit in your food for you: at least that's what I heard. Surely, someone would QC what the employees are doing at some point. The manager had nothing to offer on how they teach, coach employees to make sure the customer experience is as it should be. Just went to taco bell in hazel green with 3 hungry kids. Took 20 min in the drive thru, had to take my order three times, and checked to make sure it was right order at the window, which it was but in my bag they forgot half the kids food and one of the drinks we're wrong! This has pushed me to be done with this day! THEN, My wife went in to get the order corrected, took 20 more minutes of the manager bad mouthing my wife in the back and the bitch up front calling my wife everything but a white woman! They said they didn't care that the order was wrong but where more worries about what they had forgot! read more

Been here several times, not once have they gotten our order right. Mostly forgetting items. Today was last straw. First thing soda machine looks like black mold is growing out of grating and counter was covered in soda. I had to wipe off the counter myself just to make my drink.Next they completely forgot my wife's Mexican pizza, and when she got it back it tasted so wrong she couldn't even eat more than a bite, then in a cheese roll up for my son....I don't know how you could mess this one up, but they did, had tomatoes all over the inside of it...so done, will not be back. read more

This place is horrible. The management and serves what so mean. They got orders wrong multiple time. No gloves When fixing my food. Thats nasty.! They always forget something in everybody's order and sense it happens so much, i guess the manager is not doing anything about it. I wasted 20$ worth of soft shell tacos for our family and they forgot one drink and a few soft tacos. Im sorry. This place is horrible. read more

Start off by saying my order for a family of four was not complete. How disappointed my son was when his food wasn't there. The burritos were so messy looks like they dipped it in the toppings after they built it. The Crunchwrap supreme looked like they through the grill bits all over it and inside the bag. Also there was nothing inside of the crunch wrap supreme at all no meat no cheese nothing. They were asked to not put spicy cheese sauce on the quesadilla for my younger son and they did anyway which he couldn't eat it. So basically I wasted $20 bucks on dinner because it was all disgusting! And when I tried to call up there no one would answer the phone. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to without a doubt. We've been to this Taco Bell several times and every time we go they are lack luster on ingredients especially meat. This is the worst Taco Bell in the world. On 6-20-18, i ordered the chalupa box, with extra meat, and nacho's instead of cinnamon twist. NO extra meat, by the way, i had to remove the lettuce to see if there was ANY MEAT at all. the chalupa was so hard i couldn't eat it, and the cheese sauce cup for the nacho's wasn't even half full. I dont mind paying for what i order, but i want to get what i pay for. I was charged for extra meat but sure didn't get any. I'M DONE WITH THIS TACO HELL. read more

I love some good Taco Bell. It's not healthy, it's not supposed to be. It's the food you order when you don't really care. It's a guilty pleasure. I ordered three steak tacos, I'm addicted to them. When I got them all three were not wrapped tightly enough and looked to be placed upside down in the bag. I went to pick one up and everything inside the taco fell out into the bag. All three were like this. I don't know if I made someone mad or what but it looked like it was done on purpose. I threw the whole bag away, it was such a mess the bag started leaking all over the place. I give them two stars because I can't tell you how the food is because it all spilled into the bag and all over the place. I skipped lunch that day, probably healthier in the end. read more
